Abstract

The decline in oil production in the past few decades has made Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) one of the technologies that get more attention because it has been proven to increase oil production in a field. One EOR method that is widely used today is by injecting chemicals in the form of polymers. Polymers themselves are grouped into two types, namely synthetic polymers and natural polymers or known as biopolymers. The use of synthetic polymers has limitations, especially in oil reservoirs that have high temperatures and salinity levels, therefore the development of biopolymers is an interesting thing to study, in addition to the availability of raw materials in large quantities, this type of polymer has good mechanical properties and is easy to make derivatives according to the desired properties and characters. The use of biopolymers is considered cheaper and safer because they come from natural materials so that they can be decomposed properly. Therefore, the researcher tried to make a comprehensive brief review of the reasons for the importance of using polymers in EOR activities in Indonesia, a comparison of the properties, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the two types of polymers, along with the progress of several research results that have been carried out previously. this research is expected to provide useful insights about the potential use of natural materials as basic materials in the process of making biopolymers, properties and characteristics that are resistant to bacteria and high salinity.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze, describe and find the concept of human resource management of Islamic educational institutions from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. This research answers two main problems, namely the conception and implications of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah in human resource management. To find the results of the study, researchers use a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study construct this resource management with maqāṣid al-syarī'ah which consists of five perspectives, namely: ḥifẓ al-dīn (optimization of religiosity), ḥifẓ al-nafs (optimization of psychic and physical), ḥifẓ al-aql (optimization of reason), ḥifẓ al-māl (optimization of wealth) and ḥifẓ al-'irdh (optimization of honor / self-esteem), from this perspective the theory of human resource management maqashidi is built with five main components, namely: Mutadayyin (religion), ḏaki (intelligent), munazzam (manejerial) matīn al-khuluq (morality) mutamayyiz (performance/achievement).

Abstract

Laku Emas is a digital gold platform in Indonesia, where people can buy-sell-trade-pawn gold on the platforms. Upon its digitalization era, online investment is growing and massively popular. The problem however is that they are lacking customers and wish to increase the e-commerce sales. To analyze and research this both qualitative research methodology is used in this research to gain information and identify behavior, preferences and alternatives for improvement of actions. The primary data gathered is from interviewing potential customers of Lakuemas who know the brand and secondary through online reviews. For analysis technique, descriptive analysis is performed. Upon the research the main issue problems are identified based on customer experience journey and AARRR framework analysis. Lakuemas should further enhance their marketing strategy to be able to capture customers acquisition and retention.

Abstract

Semarang Regency is one of the areas in Central Java Province which has a variety of complex environmental problems, one of which is increasing carbon dioxide gas (CO2) emissions and the limited availability of green open space, especially in the Bergas District area. The increase in CO2 gas emissions is due to the increasing trend of the population in Bergas District and this is directly proportional to the increasing number of ownership of motorized vehicle transportation. This study aims to examine the need for Green Open Space based on the ability of vegetation to absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) on the Semarang-Yogyakarta National Corridor Road, Bergas District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. Data collection in this study was carried out by traffic counting to calculate CO2 emissions and field observations to calculate the absorption capacity of CO2 emissions by vegetation. The results of this study indicate that the emissions produced by vehicles passing through the Semarang - Yogyakarta National Road corridor in Bawen District are 4,108,137.18 gr/hour, and emissions that can be absorbed by vegetation are only 642,846.47 gr/hour. So that the remaining emissions that have not been absorbed are 3,465,290.71 gr/hour. In order to optimally absorb the remaining emissions, at least 370 Swietenia mahagoni, 436 Pterocarpus indicus, 358 Samanea saman and 432 Bauhinia purpurea are needed.

Abstract

One of the impacts of industrial activities is that it provides regional economic progress, especially contributing to the value of regional GDP. This research uses a survey method through observation and interviews as well as literature study and is presented descriptively analytically. The results of this research show that in terms of the perception of farmer households living around the timber industry location as measured by indicators of the company's presence in terms of infrastructure and environment, social relations and employment opportunities, it shows the medium category with a score of 32.74. One of the reasons for this is the increase in the number of migrant residents and the increase in the allocation of working hours to earn a living. Judging from the economic aspect, it is known that the average economic household of farmers living around the location of wood industry activities has an income of around IDR 2,180,540 per month, while the average living needs (DLN) in the area is IDR 3,000,914. - per month or minus Rp. 820,374,- per month. The contribution of income from working as a laborer in a wood factory to the total income of farmer households is 67.35%. This means that the influence of the presence of timber companies in the community is quite a positive contribution to the economy of the surrounding community. However, the company's existence also raises environmental issues, including the potential for disruption to physical-chemical and socio-cultural components as well as public health.

Abstract

Failure of exclusive breastfeeding still occurs due to insufficient milk production. Kenikir or Cosmos Caudatus has active compounds that may increase breast milk, but there has been no further research on kenikir in breast milk production. Analyzing the effectiveness of kenikir extract in increasing prolactin hormone levels in puerperal mothers. This type of research is a true experiment with pretest posttest control group design. The independent variable is nikir extract. The dependent variable is the hormone prolactin. The sample of 40 postpartum mothers was divided into 20 mothers in the control group and 20 mothers in the intervention group. The analysis used the Paired T Test and Wilcoxon to determine the differences before and after the intervention in each group. Then Mann Whitney's analysis was carried out on differences between groups. Administration of 300 mg of kenikir extract for 14 days can increase the hormone prolactin with an average of 44.70 ng / ml p value 0.0001. Giving kenikir extract is effective in increasing the hormone prolactin in postpartum mothers.
