Abstract

This study discusses the Construction of Social Values ​​in Arab-Bugis marriages in Pinrang Regency where Arab and Bugis culture have the same background of belief in Islam. Both of them then acculturated in the form of integration of social values ​​and Islamic religious values. The problem is how the adoption of cultural forms in Arab-Bugis marriages, ultimately forms the acculturation and integration of social values ​​in the form of Islamic religious views on the position of women or wives. This type of study is a field study with a qualitative descriptive nature. The primary data of this study comes from informants of Arab descent who marry women from the Bugis tribe, their families, and people from the Bugis tribe who live side by side, have long been associated with Arab descent. Through testing the validity or validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that 1) Marriages between Arabs and Bugis in society in Pinrang Regency have increased in terms of quantity from year to year; 2) Culture in marriage, both Arab and Bugis ethnicity in Pinran Regency, acculturation occurs in the social life of the community, and 3) Constructed an acculturation of marriage culture of Arab descent with the Bugis tribe in realizing social, economic and religious integration so that the harmony of ukhuwah insaniyah and a strong ukhuwah diniyah, a waahidah community and a marhamah (compassionate) community, and a wise (wise) ethnic group and become part of a thayyibah (peace and prosperous) country.

Abstract

This study discussed the effectiveness of Marriage Guidance for Prospective Brides in Building Sakinah Households in KUA Kec. Maritengngae, Sidrap Regency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of marriage guidance for prospective brides in building sakinah households in KUA Kec. Maritengngae in Sidrap Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research, researchers go directly to the field or carried out in the field through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, in order to obtain clear and representative data. The results of this study indicated that 1) Implementation of marriage guidance (Bimwin) in the Maritengngae District of Sidrap Regency for the bride and groom in realizing a sakinah family is the first step to prepare the prospective bride and groom to navigate their new life , namely married life; 2) The concept of a sakinah household has several characteristics, namely: Standing on a solid foundation of faith, Fulfilling the mission of worship in life, Obeying religious teachings, loving and cherishing each other, Compact educating children and Contributing to the good of society, the nation and the country, and 3) The effectiveness of the implementation of marriage guidance in forming sakinah households in the Maritengngae District, Sidrap Regency, especially for the bride and groom, in its implementation is quite effective. Compact educating children and Contributing to the good of society, the nation and country.

Abstract

This study discusses aboutimplementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. 379/2018 regarding marriage guidance as an effort to create a sakinah family.. This study aims to determineimplementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. 373/2017 regarding marriage guidance as an effort to create a sakinah family.Types of researchisdescriptive qualitative. Descriptive research, location inWatangpulu District, Sidrap Regency mthrough observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Sources of data are the Head of KUA, Penghulu and religious instructors as well as prospective brides.The results of this study indicate that 1) household dynamics in forming a sakinah family in Watangpulu District, Sidrap Regency, family dynamics if not handled seriously will lead to divorce, so that is the basis for the link between marriage and divorce; 2) Supporting factors a) For participants who follow marriage guidance are very enthusiastic. b) Guidance material that is easy to understand, and 3) Implementation of the regulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No. 379/2018regarding marriage guidance for prospective brides in its implementation is quite effective.

Abstract

This paper discusses the effectiveness of the implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage in Polewali Mandar. There are at least three problems that are studied in this paper, namely, first, the problem of dispensation for marriage in the Polewali Religious Court after the enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019. Second, Judges' Considerations in Deciding on Marriage dispensation cases in the Religious Courts. Third, the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Law Number 16 of 2019 Against Marriage Dipensation Cases at the Polewali Religious Court. By using a qualitative descriptive method sourced from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques, it was found thatthere was a significant increase in cases of filing for dispensation for marriage after The enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019. Second, the judge's considerations in granting the marriage dispensation request judges are more dominant because they protect the benefit and avoid harm. In addition, Islam also recommends not to make it difficult for someone to get married. Third, the application of Law Number 16 of 2019 to the marriage dispensation is still less effective in the Polewali Mandar Regency community.

Abstract

This study discusses the impact of Covid-19 on the resilience of the families of port workers at Nusantara Parepare in the perspective of Islamic marriage law.With the problem of how the impact Covid-19 on the resilience of the families of Nusantara port transport workers in Parepare City. This type of study is a field study, namely a study that collects data directly from labor community informants. This study was conducted using a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that 1) The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the economy of the port worker community to be increasingly difficult and deprived. At the time of the closure of the Nusantara port, many of the port workers' family conditions were not harmonious because their income was greatly reduced and decreased drastically;2) Condition family resilience due to the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted port workers because the family's economy is increasingly depressed, making it very vulnerable to conflict in the family, and 3) The resilience and harmony of a family since the Covid-19 pandemic has led to disputes and conflicts due to the non-fulfillment of the necessities of life. And the families of port transport workers during the Covid-19 pandemic have become problematic families.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of career women in fulfilling family livelihoods where women are more involved in supporting their families. The aims of this study are 1) to find out the dual roles of women as wives, mothers and women who work outside the home; 2) to find out the gender analysis of career women in fulfilling family income in the city of Parepare, and 3) to find out the analysis of social fiqh on career women in fulfilling the family income in the city of Parepare. This type of study is a field study and development (research and development) with a normative sociological approach. The primary data source is in the form of interview data from ten informants, namely, women who have jobs outside the home (career). The data from this study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively through validity tests and using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that 1) The dual role of women as wives, mothers and women who work outside the home, wAnita as a wife is required to be loyal to her husband so that she can be a motivator for her husband's activities, women as housewives, who are responsible for the house and household management, manage everything in the household to improve the quality of life, women as career womenwho have a job outside the home and dwell in a certain field according to their expertise; 2) Gender analysis of career women who play a role in fulfilling family income, that men and women have the same rights to fulfill family income, and 3) Analysis of social fiqh on career women who play a role in fulfilling family livelihoods in the Bugis community in Parepare City, that wCareer women in the Islamic perspective are viewed from the position as creations that Islam provides a proper position and degree to women as well as the same status as men.

