Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Customer Trust on Customer Loyalty to Tokopedia in Malang City. In this study, the population size is unknown. Therefore, this study used the Malhotra formula to determine the number of samples, obtaining results of 5 respondents. This research uses primary and secondary data and the data collection method used is an online questionnaire. (Google Forms). For data analysis, Version 25 software is used to analyze instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable has no effect on Tokopedia Customer Loyalty in Malang City. The Brand Awareness variable has no effect on Tokopedia Customer Loyalty in Malang City. Customer Trust has a significant effect on Tokopedia Customer Loyalty in Malang City. Kata Kunci  :  Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, Customer Trust, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the impact of transformational leadership style and quality of work life on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Bumi Mulia, Singosari, Malang. The research involved 43 company representatives. The data analysis method employed was quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing included testing concurrent hypotheses (F-test) and partial hypotheses (t-test). The results indicated that both independent variables significantly influenced the dependent variable simultaneously. According to the partial test results, transformational leadership style and quality of work life significantly affect the employee performance at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of tourist product attributes, prices, and accessibility on tourists' visiting decisions in Boon Pring, Malang district. The research used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 60 samples. The data testing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests (R2).. In this research, it was found that tourism product attributes, price and accessibility were significantly influenced by the decision to visit. Keywords: Tourism Product Attributes, Prices, Accessibility. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Marketing and Brand Credibility on Purchase Intention with Customer Attitude as an Intervening Variable among Gojek Application Users (Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020). The population in this study is undergraduate students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020 from 10 faculties with a total of 2,347 students. Then from that number a sample of 85 people was taken using the maholtra formula. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable Purchase Intention, the independent variables Social Media Marketing and Brand Credibility, and the intervening variable Customer Attitude. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results show that 1) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 2) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Customer Attitude 3) Social Media Marketing directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 4) Brand Credibility directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 5) Customer Attitude directly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention 6) Social Media Marketing indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude 7) Brand Credibility indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Intention through Customer Attitude.  Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand Credibility, Purchase Intention, Customer Attitude

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of product quality, price, location, electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for salak fruit (case study at RJ FRUITS, Pronojiwo District). The population in this research are consumers who have purchased at RJ FRUITS, Pronojiwo District. Determining the number of samples used the Malhotra formula and obtained results of 105 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. To solve the problem in this research using SPSS assistance with the analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R2) . The research results show that product quality and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price and electronic word of mouth do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchasing Decisions, Product Quality, Price, Location, Electronic  Word Of Mouth.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine how brand trust, price, and brand image have an impact on customer loyalty among iced tea pot customers in Malang. Using multiple linear regression techniques, this study concentrates on explanatory research investigations with a quantitative approach. A sample of 75 participants was selected using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was carried out through SPSS version 26 software which included tests of validity, reliability, normality, classical assumptions, hypotheses, and determination coefficients (R2). The results of the study show that simultaneously brand trust, price and brand image have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty of iced tea pot customers. Partially, the Brand Trust variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, while the Price variable does not have a significant influence. And also the brand image variable does not have a significant influence on customer loyalty. This research has important implications for companies in optimizing marketing strategies, especially in strengthening brand image and increasing the strength of brand trust as the main factor affecting customer loyalty. Keywords: Brand Trust, Price, Brand Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract One of the main components of economic transformation is human resources (HR). This is where vocational education becomes important in meeting the need for competent mid-level professional workers to support international competition. However, the fact is that not all vocational school graduates are able to produce professional workers. There are still many roles that vocational education institutions should play in producing competent middle-level workers. This is proven by the large number of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates who are unemployed. Work readiness factors are work motivation, industrial work practices (prakerin), and student self-efficacy according to the skills possessed by the student. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation, industrial work practices and self-efficacy. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 4 Malang. Determining the sample size using the Slovin formula obtained 92 respondents, and using a simple random sampling approach. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The research results obtained were that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 4 Malang. Keywords: Work Motivation, Industrial Work Practices, Self-Efficacy, and Readiness Work

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how big the influence of Authoritarian Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment is on the Performance of Malang Regency National Defense Agency Employees. The population in this study were non-ASN employees of the Malang Regency National Land Agency. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show the influence of authoritarian leadership style, rewards and punishment on the performance of employees at the Malang Regency National Defense Agency. Partially, the Authoritarian Leadership Style and Rewards influence the performance of Malang Regency National Defense Agency employees, while Punishment has no effect on the Malang Regency National Defense Agency employee performance. Keywords: Authoritarian Leadership Style, Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this research are: 1) To describe and analyze application of Islamic business to Muslim entrepreneur in Pasar Besar Malang City, and 2) To describe and analyze the behavior of Muslim entrepreneur in Pasar Besar Malang City in running a business based on Islamic business principles. Methods of data collection is done by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it shows that Muslim entrepreneur in the Big. The entrepreneur's strategy is to identify community needs. Every shop is required to comply with regulations with legal ownership status under the auspices of the state and religion. The ethics of entrepreneur is that they do not raise prices and monopolize the market. Entrepreneur consistently open their shops at predetermined hours and close in the afternoon. As for the behavior of Muslim entrepreneur in Pasar Besar in doing business, namely satisfying customers, having openness, not deceiving or fooling customers, mutual help, and preaching by trading. This proves that doing business using the Islamic way is able to stabilize market conditions in the era of the onslaught of the capitalist economic system which is destroying the market. Keywords: Islamic business, Entrepreneur behavior, Muslim entrepreneur.
