<![CDATA[This study examines BMT (Baitul Mal WaTamwil) Al-Istiqamah in improving micro-economy in Enrekang. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic role of BMT Al-Istiqamah in improving micro-economy. This type of research is qualitative with a managerial approach and Islamic economics; the research paradigm is direct involvement and intense interaction with informants; data sources are empirical data obtained in the field through the Founding Board, Manager, Members and BMT Al-Istiqamah customers' and Enrekang district government as primary sources, as well as the documents and books relating to research as secondary data . The result of this study indicated that BMT Al-Istiqamah took part in improving micro-economy in Enrekang. The role played by BMT Al-Istiqamah was the role of empowering human resources and an entrepreneurial spirit, the role of improving the welfare of the micro economy, and the role of alienating people from usury practices. The result of this study also indicated that the factors supporting the success of BMT Al-Istiqamah. The internal support to the microeconomics were strategic location, commitment of the board of directors, management and members, and high participation of members' savings, while the external support were the high demand of micro entrepreneurs to BMT al-Istiqamah, the ease of getting venture capital assistance felt by micro businesses, and government support.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the service process on Hajj Arrum products, SWOT analysis of Hajj Arrum products and Islamic economic perspective on the SWOT analysis used on Hajj Arrum products. The purpose of empirical data regarding the service process carried out on Hajj arrum products, the use of SWOT analysis and Islamic economic perspectives on Hajj Arrum products Pawnshop Parepare Area. This type of research is an empirical study using descriptive qualitative. Primary data sources in this study are Business Deputy, Sales Asmen and Staff. Whereas secondary data are scientific books, journals, and theses. The results of this study are: (1) The service process of the Hajj arrum product undertaken by Pawnshop Parepare Area to customers is in the form of a gold deposit worth Rp. 1,900,000 by customers. The contract used for hajj arrum products is rahn (2) One of the results of a SWOT analysis conducted by the Pegadaian Board of Directors when looking at the development of hajj arrum products in general. The issuance of Board of Directors Regulation Number 21 of 2019 concerning the Second Amendment to Board of Directors Regulation Number 132/DIR I/2017 concerning Arrum Hajj Pawnshop Standard Operating Procedure as a form of maximizing arrum hajj products in the face of developments in the business world (3) Based on the Islamic economic perspective on arrum hajj products through SWOT analysis in product development that the service process is carried out based on SOP that have been issued and based on the DSN-MUI fatwa in its administration.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on al-bai’ on clove seeds in the system mappalla perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is qualitative. The research was conducted descriptively-qualitatively. The research location was conducted in Bukkere, Sidrap Regency. The results show that al-bai’ on clove seeds in the system m appalla performed by the people of Bukkere is a hereditary tradition that has become al-urf ; al-bai’ on clove seeds in the mappalla system found there is an element of gharar in Islamic law; al-bai’ on clove seeds in the system mappalla, can not guarantee a good growth that can harm one party.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the Hajj and Umrah travel that develops in Parepare City is PT. Zakiah Dina Tayyibah, which has been operating since 2008 and in 2014, has obtained a permit for organizing Umrah Worship Tourists (PPIU) from the Ministry of Religion. This Study discusses the form of guidance, the form of service, and the form of protection of the umrah pilgrims at PT. Zakiah In Tayyibah. This type of research is an empirical study using descriptive qualitative. The primary data sources in this study are the Directors, employees and members of PT. Zakiah In Tayyibah. While secondary data are scientific books and journals. The results of this study are the form of coaching conducted by PT. Zakiah Dina Tayyibah is good enough, that is by giving manasik guidance to prospective pilgrims who will depart; the form of service of PT. Zakiah Dina Tayyibah is good enough by paying attention to reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible to the prospective Jamaat who will go to worship to the holy land; the form of protection provided by PT. Zakiah Dina Tayyibah to the congregation is to provide insurance in the form of cooperation with the insurance company ADIRA. In the application of the three leading sectors above at PT. Zakiah Dina Tayyibah has fulfilled the elements of Islamic business ethics namely justice, honesty, trustworthiness and transparency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the implementation of hybrid contract in MULIA financing transactions at Sharia Pawnshop service unit, Pangkajene branch. The contract uses murabahah and Rahn contract. In this study also examined the prospects of the MULIA product marketing efforts and the challenges faced in increasing the number of customer transactions. The type of research used in this