Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of Islamic leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction and motivation as intervening variables at PT Benih Citra Asia Jember. 67 respondents were selected for the study's sample using a random sampling approach based on the Slovin formula. This study employed route analysis (also known as path analysis) as a quantitative data analysis tool. Partial hypothesis testing using data is employed. As per the study's findings, there is a noteworthy correlation between the variables of Islamic leadership and employee performance. Additionally, there is a noteworthy effect of Islamic leadership on job satisfaction and work motivation. Furthermore, there is a sigificant relationship between work motivation and employee performance and job satisfaction variables. While the indirect effect shows that the job satisfaction variable is able to mediate the Islamic leadership variable on employee performance, the work motivation variable is also able to mediate the Islamic leadership variable on employee performance. Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample consists of 83 employees from PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Primary and secondary data were used to support the research.The findings indicate that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, job training does not significantly influence employee performance. In contrast, Kaizen culture and leadership style have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Based on data analysis results using an Adjusted R Square of 0.298, it was found that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style contribute 29.8% to employee performance, while the remaining influence is from other variables outside the research model.  Keywords: Job Training, Kaizen Culture, Leadership Style and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image on the purchasing decision of Indomie instant noodle products simultaneously and partially on Warmindo consumers in Sidoarjo. The population in the study was the consumer of Warmindo who had purchased Indomie instant noodles at Warmindo at least once, the exact number of which was unknown. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision variable of Indomie instant noodle products and partially product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image influenced the purchasing decision variable of Indomie instant noodle products. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Digital Promotion, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research to analyze and describe the influence of PLN Mobile Application Service Quality on Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as Interverning (Study on PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang Customers. The population in this study is PLN mobile UP3 Malang users with a total of 35,574 users. Then from the total A sample of 98 people was taken using the Slovin formula. The variables used in this research were the dependent variable customer loyalty, the independent variable service quality, and the intervening variable customer satisfaction. The data analysis technique in this research used path analysis with the help of SPSS 26 software research shows that 1). PLN Mobile Application Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang.2). PLN Mobile Application Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang. 3). Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang. 4). The service quality of the PLN Mobile Application has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT PLN Persero UP3 Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the ifluence of work environment, communication, competence, and motivation on the performance of PK IPNU IPPNU UNISMA. The research was conducted using a survey method of 86 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research was quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The research results show that the work environment, competence, and motivation have a significant effect on management performance, while communication does not have a signicant effect. In conclusion, comfort in the work environment and high competence can improve management perfomance the higher the motivation, the lower the management performance, but good communication does not have a significant effect on management performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Communication, Competence, Motivation, And Management Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Brand Image on Brand Loyalty mediated by the Brand Trust on Economics and Business students at the Islamic University of Malang in 2020 are users of Unilever personal care products. this research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from answers to statements when distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 110 respondents obtained from the Malhotra formula. to solve the problem in this study using the outer model test and inner model test with the help of data analysis using SmartPLS 4.1.0.6. The results of this study are Brand Image have a direct effect on Brand Trust. Brand Image have a direct effect on Brand Loyalty. Brand Trust have a direct effect on Brand Loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura totaling 50 employees, then the number of samples was taken using the saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that 1) Leadership style, communication, motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLTD Persero Sapudi Madura. 4) Motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this research is to ascertain the impact of the rupiah exchange rate and self-proclaimed interest rates on the IHSG. Using a quantitative approach, this research uses an explanatory framework. This study targets the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. A purposive sampling method was used to select 60 participants for the research. Information collection was carried out using secondary data where data was taken from existing documents and then developed and further analysis was carried out through Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 26 using multiple linear regression. The findings of this research indicate that the combination of the rupiah exchange rate and self-claimed interest rates has a significant impact on the IHSG. Keywords: Rupiah Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, IHSG

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate whether entrepreneurial leadership and knowledge sharing affect innovation work behavior. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study employs a cross-sectional method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the proposed research model. The sample of this study were 122 employee of SMEs culinary. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 3. The findings suggest that the entrepreneurial leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on the Knowledge Sharing of employees in small and medium enterprises in Lowokwaru Distric Malang City. In addition, the study provides evidence that entrepreneurial leadership is the primary driving force for knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The study provides practical guidance for small and medium enterprises to enhance innovation and competitiveness through entrepreneurial leadership that fosters knowledge sharing, in order to create an innovative work environment. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This research was carried out to identify the influence of experiential marketing and green marketing on customer loyalty: the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of Superindo customers in Malang City, with a sample size of 95 respondents selected using non-probability sampling techniques and a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, assisted by SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 software. The outcomes of this study indicate that experiential marketing influences customer satisfaction, and green marketing also affects customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has an effect on customer loyalty, green marketing has no effect on customer loyalty, experiential marketing influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and similarly, green marketing impacts customer loyalty via customer satisfaction. Keywords:Experiential marketing, Green marketing, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction
