Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of play therapy in strengthening child attachment through communication in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a Special Needs School (SLB) X. The main issue addressed is the difficulty children with ASD face in forming emotional bonds with their parents due to barriers in social communication. This research employs a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design, involving five boys aged 6–12 years who have been diagnosed with ASD. The intervention consisted of communication-based play therapy sessions that actively involved parents in joint play activities with their children. Attachment was measured using the Attachment Q-Sort (AQS) tool, which covers three dimensions: secure, resistant, and avoidant attachment. Data analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significant increase in the secure attachment dimension, while changes in resistant and avoidant attachment were not significant. These findings indicate that play therapy emphasizing verbal and non-verbal communication is effective in enhancing secure attachment between parents and children with ASD, highlighting the importance of active parental involvement in fostering warm, responsive interactions that support the child’s social-emotional development.

Abstract

Global business dynamics in the digital era require fundamental organizational transformation to stay competitive and sustain performance. Organizational performance—measured by operational efficiency, innovation capability, and customer satisfaction—is a critical success indicator, especially for technology-driven startups. The Indonesian e-commerce sector has grown significantly, propelled by higher internet penetration, altered consumer behavior, and digital innovations from various platforms. This study examines the influence of digital transformation on organizational performance in Tokopedia startups in Indonesia, focusing on technological adoption's effects on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. Tokopedia, known for its marketplace model, supports MSMEs and offers diverse services facilitating sellers and buyers. Using qualitative methods with in-depth interviews of MSME actors, employees, and customers, this research defines variables and indicators, employing open-ended questions to capture respondent perspectives. Interview data analyzed with NVivo software reveal that digital transformation improves performance, notably in ordering efficiency and payment speed. However, resource constraints and data security challenges remain barriers needing attention. The study recommends that other tech startups invest in infrastructure and training to maximize digital transformation benefits. This approach highlights how digital technology adoption can significantly impact organizational success in Indonesia's fast-growing e-commerce

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of omnichannel experience on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at UNIQLO Indonesia. The research addresses the limited integration of physical and digital channels in Indonesian fashion retail and the lack of empirical evidence on its influence on customer loyalty. It fills a gap by examining customer satisfaction as a mediator in omnichannel dynamics within emerging markets, using a unique integration of Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR), Expectation Disconfirmation Theory (EDT), and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB)—a framework rarely applied in Southeast Asia. Quantitative PLS-SEM methods tested a mediation model based on primary data from 213 active UNIQLO app users. Analysis included instrument validation, structural model evaluation, and indirect effect testing. Results show omnichannel experience positively affects customer satisfaction (β = 0.957, p < 0.05), which in turn positively affects repurchase intention (β = 0.428, p < 0.05). Additionally, customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between omnichannel experience and repurchase intention (β = 0.409, p < 0.05), explaining 42.7% of the conversion from experience to loyalty. Theoretically, this study is the first to empirically validate the SOR-EDT-TPB model in the Indonesian fashion retail omnichannel context. Managerially, it recommends UNIQLO and similar retailers to enhance seamless channel integration and real-time personalization, suggesting investment in RFID inventory transparency, AI-driven personalization, and loyalty programs rewarding omnichannel engagement over single-channel use. The study provides a valuable framework for optimizing omnichannel experiences to boost repurchase intention in emerging markets.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Influencer Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on purchasing decisions of Timephoria cosmetic products on the TikTok social media platform, with Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) as a mediating variable. The growing use of TikTok as a marketing tool and the high consumer engagement with influencer-created content serve as the main background of this research. A quantitative approach was used with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), involving 140 TikTok users in Indonesia. The results indicate that both influencer marketing and E-WOM significantly influence FOMO and purchase decisions. Moreover, FOMO significantly mediates the relationship between influencer marketing, E-WOM, and purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of marketing communication strategies that leverage influencer credibility and the power of online reviews in shaping consumer behavior. This study contributes to the development of the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) in the digital marketing context and offers practical implications for cosmetic businesses in designing effective promotional strategies on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cost management and human resource management (HR) on operational excellence monitored through the Balance Scorecard framework in the oil and gas and limited energy industry in Indonesia. In facing the challenges of the energy transition towards Net Zero Emission 2060, oil and gas companies need to optimize operational efficiency through effective cost management and optimal human resource management. This study uses a quantitative approach with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and multiple linear regression techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire of 71 respondents consisting of company leaders, managers, and operational staff in oil and gas and mining companies with at least 3 years of experience. The results showed that cost management had a significant effect on operational excellence with a regression coefficient of 0.454 (t-count = 4.941 > t-table = 1.9960). HR management has a stronger influence on operational excellence with a regression coefficient of 0.486 (t-count = 5.288 > t-table = 1.9960). Simultaneously, the two variables were able to explain 79.5% of the variance in operational excellence (R² = 0.795). The Balance Scorecard has proven to be effective as a holistic monitoring tool that integrates financial and non-financial aspects. This research provides a practical contribution for energy companies in optimizing operational strategies through the synergy of cost management and human resource management supported by a dynamic BSC monitoring system.
