Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and assess the influence of capital availability, educational background and environment on entrepreneurial decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were MSMEs in Malang City using 100 samples. In this research, questionnaires were used as a data collection method. The results of this research show that 1) Availability of capital has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 2) Educational background has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 3) The environment has a significant influence on MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. 4) Availability of capital, educational background and environment simultaneously influence MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Malang City. Keywords: Availability of Capital, Educational Background, Environment, Entrepreneurial Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to examine and elucidate how consumer behavior is impacted by financial literacy, lifestyle, and electronic money. Case Study of Management Students at the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020-2022. A sample of one hundred respondents was selected using random sampling methods from the Slovin formula for this study. This study used multiple linear regression analysis as a quantitative data analysis tool. Partial hypothesis testing is done using the data. The study's findings indicate that, to a lesser extent, the Lifestyle variable and the Financial Literacy variable have a significant impact on the purchase behavior of students enrolled in the Management study program at the Islamic University of Malang. Malang, the Lifestyle variable has a significant influence on the Consumptive Behavior of Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Islamic University of Malang, and Electronic Money has a significant influence on the Consumptive Behavior of Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Malang. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

Abstract In the era of globalization, the development of communication technology and the internet is encouraging changes thought patterns in human life. The Shope food application can collaborate with offline stores partners who want to collaborate with Shopee food and this can create benefits for both parties. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze services quality, trust, price, and promotion, which simultaneously and partially influence customer satisfaction. The population in this research is Shopee food customer who have and have used the Shopee food application. Approach method using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that the variables services quality, trust, price, and promotion have significant effect on Shopee food customers satisfaction. This is proven by partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. This research still cannot fully reveal the factors that the influence customer satisfaction with Shopee food. The independent variable in this research can only influence the dependent variable by 69% so there are still 31% variables or other factors that can influence customer satisfaction. Keywords : Services Quality, Trust, Price, Promotion, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to see the influence of content marketing, influencer endorsers and online customer reviews on purchase intention for the Skintific Skincare Brand. The population in this study were Skintific consumers with a sample size of 90 people. The method used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. To analyze the data in this research, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination were used. Hypothesis testing in this research was carried out through simultaneous tests and partial tests. All tests were carried out using the SPSS 25 tool. The research results showed that together the content marketing, influencer endorser and online customer review variables had a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. content marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Influencer Endorsers have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention.  Keywords: Content marketing, Influencer Endorser, Online customer review, Purchase intention, Skintific

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and ascertain how online customer reviews and product quality affect people's decisions to buy Wardah cosmetic items. This study employs a quantitative method of explanatory research. Using the Malhotra formula, female students at the Islamic University of Malang were sampled, resulting in a sample of 85 respondents for this investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this research approach utilizing SPSS analytic tools. The F and t tests are used in hypothesis testing. The study's findings demonstrate that the decision to buy Wardah cosmetic goods online is significantly influenced by both product quality and online customer reviews. The decision to buy Wardah cosmetic items online is somewhat influenced by the product quality variable. On the other hand, the decision to buy Wardah cosmetic products online is not significantly influenced by the online customer review variable. Keywords: Product Quality, Online Customer Review and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This inquiry delves into how equilibrium between professional and personal life, inner drive, and adherence to work rules influence the effectiveness of ShopeeFood couriers in Malang. The subjects of this study are those couriers, with a selected group of 95 participants, chosen through a targeted sampling strategy. Data was gathered through a Google Form-based survey, and the analytical process was conducted using IBM SPSS. The findings reveal that, in combination, balance between work and life, motivation, and work discipline notably impact job performance. However, the individual effect of work-life balance and work discipline on performance appears negligible, whereas motivation stands out as a pivotal factor enhancing performance. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja. Abstract

Abstract The increasing cases of motor vehicle tax non-compliance have hampered the country's development and created various problems for economic growth. This is because the largest source of state income is in the tax sector paid by the public. Based on these problems, various strategic efforts are needed to release motor vehicle tax compliance, especially in Ampeldento Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research aims to see the influence that tax knowledge, Tax awareness and trust in the government have on Tax compliance in Ampeldento village. This research takes the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by determining the sample size using the Malhotra formula so that 100 taxpayers in Ampeldento Village were selected. Data processing uses SPSS 23 software. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out, there is a significant influence between Tax knowledge on tax compliance, there is a significant influence of Tax awareness on tax compliance, there is a significant influence of tax trust in the government on tax compliance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and describe human resource strategies with the determinant factors of farmer group anxiety due to the impact of covid 19/new normal. This study uses a qualitative method. This type of research is by conducting case studies (case studies), natural observation (natural observation), centered interviews (focused interviews). The population of this study was the Farmer Group in the Urek-Urek Gondanglegi Village, Malang Regency, using purposive sampling. Sources of data obtained from interviews and using secondary data obtained from library materials, previous research, books and others. The result of this study is that the role of human resources for farmer groups in the village of Urek-Urek Gondanglegi is apparently inadequate and optimal so that it still provides internal and external obstacles. Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the implementation of digital marketing at Warung Agrin MSMEs, 2) To find out the SWOT analysis of digital marketing at Warung Agrin MSMEs, 3) To find out the digital marketing strategy at Warung Agrin MSMEs. This research uses qualitative research methods and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation with key, main, and supporting sources. Based on SWOT analysis with the process of identifying internal and external factors, the results of the position of strengths (strenghts) are greater than weaknesses. The total score of strengths (strenghts) is 2.40 while weaknesses (weaknesses) is 1.09. Then on the company's external factors, the position of opportunities is greater than threats. The total score of opportunities is 1.80 while the total score of threats is 0.93. On the SWOT diagram, the total IFAS score of 3.49 and EFAS score of 2.73 occupy quadrant 1 which supports an aggressive strategy. Aggressive strategies support companies to continue to maximize their strengths and opportunities to move forward and achieve greater success. The implementation of aggressive strategies in digital marketing at Warung Agrin includes the use of ads or advertisements and cooperation with influencers. This strategy allows Warung Agrin MSMEs to provide continuous information to the audience, and reach the wider community of consumers. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Digital Marketing, MSMEs.
