Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of teamwork, work environment, occupational safety, and health on employee performance at KUD Pakis, Malang Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires to collect data from employees as respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to identify the simultaneous and partial effects of independent variables on employee performance. The results indicate that teamwork, work environment, and occupational safety and health have a significant positive impact on employee performance. Specifically, a supportive work environment and cohesive teamwork enhance productivity, while implementing comprehensive safety and health measures contributes to improved performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of flash sales, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and e-promotion on the decision to purchase Somethinc beauty products among students at the Islamic University of Malang. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research results show that flash sales, e-WOM, and e-promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Somethinc beauty products. This research contributes to the development of digital marketing theory and practice in the beauty industry. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Rating, and Ease of Purchase Access on purchasing decisions at Umayumcha Malang. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 105 respondents who are customers of Umayumcha. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, the four independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing are proven effective in increasing buying interest, while Online Customer Rating and ease of purchase access further strengthen consumer decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research purposes to examine the impact of hygiene factors and motivation elements on employee job satisfaction at CV Sayap Mas Nusantara in Malang Regency. This research employs quantitative research methods. The population of this study was 1500 employees from CV Sayap Mas Sukosari in Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. Meanwhile, the sample applied the Slovin formula on the calculated findings of 94 samples. The data used are secondary and primary data collected through questionnaire approaches. The data analysis approach employed is instrument testing: validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (simultaneous, partial, and coefficient of determination). The study's findings demonstrate that both the Hygiene and Motivation factors have a substantial impact on employee job satisfaction at CV Sayap Mas Nusantara Malang Regency. Part of the findings revealed that the hygiene element had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, whereas work motivation did..Keywords : Hygiene Factors, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract In the era of Industry 4.0, consumerist lifestyles have become increasingly prevalent, particularly in the automotive sector, which has become a popular hobby among various groups. One common activity is the modification and restoration of vehicle components, leading to a growing demand for services such as sand blasting, vapor blasting, and powder coating. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies and Word of Mouth on consumer decisions to use these services at BA BLAST in Sidoarjo. A quantitative approach was employed through surveys distributed to customers who have used BA BLAST services. The results indicate that both digital marketing and Word of Mouth have a positive and significant impact on service usage decisions. Digital marketing enables effective and efficient promotion through social media, while Word of Mouth exerts a strong influence through recommendations from close contacts. Abstract

Abstract This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Advertising, Endorser Credibility, Advertising Appeal on iPhone Purchase Interest" Case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2020 at the Islamic University of Malang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising, endorser credibility, advertising appeal simultaneously and partially on iPhone purchase interest. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. This sample collection uses purposive sampling and gets 85 samples. This data collection uses a questionnaire method that is distributed offline and online via google forms and questionnaire paper. The simultaneous results of this study are that advertising, endorser credibility, advertising appeal have a significant effect on iPhone purchase interest. The partial results of this study are that advertising has a significant effect on purchase interest, endorser credibility has a significant effect on purchase interest, and advertising appeal has a significant effect on iPhone purchase interest. Keywords: Advertising, Endorser Credibility, Advertising Appeal, And Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the analysis of marketing strategies at Overtoun in the form of segmentation, targeting, positioning and their influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was carried out to test the influence between variables. The population in this research are all consumers who have used or are currently using Overtoun products in the Gadang Village area. From this population, a sample will be determined using Malhotra's formula method so that a sample of 100 samples will be obtained. Data analysis in this research consists of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and   coefficient of determination testing. The results of this research show that based on the results of the t test, there is a partial influence between the segmentation, targeting and positioning variables on consumer purchasing decision variables. Adjusted R Square of 64.2% of the     dependent variable, namely the decision to take credit, can be explained by the variables. Segmentation (X1), Targeting (X2), Positioning (X3) while 35.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Consumer Purchasing Decisions, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-commerce in Indonesia has driven changes in consumer behavior, including the purchase of hijab products through social media. Syamilahhijab, as one of the local brands, utilizes digital marketing strategies, product quality, and customer reviews as its main attractions. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product quality, and online customer reviews on consumer purchasing decisions. The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory research method. A total of 85 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and data were collected through online questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results show that simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. However, partially, only online customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while social media marketing and product quality do not show a significant effect. These findings indicate that customer reviews play a crucial role in shaping consumer perception and decision-making in the context of online shopping. This research provides practical implications for business actors to focus their strategies more on managing customer reviews in a positive and consistent manner.  Keywords: Purchasing Decision, Social Media Marketing, Product Quality, Online Customer Review, E-Commerce.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of Business Risk, Profitability, and Asset Growth variables on Capital Structure in basic and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018–2021. The population consists of 73 basic and chemical companies that were and are still listed on the IDX in the 2018–2021 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 32 basic and chemical companies listed on the IDX for the 2018–2021 period. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, processed with SPSS 25 software. The data analysis methods include normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the business risk ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. The profitability ratio has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, servicescape, and service quality on customer loyalty at Retrorika Coffee Bar and Resto. These three variables are considered strategic elements relevant to customer loyalty, yet they have rarely been comprehensively studied in the context of local cafés. This study employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques. The sample consists of 80 respondents who are customers of Retrorika Café residing in Malang and Batu. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the assistance of SPSS 29.0. The results indicate that, simultaneously, green marketing, servicescape, and service quality significantly influence customer loyalty. Partially, green marketing and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, while servicescape has a positive but insignificant influence. These findings indicate that customer loyalty is not only influenced by the physical conditions of the café environment but is more strongly influenced by customers' perceptions of the café's environmental efforts and the quality of service provided. This study has implications for business practitioners, particularly in the café industry, to focus on environmentally conscious marketing strategies and improve service quality as efforts to maintain customer loyalty. Keywords: Green Marketing, Servicescape, Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, Retrorika, Batu City.