Abstract

This study discusses the comparison of successor heirs between civil law and Islamic law in Indonesia. This study aims at the system of substitute heirs in the Civil Code and substitute heirs in the Compilation of Islamic Law, as well as a legal comparison of the substitute heirs in the Civil Code and substitute heirs in the Compilation of Islamic Law. This research uses library research or research based on literature. The research method used is literature review, which is a study carried out to solve a problem which basically relies on a critical study of relevant library materials.. Sources of data used in this study are primary data sources, secondary data sources and tertiary data sources. The results of this study indicate, 1) Position of substitute heir in civil law (BW) This is called plaatsvervulling. The replacement of place in inheritance law is called the replacement of heirs, namely the death of a person by leaving grandchildren whose parents have died first; 2) The position of the substitute heir in the perspective of Islamic law, If we look at the provisions of Article 185 KHI paragraph 1, it can be said that a grandchild can act as a substitute heir to replace the position of his parents who have died before the heir, and 3) Comparative law regarding successor heirs that maccording to KHI law: That the child who replaces the father's position is a boy and a girl from a male line whose father died first from the heir. the rights obtained by the successor heirs are not necessarily the same as the rights of the person being replaced, and also may not exceed the share of the heirs who are equal to the one being replaced, but may be reduced. Meanwhile, according to the Civil Code law: that the child who replaces his father's position may be from a male lineage or from a female line, according to the inheritance law of the Civil Code (BW) the portion that will be obtained by the heir who replaces his father's position is exactly the same as the part that should be obtained by his father if his father was still alive from the heir.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of Islamic communication principles in fostering students of Nurul Azhar Talawe with the problems 1) How are the morals of the students of the Nurul Azhar Talawe Sidrap Islamic boarding school, 2) What are the forms and methods of communication in fostering the morals of students, and 3) How is the application of Islamic communication principles in fostering the character of the students of the Nurul Azhar Talawe Islamic boarding school. This study is a qualitative field research. Data collection is carried out using three methods: observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection instruments: observation sheets, interview instruments and list of documents. The data processing and analysis technique used a data validity test using source triagulation. The results showed that; 1) The morals of the Nurul Azhar Islamic boarding school students at the beginning of their entry still had bad behavior, and most of them behaved well, 2) The form of communication for the boarding school supervisor was interpersonal communication and group communication by means of communication, among others; qawlan layyina with gentle, soothing words, qawlan maisura always says gentle, polite, and polite, Qawlan Ma'rufan always talks about useful things, 3) The application of Islamic communication principles with a sincere attitude Teaching to become a santri has the character of Honest, love cleanliness, always say positive, only words and deeds, listen more than talk, always realize that all human behavior cannot be separated from the supervision of Allah Swt.

Abstract

This research is entitled Youtuber's Strategy in Determining Opinion Leader in Covid-19 Pandemic Video Content. This study at to determine: (1) What was the YouTuber video content program during the Covid-19 pandemic? (2) What was the YouTuber strategy in determining opinion leader? This research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained using a list of questions given to the informants. Then, the data were analyzed and reviewed. After that, an abstract was made of all the results of the interview. The number of informants was three people with different opinion leader, including whether hidden or unhidden. The selection of informants in this qualitative study used purposive sampling technique, which was a method of deliberately determining informants based on certain criteria or certain considerations. In this study, the selection of informants was based on criteria, including: number of subscribers, uploading videos during the Covid-19 pandemic, and having opinion leader. Data analysis was by using thematic data, which the findings were processed based on themes in accordance with the framework. The results of this study indicated that YouTubers had various programs such as music, vlogs, podcasts, and tutorials. This depends on the needs and passion of the YouTubers. It also showed that the YouTuber's strategy in determining opinion leader had two flow schemes. First, the YouTuber first identified the content idea to be made, then found an opinion leader by paying attention to the opinion leader criteria, such as sources of attraction and sources of trust. Second, YouTubers determined opinion leader before content was created. Information exposure obtained from opinion leader would be a reference material for the emergence of content ideas. In addition, YouTubers also paid attention to the requirements of opinion leaders such as social perception, ability in abstract thinking, emotional stability, public speaking and action.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Use of Complementary Communication Media for the Family Hope Program in the Family Development Session to Improve the Quality of Beneficiary Families in Samasundu Village, Polewali Mandar Regency. The purpose of this thesis research is to obtain empirical data on the communication media used by the Family Hope Program Facilitator in Improving the Quality of Beneficiary Families in the Family Development Session in Samasundu Village, Polewali MandarRegency. This type of research is empirical research. The research paradigm is naturalism. Primary data sources are companions of community leaders, village government and community beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program, Samasundu Village, Polewali Mandar Regency, while secondary data are scientific books, journals and theses. The research instrument was the researcher himself and was assisted by data collection methods, namely observation guidelines, interview guidelines, documentation tools and field notes. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity testing technique uses triangulation technique. The results of this study are: (1) The use of communication media in the FDS material in the form of videos and flipcarts and in the FDS material makes it easier for beneficiary mothers to receive material from the companion. (2) The quality of the families receiving the Program Keluarga Harapan Benefits in the health, education and economy pieces of this high quality is because the assistance provided by the central government through the Ministry of Problems is used appropriately so as to result in a healthy family and towards a prosperous family. (3) With the existence of the Family Development Session material, it is able to help the beneficiaries of the Keluarga Harapan Program to be advanced and independent and have broad knowledge and abilities so that they can take an effective role in building an independent prosperous family .
