Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and customer value and experiential marketing on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction on GO-JEK consumers in Malang Islamic Univesity students faculty of economics and business either partially or simultaneously. This reseach uses Explanatory Research with a quantitative apploach. The population in this study are consumers who come directly or indirectly at GO-JEK. Samples taken were 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data wew anliyzed using multiple liner regression analiysis processed with SPPS  16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The result showed that customer value and experiential marketing partially significant effect on customer value loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keywords: Customer Value, Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to determine the effect of education level and employee age on work productivity of employees of plantation melon and watermelon Karang Barat. The sample used in this study were 50 production employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables education level and age have a significant effect on work productivity variables. Based on the partial test results, the variables education level and age variables have a significant effect on work productivity variables of plantation melon and watermelon Karang Barat. Keywords: Education Level, Age and Work Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image and E-Service Quality on consumer purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace. The population in this study were 2018 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, who had made purchases on the Tokopedia marketplace. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 75 respondents. The independent variable in this study is Brand Image with E-Service Quality and the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 14. The results of this study simultaneously show that Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, E-Service Quality, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the effect of brand image and lifestyle on OPPO Smartphone purchasing decisions on FEB Unisma 2017 students. The type used is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach to 90 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques.  The results of the study show that brand image has an effect on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang in the 2017 batch. Second, Lifestyle has an effect on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions for Students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang in the 2017 batch. And thirdly, the influence of brand image and lifestyle together has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Purchase Decisions, Brand Image And Lifestyle.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the influence of halal and price tags simultaneously to the purchase decision. 2) To determine the influence of halal and price tags partially on purchasing decisions. The type of sampling used is accidental sampling, the sample in the study amounted to 96 Students Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University Of Malang. The results of research by using multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variable of halal label and price simultaneously have an influence on to purchase decision variable, likewise halal label variable and price partially have an influence on purchasing decision variable.  Keywords: Halal label, price, purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the regional financial performance of the Lembata district government in 2013-2017. The results of the study show that in general the financial performance of the district government is good. This is shown by the low average degree of decentralization, the very high regional financial dependency ratio, the regional financial independence ratio is still low with an intructive pattern, the effectiveness of the local tax ratio is quite efficient, the local tax efficiency ratio is efficient, the efficiency expenditure ratio, operating expenditure ratio the total expenditure dominates the expenditure allocation compared to the capital expenditure ratio to total expenditure, the ratio of local revenue growth and the ratio of income growth to positive growth, the ratio of operating expenditure growth, and the capital expenditure growth ratio experiencing positive growth.Keywords: Financial Performance, Financial Ratio, Growth Ratio

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to measure the achievement of business sustainability of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk through the pentuple bottom line. Pentuple bottom line, namely the reconstruction of the triple bottom line concept that helps create the implementation of corporate business sustainability, Triple bottom line consisting of profit, people and planet becomes pentuple bottom line consisting of people, profit, phenotechnology, planet, and Prophet (5P). This study is a non-positivist research, namely the postmodernist paradigm with the imaginary dialogue research method. The results of this study are the pentuple bottom line as a measure of the success of fulfilling social responsibility at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. The hierarchical pyramid is a model of corporate obligations starting from people, profit, phenotechnology, planet, and prophet which are described in each stage. The first is people in the form of efforts made by BNI in providing benefits for stakeholders. Second, profit is an effort to achieve organizational performance. Third, Phenotechnology is the fact that the existence or phenomenon of information technology must be an important part of maintaining organizational survival. Abstract

Abstrak This research was aimed to analyze the effect of profitability (NPM) and Leverage (DER) variables on dividend policy (DPR) partially. The population used of this study is manufacturing commodity sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. In addition, the sample used of this study was purposive sampling technique. In another side, the population that contribute of this study consist of 54 data from 18 companies over 3 years period. The data collection used of this study is the documentation of the financial reports of the manufacturing companies in the consumer commodity sector listed on the IDX while the analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the T test.The results of the study explain that the variable Profitability by using a Net Profit Margin (NPM) proxy has a significant positive effect on dividend policy using a Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Leverage proxy using a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy that does not have a significant effect on dividend policy utilizing the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) proxy.  Keyword : profitabilitas, Leverage, dan kebijakan dividen

Abstract

ABSTRACTEmployee job satisfaction is one of the important things for a company. Because if employees feel satisfied with their work, then the services provided to customers will also get better, and it will trigger an increase in sales. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style servant leadership, company culture, and work environment on PT Karya employee job satisfaction Giri Palma. This study uses a sample of 56 employees from a population of 126 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is using purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The sample used is employees who do not work outside the office of PT Karya Giri Palma. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is obtained that the variables of servant leadership style, company culture, and work environment significantly influence employee job satisfaction. The servant leadership style does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Corporate culture does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to partially see the effect of Tax Avoidance, Firm Size and Good Corporate Governance on the Cost of Capital. The population in this study are all food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2019. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling technique. From the population of 26 companies, 9 companies were obtained as samples with a research period of four years (2016-2019). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that Tax Avoidance has a negative effect on the Cost of Capital, Firm Size does not affect the Cost of Capital and Good Corporate Governance does not affect the Cost of Capital.Keywords : Tax Avoidance, Firm Size, Good Corporate Governance, Cost of Capital.
