Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine Financial Socialization, Financial Knowledge and Financial Behavior towards Financial Well-Being among Housewives in Wandanpuro village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency. The sample selection method used in this research is proportional random sampling, where all members of the population are determined in proportion to the size of the group and taken randomly, then a total of 96 respondents are found. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26 analysis tool. The results of this research show that Financial Socialization (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Financial Well-Being, Financial Knowledge (X2) has no significant effect on Financial Well-Being, Financial Behavior (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Financial Well-Being, and simultaneously Financial Socialization, Financial Knowledge, and Financial Behavior have a significant effect on Financial Well-Being. Keywords : Financial Socialization, Financial Knowledge, Financial Behavior Financial Well-Being.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Shopee PayLater, price discounts, free shipping, and online customer reviews on purchase decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform among Generation Z consumers in the Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The sample used in this study consisted of 95 respondents, determined using the Maholtra formula based on the number of variable indicators. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, Shopee PayLater, price discounts, free shipping, and online customer reviews significantly affect purchase decisions. Partially, Shopee PayLater, price discounts, and online customer reviews have a significant impact on purchase decisions, while free shipping does not have a significant influence. Keywords: Shopee PayLater, Price Discounts, Free Shipping, Online Customer Reviews, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, word of mouth, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions partially. The research method used is quantitative research method and this type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Swara Alam Cafe in Kepanjen with a sample size of 85 respondents. To obtain data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 23 application. The results of this study indicate that service quality and word of mouth have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at Swara Alam Cafe in Kepanjen. Meanwhile, price perceptions have no effect on purchasing decisions at Swara Alam Cafe in Kepanjen. Keywords: Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, Price Perception, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study looked at how brand perception, viral marketing, and halal certification affected consumers' decisions to buy Tlogomas ice cream and tea mixue goods. This study employs a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling approaches, and the primary data source is consumers who have purchased Tlogomas ice cream and tea mixes. Data are gathered using a likert scale questionnaire. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 75 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this research show that halal certification, viral marketing and brand image simultaneously and partially influence the decision to purchase Tlogomas ice cream & tea mixue products. Keywords :Halal Certification, Viral Marketing, Brand Image And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of operational time, service quality, product variety and price on customer satisfaction among grocery store buyers. This research uses a quantitative description method. The respondents for this research were 94 respondents as customers at the Lowokwaru District grocery store who were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the maholtra formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire consisting of 2 variables, namely operational time, service quality, product variety, price and customer satisfaction. Data obtained from respondents was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Operational time, service quality, product variety and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (2) Operational time has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (3) Service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (4) Product variety has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence, management knowledge and personality on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The research method used was multiple regression analysis of primary data collected through a survey from 60 UMKM respondents at Cafe Sawah. The results of the analysis show that entrepreneurial competence, management knowledge and personality have a significant positive influence on the performance of UMKM. In particular, management knowledge and personality have a greater influence on UMKM performance compared to entrepreneurial competence. These findings highlight the importance of developing entrepreneurial competencies and management knowledge in improving the performance of UMKM. Apart from that, UMKM owners also need to pay attention to personality aspects in managing their business. The implication of this research is the need for training and mentoring for UMKM owners to increase their competence and knowledge in entrepreneurship as well as the importance of personality development as effective business leaders. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Competence, Knowledge Management, Personality, MSMEs, Management

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on productivity in the general section of Malang City Hall. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this research were ASN employees at the General Department of Malang City Hall, numbering 33 respondents. The data collection technique used was through distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that leadership style, work discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on leadership style on productivity.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Motivation, Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, communication and work discipline on organizational performance in Pamekasan Student Community administrators. The location of this research was conducted at the Pamekasan Student Community management. This research is quantitative research. This research uses an explanatory research method. This research uses a case study method where the data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the Pamekasan Student Community management. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling and obtained results as many as 67 respondents. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the t test results show that emotional intelligence, organizational culture, communication and work discipline partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Student Community management. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 42%, which means that the performance of the board can be influenced by emotional intelligence, organizational culture, communication and work discipline. Keywords : Management Performance, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture, Communication, Work Discipline.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and assess the effect of financial literacy (X1), investment motivation (X2), and financial capability (X3) on investment interest, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 94 members of Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama Malang City who had participated in Financial Literacy & Capital Market Inclusion activities from a population of 1500 people. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, Validity Test and Reliability Test were used to measure the performance of the instrument. Not only that, this study also uses Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, R2 Test, and t Test. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, investment motivation, and financial capability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Partially, financial literacy and investment motivation have a positive and significant effect on investment interest, while financial capability partially has no positive and no significant effect on investment interest. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Investment Motivation, Financial Capability, Investment Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Price, Service Quality, and Store Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at Caffe and Resto Mindi Tutur. The research was conducted using a survey method of 115 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Data testing used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Cafe and Resto Mindi Tutur, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Cafe and Resto Mindi Tutur, Store Atmosphere has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Cafe and Resto Mindi Tutur.. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Store Atmosphere, Customer Satisfaction.