thesis is the kind of descriptive research-qualitative, is the plan and structure of the inquiry for answers to questions of researchers in the form of descriptive data are obtained from the results of the in-depth interviews with the informant, observations and collect and analyze data in the form of the document and then do some checking of data with the technique of triangulation. The result of this study found some results that Sharia Pawnshop service unit, Pangkajene branch has implemented with either some provision in the MULIA transaction in accordance with the fatwa but some other of fatwa not implemented yet, for example in terms of the object of the contract should be the property of the Sharia Pawnshop before selling it to the customer also about provisions dealing with procedures using two contracts in one transaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is a problem faced by the Indonesian people and is the responsibility of the Indonesian government. The approach used in this study is the theological, penomenological, and juridical approaches. The source of this research data is sourced from primary and secondary legal materials. This research includes qualitative using data in the form of direct interviews and questions and answers or dialogues and documents. The data obtained are then collected both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies in order to obtain clear and representative data, while data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of the management of professional zakat funds at Ministry of Religion Office,Parepare City is less than optimal. However, in terms of collection has fulfilled the principles of sharia, trustworthiness, transparency, professionalism, accountability, participation and efficiency. Its distribution is still traditional and productive productive creative and not in accordance with the principles of justice.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to find out how to optimize zakat management at BAZNAS towards community empowerment in Parepare city. This research used theological approach, phenomenological approach, and juridical approach, The source of this research data came from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This research was classified as qualitative, using data in the form of direct interviews and documents. The data obtained then collected both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques ware carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies in order to obtain clear and representative data, while data processing and analysis techniques ware carried out through data reduction, data presentation and made conclusions. The results of this study indicated that Its distribution was still traditional and productive creative and it was not in accordance with the principles of justice. In terms of utilization of community empowerment has not optimal yet because it did not go through stages of capacity building and assistance.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper examines the application of waqf to the source of funds for the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang. Objective is to reveal private educational institutions at the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang which can carry out an important role in the education of Islam in Indonesia. This paper reveals social facts so that a qualitative research field is carried out. This paper shows that graduates from the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang have succeeded in becoming quality leaders who are no less competitive than graduates from public educational institutions. The success of graduates can be seen through the ability and independence in managing their finances by optimizing the management of the use of waqf funds. Waqf funds are one of the sources of funds at the Pesantren DDI Al-Ihsan in Kanang to meet their needs, such as in terms of construction and other required facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the use of non-verbal communication to improve the ability to memorize Surah al Ikhlas in Class II students of MI DDI Teppo Pinrang. This study aims to determine the use of non-verbal communication to improve the ability to memorize surah al Ikhlas in Class II students of MI DDI Teppo, Pinrang Regency. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research or Classroom Action Research (PTK). The location of this research is MI DDI Teppo Pinrang Regency. The results showed, a) Steps to improve the ability to memorize surah al ikhlas for class II students of MI DDI Teppo, Pinrang Regency through the use of non-verbal communication which includes body movements ( kinesthetic ), facial expressions and other gestures ( body image ). b) The results of the application of non-verbal communication in improving the ability to memorize surah al Ikhlas for students in Class II MI DDI Teppo Pinrang have been successful and have increased. This can be proven by the acquisition of an average value in each cycle that has increased, namely cycle I of 6.34, then cycle II of 7.5, and cycle III of 8.54. c) Ability to memorize surah al Ikhlasin students through using non-verbal communication experienced a significant increase from the acquisition of the average value in each cycle. The use of non-verbal communication is effective in improving the ability to memorize surah al Ikhlas in class II students of MI DDI Teppo, Pinrang Regency.]]>
