Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to directly analyze product quality on customer loyalty, directly analyze service quality on customer loyalty, directly analyze customer satisfaction with customer loyalty and indirectly analyze product quality and service quality on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable to consumers Rei Adventure Store. This study uses a quantitative approach.Rei Adventure Store Dinoyo 5 months ago 450 research samples in this study were 82 consumers.With a purposive sampling technique sampling. Data analysis using Path analysis.by conducting an instrument test, a reliability test, a normality test, a hypothesis test, and a sobel test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between quality and service quality on satisfaction. There is a significant difference in service quality on loyalty. While product quality is considered insignificant on loyalty. Is a significant influence on satisfaction with loyalty. Satisfaction is not able to memdiasi influence of product quality and service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Product quality, service quality, satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Guna Karya Malang. In this study the sample is Malang City CV. Guna Karya employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire, data analysis, which used the validity of the test, reliability test, normality test, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, statistical test f, statistical test t. The results of this study have a significant positive effect on democratic leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Guna Karya Malang. There is a significant influence of democratic leadership style on the performance of CV. Guna Karya employees. There is a significant influence of motivation on the performance of CV. Abstract

AbstractThe development of shopping behavior online current has made the marketplace Shope very popular with consumers. So that in the buying process it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews in order to buy the right product. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions in the marketplace Shopee (Study on customers Shopee in Malang). The population of this research is customers Shopeein Malang with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data collection of this research uses primary data with Google Form. Then the validity and reliability tests were conducted before data analysis was carried out. The results of the F test study indicate that   product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. And the t test states that  product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews each have a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords        : Product knowledge, brand image, online customer review, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture on Performance at PDAM Malang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: the independent variable that was most appreciated was the organizational culture variable because it had the highest average value, simultaneously the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Culture had a significant positive effect on performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant positive effect on performance. significant positive on performance, employee engagement variable has a significant positive effect on performance, organizational culture variable has a significant positive effect on performance. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Price, Product Quality, Service Quality and Loaction on Purchase Decisions at AJ Coffee Sidayu’s Customers in Gresik city. The population in this study were the customers of Kedai AJ Coffe Sidayu totaling 110 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling where every customer in the population has the opportunity to be a sample. The analytical method used in thes research is multipe linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. From this study, it was found that the price variable partially influences the  purchasing decision, but the product quality, service quality and location variables have no effecton purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the variables of price, product quality, service quality and location simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Service Quality, Location, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the Financial Management Behavior of chicken farmers in Arjowilangun Village in 2022. In measuring this variable, the independent variables used to influence are financial knowledge, financial Attitude and Locus of Control variables. The type of research used is explanatory research, which means explaining the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The method used in managing the data uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis tools through the SPSS program. The data used are primary data as well as secondary data obtained by using interview techniques, questionnaires, and direct observation. According to data from the Head of the Sustainable Chicken Livestock Group, Arjowilangun Village in 2022, the population obtained is 80 farmers. Furthermore, simple random sampling and using the Slovin formula is the technique used in determining the number of samples as many as 66 samples. From data management, it was found that partially financial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior of chicken farmers in Arjowilangun Village, financial Attitude had a positive and significant impact on financial management behavior of chicken farmers in Arjowilangun Village and locus of control had a positive effect. and significant to the financial management behavior of chicken farmers in Arjowilangun Village. Keywords: Financial Management Behavior, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Locus of Control, Chicken Farmers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a earning management action on the acquirer before and after the company did mergers and acquisitions as well as to determine whether there are differences in financial performance of the acquirer merger and acquisitions. Earnings management is measured by proxy Discretionary Accruals (DA). Financial performance measured by financial ratios, that is NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return OnAsset), and TATO (Total Asset Turnover). The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) in 2014-2015. The samples was taken based on purposive sampling with total sample of 20 companies. The method of analysis in the study using paired sample T-test. Based on the result of this study in the know that the acquirer company proven to perform actions practice earnings management with profit decreasing action pattern (income decreasing). And Discretionary Accruals (DA) there are significant differences. Furthermore, the company’s financial performance as measured by the ratio NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return On Asset), and TATO (Total Asset Turnover) there is no significant difference in the acquirer’s financial performance before and after merger and acquisition.Keyword: Mergers, Acquisitions, Earnings Management, Financial Performance

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of industry and technology, as well as the emergence of various creative and innovative technology-based business ideas. Avoskin Beauty is one of the creative and innovative business ideas in the field of beauty and care. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media advertising, influencer marketing, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions for Avoskin beauty products. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique uses the methodpurposive sampling, from active students of Class 2019 and 2020 in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISMA users of Avoskin Beauty  who are 17 years and over. The number of samples was determined by the Malhotra formula so that 80 respondents were obtained. The results of the study show that partially social media advertising,influencer marketing, andelectronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Avoskin beauty products. Simultaneous social media advertising, influencer marketing, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase Avoskin beauty products. Keywords: Social Media Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Electronic Word-Of-Mouth (e-WOM), Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFor two years beginning in the 2015-2016 period of profitability has fluctuated over the period. In the present study the authors will discuss on Funding and Liquidity Risk on profitability. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the effect of risk financing partially on profitability in Islamic banking (2) To determine the effect of liquidity partially on profitability in Islamic banking (3) To determine the effect of financing risk and liquidity simultaneously on profitability in Islamic banking ,This study uses a type of replication development research, this study included Explanatory Research this study took samples from the population by using purposive sampling or judgment sampling method. By using two types of variables: Dependent variable (the dependent variable) and Independent Variables (independent variable). Results from this study is the result of Financing Risk variables significant effect on profitability, while liquidity result and no significant negative effect on profitability.Keywords: Effects of Risk Financing, Liquidity, Profitability

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to describe the variables of leadership style, work environment, work motivation and employee performance in Radho Malang Syariah Hotels. From the results of this study, population data is 50 people and the sample is the same as the population, because it uses a census technique based on a population of less than 100 people. This research is located in Syariah Radho Hotel Malang. Data collection uses primary data using the questionnaire method to respondents. Data analysis method uses descriptive statistics. The test equipment in this study used validity and rebility tests. Obtained leadership style variables reflected by indicators of intelligence (Intelligence). The variables of the work environment are reflected by the indicators of relations between employees. Variable work motivation is reflected by indicators of self-actualization needs. employee performance variables are reflected by the quantity indicator.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Descriptive Statistics
