Abstract

ABSTRACTThis reseach aimed to examine the effect of Financial leverage, Third party funds, interest rate of bank Indonesia certificates on bank Profitability. The sampel used in this reseach is a commercial bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 to 2015 period. To obtain valid results, the sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sampel of 12 banks. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classic assumption (multicollinearity test, heteroskedastistas test, autocorrelation test), the hypotheses using partial test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test).T test result showe that Financial leverage significant impact on Profitability, Third party funds positive and significant impact on Profitability, interest rate SBI significant on impact Profitability. While the F test shows that Financial leverage, Third party funds and SBI interest rates together have a significant effect on Profitability.Keywords : financial leverage, Third Party funds, interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI), Profitability. Abstract

AbstractGood performance will produce maximum results so that the work performance will be produced by employees in accordance with their portion in the company. Work experience and work motivation are believed to be able to influence employee performance to provide predetermined goals. With experience and motivation, performance will give higher results.Based on the results of this study it is proven that: simultaneously work experience and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Air Mineral Al Hasany employees, work experience partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Air Mineral Al Hasany employees and work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect. on the performance of Al Hasany Mineral Water employees. These two variables are the most dominant work experience in influencing performance. Keywords: Work Experience, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determined "The Influence of Workload, Work Discipline and Quality of Work on Employee Performance at the Injury Hospital Sidoarjo Clinic, Sidoarjo Regency". This type of research was a survey research that began in August 2021 with a population of all employees at the Sidoarjo Luka Home Clinic, both medical and non-medical employees. The sampling technique was in the form of total sampling, namely by taking the entire population for research, totaling 33 employees consisting of 20 medical employees (nurses) and 13 non-medical employees. The data analysis technique in this study wass a multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software and classical assumption testing. The research data was sourced from primary data and the data collection process used interviews and questionnaires. There are 3 types of questionnaires used, namely: (1) workload instruments with indicators of physical tasks, mental tasks and work organization; (2) work discipline instruments with indicators of obeying time rules, obeying company regulations and obeying behavioral regulations; (3) work quality instruments with reliability indicators in carrying out tasks, giving procedures, and responsibilities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: Based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that the variables of Workload (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Quality (X3) affect the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Sidoarjo Injury Home Clinic, with a significant value of each with value of 0.041 < 0.05, 0.013 < 0.05, and 0.026 < 0.0505 with a regression model of Y= 2.776 - 0.414X1 + 0.330X2 + 0.203X3. Simultaneously it can also be said to have an effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The calculation of the determinant coefficient also produces a value of 0.751 or 75.1%, which means that this research model is declared good because the value of the determinant coefficient is close to 100%. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Quality of Work, Performance, Luka Home Clinic

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze how influence on partial effect of Islamic Bonds (sukuk) value on the capital market reaction, rating of Islamic Bonds (sukuk) on the capital market reaction, age of Islamic Bonds (sukuk) on the capital market reaction. The population that used in this study was Islamic Bonds and listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017 with 62 Islamic Bonds. The sample selected by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria in the sample selected were 35 Islamic Bonds. The analysis methods used were multiple linear regression method and classic assumption test with hypothesis test used by t test. The analysis equipment used was SPSS 21.The results of the study indicated that Islamic Bonds value have positive and significant effect on the capital market reaction. Rating of Islamic Bonds have negative and significant effect on the capital market reaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of Islamic banking using the CAMELS method. This research is classified as quantitative research. Documentation is used by researchers as a data collection technique. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population and sample in this study were 9 Islamic banking companies registered at Bank Indonesia.            The variables used in the CAMELS method are CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NPL (Non Performing Loan), NPM (Net Profit Margin), ROA (Return On Asset), BOPO (Operating Expenses and Operating Income), LDR (Loan Deposit Ratio) , and IER (Interest Expense Ratio). Testing the data in this study using discriminant analysis.            The results of this study note that the variables that prove to be the most dominant in distinguishing the status of the bank's health are BOPO variables. While the variables CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, LDR, and IER are smaller than BOPO. BOPO has a more important meaning for other variables in forming a discriminant function.Keywords: CAMELS Method, Bank Health, and Discriminant Analysis

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of InstitutionalOwnership, Profitability, Debt Policy and Company Size on Dividend Policy in Food andBeverage companies for the 2016-2018 period.The variables used are institutional ownership, profitability, debt policy and company size asthe independent variable, and dividend policy as the dependent variable. The data collectionmethod used is documentation. The data types in this study are secondary data. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, this study uses data fromcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and samples are taken usingpurposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 10 companies.The results showed that institutional ownership and debt policy had no effect on dividendpolicy, profitability had a positive effect and company size had a negative effect on dividendpolicy.Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Debt Policy, Firm Size, Dividend Policy.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, and Skills on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Acting UP Brantas Karangkates. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PJB UP Brantas Malang in 2020, amounting to 107. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique Samples and obtained 84 employees based on criteria. This research uses multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that the Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, and Skill affect Employee Productivity. Physical environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity, non-physical environment has a positive effect on employee work productivity, and skills have a positive effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Physical Environment, Non-Physical Environment, Work Skills, and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine : 1) Description of employee performance, contract work system, work motivation and work environment, 2) Effect of contract work systems, work motivation and work environment on employee performance, 3) Effect of contract work systems on employee performance, 4) The influence of work motivation on employee performance, 5) The influence of the work environment on employee performanceThe method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and is carried out at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic with a population of 57 contract employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis F test, hypothesis t test and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The contract work system, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) The contract work system has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) The work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance. Keywords:  Contract Work System, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior have on Employee Performance. Studies at PT. Inkor Bola Pacific in the Pasuruan Regency area. In this study amounted to 70 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The sampling method is, employees who work at PT. Pasuruan Pacific Football Inkor. To find out the data that will be studied later, this study uses a questionnaire to find out more about the opinions of employees by filling in the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire. In addition, this research uses SPSS measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. From this study resulted in several conclusions stating that the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior have a joint effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pasuruan Pacific Football Inkor. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, brand image and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions in the city of Malang. The population in this study are iPhone consumers who have purchased products at Fineapple id. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the effect of price, brand image and product quality and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study simultaneously show that the effect of price, brand image and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image and Product Quality have a significant effect on iPhone Purchase Decisions, while Price has no effect on iPhone Purchase Decisions Keywords: Price, Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase Decision.
