Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Cashback, Flash Sale, and Ease of Use of the Application on Purchase Decisions partially on Shopee. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Malang, Class of 2020 who had used the Shopee Application. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that cashback, flash sale, and ease of use of the application simultaneously had a significant effect on purchase decisions on Shopee by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisma, class of 2020. The cashback and flash sale variables partially had a significant effect on purchase decisions on Shopee by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisma, class of 2020. The ease of use of the application variable partially did not have a significant effect on purchase decisions on Shopee by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisma, class of 2020. Keywords: Cashback, Flash Sale, Ease of Use of the Application, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Advertising on Purchase Decisions of Mc.Donalds fast food in Malang City. The population used in this study were Malang City residents with the condition that they had purchased Mc products. Donalds or currently visiting Mc.Donalds fast food outlets at least once and domiciled in Malang. The data collection method in this study used questionnaires. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that price and advertising have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Advertising, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The result  show that the influence of  Web quality reputation variables is very significant, consumers believe that website quality can affect consumers and potential consumers to continue transacting and make it easier to buy, reputation is also very influental because with the image, consumers believe that this store or online site is guaranteed in terms of quality and quantity, in contrast to the Electronic Word of Mouth and Online Costumer Review variables, consumers are less confident because there is   no real evidence, only  reviews from consumers who have bought and given bad reviewa are presented. Keywords:  Electronic Word Of Mouth, Reputation,  Tokopedia,  Web Quality, Online Costumer

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study aims to analyze of the relationship between safety culture and safety leadership toward employees’ safety performance through mediating variable motivation at PT. Aneka Coffee Industry. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive-causality research type. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Aneka Coffee Industry with total of 410 employees, while the sample was 80 employees as respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The established data analysis used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study showed that safety culture, safety leadership, and motivation has a significant positive effect toward safety performance. Safety culture and safety leadership has a significant positive effect toward motivation. Motivation can mediate the relationship between safety culture and safety leadership toward safety performance. Keyword: Safety Culture, Safety Leadership, Motivation, and Safety Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Product Quality and Green Marketing on NPURE Purchasing Decisions with Online Customer Reviews as an intervening variable. This study is based on the increasing awareness of Generation Z towards environmentally friendly products and the influence of Online Reviews on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 Generation Z respondents in Malang City who had used NPURE products for at least three months. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that product quality and Green Marketing had a significant effect on Online Customer Reviews and purchasing decisions. Online Customer Reviews were also proven to be a mediating variable that strengthened the relationship between product quality, Green Marketing, and purchasing decisions. This study emphasizes the importance of improving product quality, implementing effective Green Marketing strategies, and managing Customer Reviews to improve consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Green Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Purchasing Decisions, Generation Z, NPURE.

Abstract

Abstract This quantitative study investigates the impact of website quality, risk perception, and trust on the purchasing decisions of Shopee customers among students at FEB UNISMA Malang City. Utilizing the Malhotra formula, a sample size of 72 was determined. SPSS software was employed to analyze the data through validity, reliability, and normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, F-tests, and t-tests. The findings indicate that website quality (X1) and risk perception (X2) significantly and partially influence purchasing decisions (Y). Conversely, trust (X3) does not exhibit a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Keywords: Website Quality, Risk Perception, Trust, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline factors on the work spirit of employees at CV Puspa Agraria, Malang Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at CV Puspa Agraria, Malang Regency, totaling 30. While the sample used the accidental sampling formula with a calculation result of 30 samples. The data used are secondary data and primary data using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument testing: validity reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination.The results of the study indicate that simultaneously between the variables of work motivation and discipline factors on employee work spirit at CV Puspa Agraria have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially, the results obtained are that motivation factors do not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and work motivation has a significant effect on employee work spirit. Keywords : The Influence Of Work Motivation And Work Discipline On Employee Work Enthusiasm

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of price, brand engagement, and brand love variables on the purchasing decisions of apple smartphone users, focusing on students of the faculty of economics and business , Universitas Islam Malang, class of  2021. The research sample was 110 respondents determined based on the malhotra formula, with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who met the criteria. The data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regressions analysis, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The findings of this study indicate that the variables price, brand engagement and brand love simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and each independent variable has a significant partial effect on the dependent variable.  Keywords: Purchase Decision, Price, Brand Engagement, Brand Love

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing and Brand Image on purchase intention and its impact on purchasing decisions for bottled Le Mineral drinking water at students of the Islamic University of Malang. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents. The population of this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang who had bought Le Mineral at least twice. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, for data processing using SmartPLS 4 software. The results in the study showed that Green Marketing and Brand Image have a significant positive effect on purchase intention and purchasing decisions, purchase interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and purchase interest can mediate the relationship between the two to purchasing decisions. Keywords: Green Marketing, Brand Image, Purchase Intention, Purchasing Decisions.
