Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the amount of coconut farming income in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. The research was conducted in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. Sampling was done intentionally (porposive sampling), which became the sample in this study as many as 18 people. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is to use quantitative analysis, namely analyzing, describing and summarizing various situational conditions from various data collected. The results showed that the average income of coconut farmers was IDR 6,426,844 for each harvest season from the average sale of 1,025 kg of copra at a price of IDR 6,000 to IDR 8,000 for each kilogram with a 10% to 12% discount. The total income earned by coconut farmers in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency amounted to IDR 84,681,233. The average income of farmers obtained from coconut farming for one harvest season is IDR 4,704,513. The income generated from copra production for each hectare of farmer's land area is IDR 3,650,053/Ha and for each tree is IDR 41,368/tree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of paddy rice farming in Mekaruo Village, West Dumoga District Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months, from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sample selection was carried out using a predetermined sampling method with proportional levels (Quota Sampling). The population was divided into three land areas based on the area planted with paddy rice, namely a land area of 1ha, (land area of 1.50-2ha) and a land area of ˃2.50-6ha. The number of samples is 25 people from 85 farmer populations. The results of this study show that the income of lowland rice farmers in Mekokuo Village, Dumoga Barat District Bolaang Mongondow Regency per farmer on land area 1ha, 1.50-2ha and > 2.5-6ha respectively is Rp7.862.428, Rp17.728.852, and Rp48.067.667. This shows a tendency that the larger the land cultivated, the higher the income per farmer from paddy rice farming.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of the palm sugar business to family income in Kalatin Hamlet, North Lowu Village, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for three months from January 2023 to March 2023 in Kalatin Hamlet, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sampling method in this research was carried out deliberately (purposive sampling), where the number of palm sugar processors sampled was 3 out of 15 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis to analyze data by presenting, managing, describing and interpreting research results with words and sentences to answer the research objectives. The research results show that the palm sugar business contributes 78.08% to family income. The contribution of the palm sugar business to family income in Kalatin Hamlet, North Lowu District, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency is categorized as very large because the value is >50%. The average income of palm sugar processors is IDR 712,620 per week from the sale of an average of 30 pieces of palm sugar at a price of IDR 12,000 per piece and the wife's total income is IDR 200,000 per week. The total family income earned by palm sugar processors in Kalatin Hamlet, Ratahan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency amounts to IDR 912,620.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much or how low the costs, receipts and income of lowland rice farmers in Tumani Village, Maesaan District are and to find out what problems lowland rice farmers face in running their business. This research was carried out for 3 months, namely from July 2022 to September 2022. This research used 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions and secondary data was obtained from various sources related to the required data such as the Tumani Village office, the Maesaan District BPP Office, and even scientific writing. Sampling in this research used the method (Simple Random Sampling) or simple random. The number of farmers was 34 farmers and the respondents studied were 10 people or 30 percent of the total respondents. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis in determining production costs, revenue and R/C. Based on the results of research on lowland rice farming in Tumani Village, it is different. The amount of income received by farmers depends on the area of land owned by the farmer and whether rice farming in Tumani Village is feasible or profitable. We can see this from the results of the R/C analysis, namely 3.95, which means more than 1 and the average income of all respondent farmers in Tumani Village is IDR 19.289.769.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much profit the Cap Tikus management business has in Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months from August to November 2022 at Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents, while secondary data is obtained from books, journals, village offices and agencies which can be used as data to support data collection in this research. This research was analyzed descriptively obtained from the data and presented in tabulation form with calculations of cost, revenue and income analysis. The results of this research are that the profits from the capticus management business in Raanan Baru Satu Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa Regency can be said to be profitable with the average income for managing rat caps amounting to IDR 3,731,902.- per farmer and IDR 531,112.- per tree.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the corn supply chain in South Tumani Village, Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection in this study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were those involved in the corn supply chain, namely farmers, collectors, and consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The results showed that the corn supply chain in Tumani Selatan Village consisted of Farmers-Traders-Collectors-Consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The product flow starts from the farmers harvesting the corn and then selling the corn to the collectors and then the collecting traders distribute the corn to consumers in Kawangkoan and Sonder. The financial flow starts from consumers buying corn from collectors at a price of IDR 5,300/Kg with a transfer transaction system via bank then the collector buys corn from farmers at a price of IDR 4,800/Kg with a direct system (cash). The flow of information flows from two directions, the first direction is that consumers from Kawangkoan and Sonder inform the collecting traders that they need 3,000 kg for consumers at Kawangkoan and 3,000 kg for consumers at Sonder, then the collecting traders inform the corn price to farmers, namely IDR 4,800/Kg. The second direction is that the farmers inform the collectors about the availability of corn and provide information on the location where the corn is taken, then the collectors inform the consumers about the corn to be sold.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the consumers of potato farmers with and without receiving the benefits of the dry land program in Mokobang Village, Modoinding District. This research was conducted for 3 months from June to August 2023. This study uses 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with respondents using a list of questions and secondary data obtained from related institutions and previous studies. Sampling of farmers was carried out purposively (Purposive Sampling), namely sampling occurred in 5 groups of farmer beneficiaries of the highland program, each group of 1 farmer, so that the number of respondents was 5 people and the data to be collected was data from 2021-2023. The data analysis used is an analysis of the impact of the highlands program using the income method with and without receiving the benefits of the highlands program. The results of research and writing show that the income of potato farmers with and without receiving the benefits of the highland program in Mokobang Village, Modoinding District, it can be concluded that the income of potato farmers without receiving the benefits of the highland program is IDR 9,748,925 and with receiving the highland program benefits of IDR 37,119,401. The income of potato farmers in Mokobang Village has increased with receiving the benefits of the highland program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the covid 19 pandemic on the profits of UD. Merpati's roasted peanut business. This research was conducted for 3 months in Tombasian Atas Village, West Kawangkoan District. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis, and primary data is used, where the data collected is studied and analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form, to determine the difference between revenue and the amount of costs incurred. Based on the results of the study, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the profit of UD Merpati's roasted peanut business shows that there are no negative results, in fact, it has a very positive impact on the business place where the profit of UD Merpati's roasted peanut business has increased by 88.32 percent, where before Covid-19 the profit of the roasted peanut business was IDR 3,399,794 and during Covid-19 the profit of the roasted peanut business was IDR 29,116,294.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how much income of Cap Tikus maker contributes to family income in Pinaling Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out for 4 months, namely November 2022 to February 2023. The research location was in Pinaling Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 15 respondents based on a list of questions, while secondary data was obtained from other sources related to the research. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis by calculating income and continuing by calculating the contribution of the rat stamp maker's income to family income. The results of this research are (1) The average income of stamp Tikus makers is IDR 3,230,026 (2) The contribution of the stamp mouse maker's income to family income in Pinaling Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency is 42.10 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profit of Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara Village, Ward 1, Wanea District, Manado City. This research will be carried out for three months from May to July 2023. This research took place at Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara sub-district, Ward 1, Wanea District, Manado City. The research method is a case study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the tofu processing business, Mr. Gendon, by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and filled in by the researcher. Secondary data in this study came from bookkeeping records of tofu processing businesses. The results of the study showed the profit of Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara Village, Ward 1 Wanea District, Manado City can be said to be profitable with a total profit of IDR38.534.375 per month with a total cost of IDR97.545.625 per month and total revenue of IDR136.080.000 per month.
