Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation on the Purchase Decision of iPhone smartphones. The research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang during the 2020-2023 period, with a sample of 110 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire method. The research results show that Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Product Innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Lifestyle have a significant effect, while Product Innovation has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Brand Image, Product Quality, Lifestyle, Product Innovation, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, communication, and teamwork on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of Field 1 of the Pasuruan Regency Environmental Service. The determination of the number of samples used saturated samples with a total of 83 employees as respondents. The results of the study stated that individual characteristics, communication, and teamwork simultaneously influenced employee performance and partially individual characteristics and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while communication did not affect employee performance. Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Communication, Teamwork, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the Profitability variable (ROA), Liquidity variable (DAR), Asset Structure variable on Capital Structure through the Dividend Policy variable (DPR). The sampling technique was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, so that the sample obtained was 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2022 period with a total of 40 observation data over 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is documentation with data sources using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses the path method (Path Analysis) with SPSS 26 software tools. The results of this research show that: profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, liquidity has a positive effect on capital structure, while asset structure and dividend policy have a negative effect on capital structure but not significant. Furthermore, profitability indirectly through dividend policy has a significant influence on capital structure, while liquidity indirectly through dividend policy does not have a significant influence on capital structure, and asset structure indirectly through dividend policy has a significant influence on capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Asset, Dividend Policy, Capital

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, price, promotion and brand trust simultaneously and partially on purchasing interest. The population in this study was an unknown number of students at the Islamic University of Malang. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that brand image, product quality, price, promotion and brand trust simultaneously influence purchasing interest and partially brand image, product quality, promotion and brand trust influence purchasing interest but price does not influence purchasing interest. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Brand Trust, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotions and Flash Sale Discounts on interest in buying Shopee products. Sampling was carried out among Shopee users in Malang City using the Maholtra formula so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. This research shows that the influence of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, Cashback Promotion and Discount Flash Sale have a simultaneous effect on buying interest. Based on the t test (partial), Live Streaming and Cashback Promotion have a significant effect on buying interest, while Online Customer Reviews and Flash Sale Discounts do not have a significant effect on buying interest. Keywords: Live Streaming, Online Customer Review, Cashback Promotion, Flash Sale Discount, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research investigates the effects of Flash Sale, Live Streaming, and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on impulse buying behavior among Shopee users, specifically focusing on students from an Islamic University. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a Ferdinand formula with a sample of 85 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, covering tests for normality, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, and the adjusted R² coefficient. The findings indicate that Flash Sale does not affect impulse buying, while Live Streaming and Hedonic Shopping Motivation both have a significant impact on impulse buying. Keywords: Flash Sale, Live Streaming, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Impulse Buying

Abstract punctuality and tariffs on purchasing decisions for train transportation tickets at PT. Kai (Persero) Tawang Alun. This study approach makes use of a quantitative approach. The people used is users of Tawang Alun train services and 110 respondents were obtained using Malhotra's theoryAn online questionnaire serves as a tool for gathering data. The data technique analysis analysis of multiple linear regression. used in conjunction with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hypothesis testing uses the F test and t test. According to this report, Security, Online System Services, Punctuality and Tariffs on Buying Choices together possess a substantial influence on purchasing decisions for Tawang Alun Train Transportation Tickets at PT. Kai (Persero). The variables Security, Online System Services, and Punctuality partially influence the purchasing decision for Tawang Alun Train Transportation Tickets at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of price, product quality and Instagram social media promotion on product purchasing decisions at Arema FC Official Store Malang. The data analysis method in this study is quantitative data analysis using SPSS. The population of this study were consumers of Arema FC Official Store. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Malhotra formula and obtained 80 respondents. The results showed that the price variable had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang, the product quality variable had an insignificant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang, and Instagram social media promotion had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang, and Instagram social media promotion had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Official Store Arema FC Malang. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Instagram Social Media Promotion and Product Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Astra Credit Companies Malang located at Jalan Jaksa Agung Suprapto No. 28, Rampal Celaket, Klojen District, Malang City, East Java. This study aims to determine the influence of communication, innovative behavior and knowledge management on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was employees of Astra Credit Companies Malang which amounted to 40 employees, then the total number of samples was taken using the saturated sampling method. Based on the results of the t-test data analysis showed that the significance value of communication variables and innovative behavior had an effect on employee performance, while knowledge management had no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test showed that dependent variables can be predicted with 83% explaining independent factors such as communication, innovative behavior and knowledge management. In addition, the study uses a collection technique that formulates research data from closed questionnaires using google forms. Keywords: Comunication, Innovative Behavior and Knowledge Management

Abstract

Abstract The research aim to determine the influence of location and price on consumer buying interest (Bebek Carok Madura) Surabaya branch. The results of this research show that the Location Style variable has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest with a significant value of 0.000<0.05, the Price variable has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest with a significant value of 0.001<0.05. Keywords: location, price and consumer buying interest
