Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of the work environment, competence and work ethic on employee performance at KWB Tahu Kres UMKM. The sample used in this study were 31 employees using the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously (Test F) the variables of the work environment, competence and work ethic have a significant effect on employee performance at the UKM Tahu Kres KWB. Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial test (t test) the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at the UMKM Tahu Kres KWB, the competency variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UMKM Tahu Kres KWB, the work ethic variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the UMKM Tahu Kres KWB. Keywords: Work Environment, Competence, Work Ethic and Employee Performance

Abstract This Research Aims To Test And Explain The Influence Of Motivation, Communication And Work Stress On Job Satisfaction Of Employees. Toeng Market Company Surabaya. This Research Uses A Quantitative Approach Where The Number Of Samples Is 82. To Solve Problem In This Research Using Spss Assistance In Analyzing Various Type Of Tests, Carried Out Such As Validity Tests, Reability Test, Test Normality, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Liniear Regression Test And Test Coefficient Of Determination Adjusted R2. The Results Of This Research Are That Motivation, Communication And Work Stres Have A Simultaneous Effect On Job Satisfaction, And Motivation And Communication Partially Have A Positive Effect On Job Satisfaction, While Work Stres Has A Negative Effect On Job Satisfaction. Keywords : Motivation, Communication, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the impact of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. Data was collected through an online questionnaire using the snowball sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 100 students of the management study program, Faculty of Business Economics, University of Islam Malang, Class of 2023. The results show that service quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on MCD customer satisfaction. In addition, it was found that the quality of service individually affects consumer satisfaction, and price variables also have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to test and analyze whether Social Media Marketing, Electronic word of mouth and Brand experience simultaneously influence the decision to purchase skincare that originates. The type of research used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is The Originote skincare consumers in Malang. Calculations show that the required sample size is 17 × 5, which is 85 respondents. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The research results show that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Social Media Marketing (X1), E-WOM (X2) and Brand Experience (X3) on The Originote Skincare Purchase Decision (Case Study of Lowokwaru Consumers, Malang City). Keywords: Social Media Marketing, E-WOM, Brand Experience, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, career development and competency (hard skills) on employee performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari, Gresik Regency. The location of this research was conducted on employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari, Gresik Regency. This research is quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari, Gresik Regency, was selected using purposive sampling. Determining the sample size used the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 157 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the F test results show that work motivation, career development and competency (hard skills) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Polowijo Gosari, Gresik Regency. Furthermore, the t test results show that work motivation, career development and competency (hard skills) partially have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT employees. Polowijo Gosari, Gresik Regency. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 60.5%, where employee performance can be influenced by work motivation, career development and competency (hard skills). Companies should pay more attention to employees' attitudes and behavior at work, one of which is by providing open information about the career development and competencies of each individual employee so that employees will be able to maximize their performance within the company. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Career Development, Competence (hard skills).

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing, Service On Quality, and Product Apperance on Purchasing Decisions. The sample for this research is Es Teler Sempet Sayang consumers to collect data using a quitionaire. To analyze the data sing the validity test, Reliability test, Normality test, Classic Assumtions test, Multiple Linier Regrssion Analysis, F statistical test and t statical test, Cofficient of Determination Test using IBM Statistics SPSS 25From of the result calculation using SPSS, namely the Digital Marketing variables, Service Quality and Product Appearance, have a simultancous influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, partialy Digital Marketing, Service Quality, and Product Appearnce have and influence on Purchasing Decisions Keywords : Digital Marketing, Service Quality, Product Appearance, and Purchasing Decisons.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty with brand satisfaction as a mediation variable. This research using i quantitative explanatory approach. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the partial least squares. The stages of statistical analysis included tests for convergent and discriminant validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. All statistical analyses were performed using SmartPLS 4 software. Research findings indicate that brand experience significantly and positively influences brand loyalty. Additionally, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand satisfaction. Brand satisfaction also positively and significantly impacts brand loyalty. Moreover, brand experience significantly affects brand loyalty when mediated by brand satisfaction. Keywords: Brand Experience. Brand Satisfaction, Brand Loyalty, iPhone

Abstract

Abstract This study expects to decide the Impact of Social Media, Brand Image, and Price Perception on Purchase Decision of N'pure Chemical Gel Probiotics on Tiktok Shop (Contextual analysis on N'pure customers in Malang City). A quantitative approach is used in this research method. The population that was used consisted of N'pure consumers in Malang City, and the malkhotra method was used to obtain 75 respondents. An online questionnaire is used for data collection. Using the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 program, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The study found that price perception, brand image, and social media influence all have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, Price Perception has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, and Social Media has no significant influence on purchase decisions. Keywords: Social Media, Brand Image, and Price Perception, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of shopping lifestyle (X1), celebrity endorser, and word of mouth (X3) on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 112 respondents. The respondents in this study are Luxcrime make up consumers in Malang City. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 as the analysis tool. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of tourist attractions, accessibility, price, and facilities on the decision to visit the Bowele beach tourist attraction in Malang Regency. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Data was collected through surveys using valid and reliable research instruments. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques to test the hypothesis proposed.The results of this study show that Tourist Attraction, Accessibility, Price, and Facilities simultaneously affect the Interest of Tourists Visiting Bowele Beach. And it partially shows that Tourist Attraction and Price have a significant positive effect, while Accessibility and Facilities do not have a significant negative effect. Keywords: Tourist Attractions, Accessibility, Prices, Facilities, Interest in Visiting
