Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Influence on Customer Loyalty of Ultra Milk (Case Study in Indogrosir Malang City). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study were customers of ultramilk milk in Indogrosir Malang City. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method from Malhotra so that a sample of 85 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test and f test, there is a simultaneous influence between brand awareness, brand association, and perceived quality variables on the customer loyalty variable for ultramilk milk (Case study in Indogrosir Malang City). Adjusted R Square of 62.1% to the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty can be explained by the variable brand awareness (X1), brand association (X2), perceived quality (X3) while 37.9% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keyword: costumer Loyalty, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality

Abstract

AbstractIn the era of globalization, the economic growth of Malang City continues to grow, and various sizes and types of industries have supported the economy of Malang City with all the dynamics that are sustainable, one of which is coffee shop. This research aims to find out the competitive business strategies applied by Aromatic Coffee and Roastery Malang to maintain business existence in the face of the rise of coffee shops in Malang City.In this study, primary data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews to informants in this study, namely Owners, Employees and Customers. While secondary data is obtained through literature studies, research journals, overview of Aromatic Coffee and Roastery Malang. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical methods used are SWOT Analysis, IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT Matrix.The results of the IFE and EFE matrix show the position of the company quadrant is in Quadrant I. This position shows that profitability is very high, the company has the opportunity and strength to take advantage of existing association opportunities. The recommended strategy is Progressive which means the organization is in ideal and consistent circumstances, and is very likely to continue development, growth, and maximum progress. Keywords: Competing Strategies, SWOT Analysis, Coffee Shop

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe interest in buying, instagram ads, graphic design and promotion and to know the influence of instagram ads, graphic design and promotion to interest in buying on SayurBox user. The method in this research is using quantitative method. The sample of this research is housewife in Malang City by using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling, that is counted 60 respondents. Methods in using data using questionnaires. The analysis process used in this research is the multiple regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that simultaneously  instagram ads, graphic design and promotion has positive and significant effect to interest in buying on SayurBox user. While partially Instagram Ads has positive and significant effect to interest in buying,graphic design has negative and not significant effect to interest in buying and promotion has positive and significant effect to interest in buying on SayurBox user. Keywords : Interest in Buying, Instagram Ads, Graphic Design, Promotion

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of corporate governance and tax planning on earnings management either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The research sample was 35 companies taken by purposive sampling method. In this study using quantitative research. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research).The results of this study indicate that corporate governance and tax planning simultaneously have a significant effect on earnings management. And partially corporate governance has no significant effect on earnings management, tax planning partially has a significant effect on earnings management.Keywords: Corporate Governance, Tax Planning, Profit Management

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is: (1) to determine the positive influence of leadership style on the work discipline of the Dispendukcapil Malang City. (2) to determine the effect of the work environment on the work discipline of the Dispendukcapil Malang City. (3) to determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work environment on the work discipline of the Malang City Dispendukcapil. In this study, a population of 146 was taken as a sample of 60 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires using google form.Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16.The technique of testing data with instrument testing uses validity tests, reliability tests, and continued classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is a positive influence of the Leadership Style variable on work discipline in the Disdukcapil Malang City. (2) There is a positive influence of the work environment variable on work discipline in the Disdukcapil Malang City. (3) There is a simultaneous influence of leadership style and work environment on work discipline at Disdukcapil Malang City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Discipline

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of work environment, psychological contract, and work life balance on employee turnover intention "(Case Study at PT. ZEE INDONESIA)". This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, ie the entire population was the sample with 45 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded simultaneously or jointly that the work environment, psychological contract, and work life balance have a significant effect on turnover intention. While partially the work environment has no significant effect on turnover intention, psychological contracts have a significant effect on turnover intention, and work life balance have a significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords :  Work  Environment,  Psychological  Contract, Employment  Contract,  Work  Life  Balance,  Turnover Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and commitment to the performance of the boarding schools of Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study amounted to 220 administrators, but was reduced using the Slovin formula to be 69 administrators. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS version 14. The sampling technique with census and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that the charismatic leadership style and organizational culture have no significant effect on the performance of the management, while the commitment has a significant effect on the performance of the management. And simultaneously the charismatic leadership style, organizational culture and commitment have a positive influence on the performance of the boarding school of Sunan Drajata Paciran Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. Abstract

Abstract The implementation of social restrictions during the pandemic encourages consumers to take advantage of online shopping, thereby encouraging the growth of online shopping facilities. Two brands that are known by the public are Shopee and Lazada. This phenomenon provides the basis for this research, namely to compare the brand equity of the two brands.This study aims to examine and analyze: 1) Shopee and Lazada online shopping service brand awareness, Shopee and Lazada online shopping service quality perceptions, Shopee and Lazada online shopping service brand associations, Shopee and Lazada online shopping service brand loyalty.The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 86 respondents. The analysis technique used paired sample t-test.The results showed that there were 1) significant differences between shopee's brand awareness compared to lazada, 2) significant differences between shopee's brand associations and lazada's, 3) significant differences between shopee's perceived quality and lazada, 4) there is no significant difference between shopee and lazada brand loyalty. Keywords : Brand Equity, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of green marketing, life style and environmental awareness variables on consumer purchasing decisions at Damar Coffee. Damar Coffee customers served as the subject of this study. Quantitative research is the focus of this study. In this case study, questionnaires were distributed to Damar Coffee customers chosen through a straightforward random sampling method to collect data. Using the results of 80 respondents and the Maholtra formula, determining the number of samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test show that simultaneously green marketing, life style and environmental awareness have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Damar Coffee. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that green marketing and environmental awareness have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Damar Coffee. Meanwhile, the lifestyle variable does not have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Damar Coffee. The results of the determination test show a proportion of 60.2%, where purchasing decisions can be influenced by green marketing, lifestyle and environmental awareness. Based on the limitations in this study, it is hoped that future researchers will use the data collection method using an e-questionnaire (online questionnaire). Using an online questionnaire is expected to be aligned with further research reviews related to green marketing and reducing paper waste. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Green Marketing, Life Style, Environmental Awareness.

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image, customer satisfaction and complaint handling. The object of this research is the Singosari community with a sample size of 102 respondents who have made deliveries to J&T Express. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of partial research analysis, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. While partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, partially, company image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. While partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
