Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure on company value moderated by good corporate governance and corporate social responbility. The population in this research is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2021 to 2023. Using Purposive sampling method, a sample size of 11 mining sector companies was obtained, so the total obesrvations is secondary. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis techique is used to test whether the interaction between independent variables and moderating variables has an effect on the dependent variable. The result of this research show that capital structure as measured by DER has a significant influence on company value. Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responbility are unable to moderate the influence of company size on company value.  Keywords: Capital Structure, Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responbility, Company Value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation on employee productivity at PT. Daimatu Industri Indonesia. The research method employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while compensation has a significant negative effect on productivity. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 22.2% shows that the independent variables explain only a small portion of the variation in employee productivity, with the remaining 77.8% influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that the company should focus more on improving job satisfaction and employee motivation, while also reevaluating the compensation system to ensure it does not negatively impact productivity. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory and provides practical insights for manufacturing companies in formulating strategies to enhance employee productivity. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of income expectations, use of social media and digital literacy on increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is Economics and Business students at the Islamic University of Malang with a sample size of 82 students who have taken entrepreneurship courses and do not yet have a business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. This research uses a quantitative approach because the data is obtained in the form of numbers. Based on the results of research analysis, income expectations have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The use of social media has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. and digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Income Expectations, Use Of Social Media, Digital Literacy And Interest In Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract This research explores how spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social intelligence impact the mindset of Generation Z in Ima'an Village, focusing on individuals aged 17–27. Employing an explanatory method with a quantitative approach, the study utilizes descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis to identify which independent variables significantly influence mindset. The results for Hypothesis 1 indicate that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on the mindset of Generation Z in the village, as shown by a significance value of 0,001, which is below the 0,05 threshold. Meanwhile, Hypothesis 3 is rejected. For Hypothesis 4, emotional intelligence does not significantly influence mindset, as evidenced by a significance value of 0,555, which exceeds 0,05, leading to the rejection of this hypothesis. Furthermore, the F-test reveals that all independent variables together have a significant impact on the dependent variable, with a significance value of 0,001. Keywords: Spiritual Intelligence, Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Generation Z Mindset.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom) and Content Marketing on Impulse Buying on the TikTok application, focusing on students in Lowokwaru District, Malang. This study aims to determine the influence of E-Wom and Content Marketing on Impulse Buying, along with the development of technology and the increasing use of social media, impulsive shopping among generation Z is increasing. Through a quantitative approach, by collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 110 student respondents in Malang City, then the data that has been collected is analyzed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom) and Content Marketing simultaneously have a significant influence on Impulse Buying on the TikTok application. Partially, E-Wom shows a stronger influence than Content Marketing on Impulse Buying. Keywords: E-Wom, Content Marketing, Impulse Buying, TikTok, Students.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage ratios on firm value in Telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each company from 2018-2023. The population used was 18 companies. The sample obtained was 10 telecommunication companies that had been selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics for Windows 25 application. The results showed that profitability, liquidity and leverage ratios simultaneously had an effect on company value. profitability (return on assets), liquidity (current ratio) and leverage (debt to equity ratio) partially have a positive and significant effect on company value.  Keywords : Company Value, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Telecommunication

Abstract

Abstract The impact of Product Design, Product Quality, and viral marketing on consumer purchasing decisions was investigated in this research. The study's population comprised students from the 2020 cohort at FEB UNISMA, Malang City, from whom a sample of 85 individuals was drawn using particular sampling procedures. Data analysis was conducted with the SPSS application. Multiple linear regression analysis was the statistical technique employed. This study aims to deepen understanding regarding the factors influencing consumer choices when acquiring Erigo products. The results demonstrate that Product Design, Product Quality, and Viral Marketing significantly influence consumer decisions to purchase Erigo products. Keywords: Produck Design, Produck Quality, and Viral Marketing

Abstract

Abstract   This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of salary, performance assessment and organizational culture on employee performance at TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu. The population in this study were employees at TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using a saturated sampling technique and the results obtained were 69 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that salary, performance appraisal and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, salary has no significant influence on employee performance, performance appraisal has a significant influence on employee performance, and organizational culture has no significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Salary, Performance Assessment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Marketing Content, Social Media and Brand Awareness on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Meccacu Skincare Store. The research used is quantitative research with a population of consumers who have purchased skincare at the meccacu skincare store. Data processing is used using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) application. The results of this study indicate that marketing content does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while social media and Brand awareness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Marketing Content, Social Media, Brand Awareness, Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of live streaming, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace targeting Shopee users in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire data collection technique involving 85 respondents. In this study, the sample determination used the Non-probability sampling method, then the sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling method and data testing using SPSS 25 software. The independent variables in this study are live streaming, online customer reviews and online customer ratings, and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The results showed that live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These three variables together influence purchasing decisions.This research emphasizes the importance of the role of live streaming, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings in increasing consumer trust and strengthening purchase decisions.
