Abstract

AbstractInternet technology development has brought real impacts which enable people to do daily life in more convenient way, for instance, a convenience of doing  shopping. Many people are more attracted to do  shopping due to safety guarantee, convenient transaction, reliability on  shopping site and contented shopping experiences which are offered by  shopping site. This research aims at identifying effect of safety, convenience, reliability and shopping experience on interest of  shop at shopping site called Shopee.  Population in is this research is the students of Universitas Islam Malang who make purchase on  shopping site Shopee in which samples are taken from 96 respondents who are selected by applying purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis in this research is investigated by applying double linear regression analysis. Result of this research suggested that safety, convenience, reliability and shopping experience has simultaneously affected shopping interest. Variable of safety, convenience, reliability and shopping experience has positive and significant effect of shopping interest. Keyword: Safety, Convenience, Reliability, Shopping Experience and Shopping Interest

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Determination of Factors of Capital Structure and Its Impact on Corporate Value Case study in food and beverage companies. The independent variables in this study are profitability, company size, company growth and capital structure, while the dependent variable in this study is firm value. This type of research is empirical research with the data used are secondary data obtained by searching for and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019 with a total of 26 companies. The sample selection technique was obtained by a sample of 14 companies. To solve the problem in this study using normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of data analysis show that: There is a positive influence on profitability, firm size, and capital structure variables on firm value, while company growth has a negative effect on firm value in food and beverage companies. Keywords: Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth, Capital Structure Against Company Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research are 1) To describe the leadership style, interpersonal communication and employee’s productivity of Company X. 2) The effect of leadership style to employee’s productivity of Company X, 3) The effect of interpersonal communication to employee’s productivity of Company X, 4) The effect of leadership style and interpersonal communication to employee’s productivity of Company XThis research is using quantitative method with descriptive approach and conducted at Company X with population 205 employees, however it is simplified using Slovin formula to 67 people. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Analytical technique used are validity, reliability, normality, regression analysis double linier, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, hypothesis F, hypothesis t, and coefficient of determinationThe result shows that: 1) leadership style does a significant effect to employee’s productivity, 2) interpersonal communication does a significant difference to employee’s productivity, 3) leadership style and interpersonal communication does simultantly significant to employee’s productivity of Company X.  Keywords: Leadership stlye, interpersonal communication, productivity

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at UMKM NILAKANDI Catering in Sidoarjo Regency mediated by readiness to change. The population used is all employees, amounting to 169 people. While the sample used in this study because it uses a saturated sampling technique, the sample taken is all 169 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and using a questionnaire as a data collection technique.Through this research, it can be concluded that leadership and readiness to change have a direct and significant influence on employee performance, transformational leadership is able to provide a direct and significant influence on readiness to change, transformational leadership does not indirectly have a significant effect on employee performance of UMKM NILAKANDI Catering Sidoarjo Regency through readiness to change as a mediating variable.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Readiness to Change, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the quality of human resources and the use of information technology on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The population in this study were all employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan. The sample in this study was a saturated sample with a total sample of 48 respondents. The research method in this study uses quantitative research with an Explanatory Research approach (Explanatory Research). Based on testing using the analysis of the simultaneous F test, the results of the study show that there is a significant effect between the X variable (quality of human resources and the use of technology) simultaneously on the Y variable (employee performance) in employees at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan, and the partial t test results. The research shows that the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media Telematika Lamongan and the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Digital Media TelematikaLamongan. Keywords: Quality Of Human Resources, Utilization Of Information Technology, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions (CV. Surya Perkasa Mandiri Malang). The population in this study were all CV. Surya Perkasa Mandiri Malang. The sampling technique was calculated using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that simultaneously price and promotion had an effect on purchasing decisions. partially price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the decision. Keywords: Price, promotion, consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT:This  study  aims  to  determine  the  effect  of  competation,  work  environment,  occupational  safety  and  healt  (K3)  on  employee  satisfaction  in  the  HR  department.  The  research  sample  consisted  of  61  HR  employees  at  PT  PG  Rajawali  1  Unit  of  the  New  Malang  Krebet  using  the  stratified  proportional  random  sampling  method.  Is  a  quantitative  research  that  uses  questionnaires  and  documentation  data  collection.  Using  multiple  linier  regression  analisys  with  the  help  of  the  application  SPSS  14.0  for  windows.            The  result  prove  if  the  compensation  variable,  work  environment,  and  occupational  health  variable  do  not  have  positive  effect  on  job  satisfaction  while  the  safety  variable  had  a  positive  effect  on  job  satisfaction  on  PT  PG  Rajawali  employees  1  Unit  of  the  new  poor  Krebet  Malang.Keywords:  Compentation,  Work  Environment,  Occupational  Safety  and  Health  (K3),  Job  Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT“This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Work Motivation, Work Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Muara Java District Office. Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 39 employees and all were taken as samples. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis”. The results of the analysis show that partially work motivation and work leadership are not significant towards the performance of the staff of the Muara Jawa District Office, while the simultaneous analysis of Work Motivation, Work Leadership and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Muara Jawa District Office, Kab. Abstract

Abstract The rise of the cafe business in Malang city and huge potential market, requires businessman to create creativity for making their business look different so that it attracts consumer interest. The cafe owner have to know what the customer's needs and provide the satisfaction that expected by consumers so that consumers become loyal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable in customers of Cafe Terserah Kopi Malang. This type of research in this research is explanatory research through quantitative approach. The population in this reasearch were customers of Cafe Terserah Kopi Malang with total of sample is 96 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. In this research, using questionnaires and interviews for data collection methods. The data analysis method use path analysis. The results showed that service quality has a direct effect on satisfaction, price has a direct effect on satisfaction, service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty, price has a direct effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty, and service quality and price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keyword: Service Quality, Price, Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, and Destination Branding of Revisiting Interest in Tuban White Sand Beach Tour either simultaneously or partially. This research uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were visitors from the White Sand Beach Tourism. Samples taken were 73 respondents. The sampling technique used was snowball. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the Word Of Mouth, Destination Image, and Destination Branding simultaneously had a significant effect on Visiting Interest. And Word Of Mouth has a partially significant effect on interest in visiting. Meanwhile, Destination Image has no partially significant effect on Returning Interest. And Destination Branding partially significant effect on Returning Interest.  Keywords: Word of Mouth, Destination Image and, Destination Branding for Returning Interest
