Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction on Fashion Customer Loyalty at the Hadeed.co Brand. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The method used is multiple linear regression. In this study, a sample of 55 respondents via Google form was in accordance with the formula used, namely the Malhotra formula. Data analysis in this study used the help of SPSS 26.0 analysis aimed at the Influence of Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction on Fashion Customer Loyalty at the Hadeed.co Brand. In this study resulted in Perceived Value partially positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction partially positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And for the Influence of Perceived Value (X₁) and Customer Satisfaction (X₂) on Fashion Customer Loyalty (Y) on the Hadeed.co Brand, the study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang was 73.8% and the remaining 26.2 was influenced by other variables not present in the study. Keywords : Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the variables of Customer Experience, Ease of Use and Customer Trust towards Repurcase Intention at the Shopee online shop at the Santri Pesantren Campus Ainul Yaqin Unisma. This research uses explanatory research with descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population in this study were students of Ainul Yaqin Unisma Jln. Tata Surya, Lowokwaru sub-district, Dinoyo, Malang online shop user Shopee.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling assisted by the Slovin formula, so the research sample was obtained as many as 67 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 25.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the variables of Customer Experience, Ease of Use and Customer Trust had a significant effect simultaneously on Repurcase Intention. Customer Experience and Customer Trust variables have a partially significant effect on Repurcase Intention, while the Ease of Use variable does not have a partial significant effect on Repurcase Intention.Keywords: Customer Experience, Ease Of Use, Customer Trust, Repurcase Intention

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment decisions (Price Earning Ratio), funding decisions (Debt Equity Ratio) and dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) on the value of the company (Price Book Value) partially. This research sample is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 using purposive sampling method, which is as many as 29 companies. The results show that: 1) There is a negative and insignificant influence of partial investment decisions (Price Earning Ratio) on the value of the company (Price Book Value) on manufacturing companies. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of partial Debt Equity Ratio on the value of the company (Price Book Value) on manufacturing companies. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) partially on the company's value (Price Book Value) on manufacturing companies.  Keywords: Influence of Investment Decisions (Price Earning Ratio), Debt Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio And Company Value (Price Book Value)

Abstract

AbstractThis study is to find out the perception of risk, convenience, benefits and price to purchasing decisions. This study sample consists of 116 FEB University Islamic of Malang students in 2021. Method of data collection by collecting primary and secondary data. To find out the data that will be studied, this study uses how to spread questionnaires online.  The study used the SPSS version 16measurement tool to test data in the form of instrument testing, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From this study produced several conclusions that mention that variables of risk perception, convenience, benefits and prices simultaneously or together have an effect on purchasing decisions. Partially variables of risk perception, convenience, benefits and price have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchasing Decision, Risk Perception, Benefit, Price

Abstract

AbstractThis study ains to determine and analiyze the effect of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at Regional Drinking Water Company/PDAM Kota Bima aither partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed though random sampling technique wit a sampel of 66 people who are amployees of the Ragoinal Drinking Water Company/PDAM Kota Bima. Data analysis in this study used SPSS (statistical product and service sulation)The results of this study indicate that the first result of job insecurity partially affects turnover intention. The second result of job statisfaction partially affects turnover intention. meanwhile, simultaneously job insecurity, job statisfaction and  organizational commitment have a signigicant affect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Financial Performance and Dividend Policy on Firm Value (a study of the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period). This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 65 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Determination of the sample based on purposive sampling method obtained a number of 7 companies. The analysis was carried out using secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study prove that: 1) capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on firm value, 2) Financial performance as proxied by Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, 3) Dividend policy proxied by Dividend Yield has an insignificant negative effect on the value of the company.  Keywords: Capital Structure, Financial Performance, Dividend Policy, Firm Value.

Abstract

Abstract Pressure will be realized if a number of individual respondents fail to meet the demands of their duties. In addition to the workload and work pressure of the agency, in this case the responsible person is the leader must also pay attention to the time Deadline problem because in providing an appropriate Deadline and does not seem to pressure employees in completing their work. has been given. Deadline time limit causes respondents to be required to complete a job immediately and if this is not achieved it will cause a conflict because the time specified for a job is passed and performance can be disrupted so that it will cause premature termination of the procedure. Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this reserach is: 1) To analysis the financial performance effect the value of5the company from Consumer Goods di BEI periode 2013-2016. 2) To analysis  Corporate Social Responsibility moderation of financial performance relationships to the value of5the company. 3) To analysis Good Corporate Governance moderation of financial performance relationship to the value of the company. This reserach using secondary data, and sample taking in the reseach5is using method Purposive Sampling by sampling 67 during the periode 2013-2016.The result of this reserach show that: 1) ROA have a significant positive effect on company Value. 2) Based on the result of the analysis can be provade that also CSR be able to moderation relationship ROA with company Value. 3) Based on the result of the analysis that also GCG be able to moderation relationship between ROA with company Value. This shows that Financial Performance the effect on company Value with disclosure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderation variable.Keyword: Financial Performance, Company Value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate Governance (GCG).

Abstract

Abstract         This study aims to analyze the effect of price earnings ratio, profitability, and funding decisions on firm value. The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of price earning ratio on firm value (2) To determine the effect of profitability on firm value (3) To determine the effect of funding decisions on firm value.        This type of research is explanatory research, this study takes samples from the population using purposive sampling techniques. Case study of plastic and packaging sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Abstract

ABSTRACT         In Indonesia, culinary was very developed and attracted by millennial in this era. Every year, there are many culinary is also a business that grows up that greatly with a variety of distinctive features and various variations since presentation and taste. Based on consumer needs and culinary development at this time also moving forward along the demands of market needs. The number of culinary is very much appreciated from domestic and abroad, this shows that the culinary business sector is experiencing very positive growth, especially in Malang. Furthermore, it is necessary to know what factors influence the level of customer satisfaction that business people can meet customer satisfaction. This present study aims to the effect of variable product quality, service quality, location price and satisfaction on customers' loyalty at the Ayam Uleg Restaurant.  The population costumers of Ayam Uleg. The present study used 100 people as the sample.  The data collection got from distributing questionnaires with purpose sampling techniques. The present study used Path Analysis, where Product Quality is X1, service quality X2, price (X3) location (X4) Y loyalty and satisfaction Z as the analyzed the data. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Product Quality, service quality, price and Location of Customer Loyalty through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable.
