Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Social Media Influencers, Trust, and Consumer Behavior on Purchasing Decisions at Shopee, focusing on generation Z students in Malang City. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 124 respondents selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. Abstract

Abstract Goals of the research is to analyzing and testing the affect of content marketing, influencer marketing, and advertising personalization on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop platform. Using a quantitative approaches, that have the population within 688 respondents, used the Malhotra formula. In this study, using fixed 100 respondents. Analyzing data used multiple linear regression, t test, and f test, also SPSS software to help the test the research hypothesis. The results show that content marketing, influencer marketing, and advertising personalization affecting the purchasing decisions on TikTok Shop significantly, with both partial and simultaneous. Keywords: Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Advertising, Personalization, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of effectiveness, trust, and ease of use on the intention to use QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in Malang City. QRIS is a digital payment innovation authorized by Bank Indonesia to facilitate non-cash transactions in a more efficient and secure manner. The research applied a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that effectiveness, trust, and ease of use simultaneously have a significant influence on the intention to use QRIS. Partially, all three variables also have a positive and significant influence. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which explains that users’ perceptions of ease of use, system reliability, and usefulness play an essential role in technology adoption. Therefore, increasing public interest in using QRIS can be achieved by ensuring the system is effective, trustworthy, and easy to use Keywords: QRIS, Effectiveness, Trust, Ease Of Use, Usage Intention

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: 1) To test the information content of Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Life Balance on Employee Performance at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. 2) To determine the effect of Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Life Balance on Employee Performance at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport.The sample in this study amounted to 37 people who were employees of Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used in the study used primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out that each question item in the research questionnaire is normally distributed and there are no problems with the results of the simultaneous test which states that the results of the variables Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, and Work Life Balance, simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. Keywords: Impowering Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, Work Life Balance, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, brand image, price, and product quality on the purchase decision of Somethinc skincare products. The research was conducted on university students residing in the Lowokwaru District of Malang City. This study employed a quantitative approach with data collected through an online questionnaire from 100 respondents. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results show that simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect the purchase decision. Partially, influencer, brand image, and product quality had a significant effect, while price did not. These findings provide strategic implications for local skincare companies to enhance digital marketing and maintain product quality Keywords: Influencer, Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract In the modern era, the demands on the performance of public sector organizations, especially the Fire Service, are getting higher. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Batu City Fire Service. This study uses a quantitative method and uses the type of explanatory research, by distributing questionnaires and interviews to obtain 45 respondents, the results of the study are analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment each have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of the Batu City Fire Service. In conclusion, improving the performance of employees of the Batu City Fire Department can be achieved through an increase in effective leadership style, high work discipline, a conducive work environment, and a strong organizational commitment. Keywords : Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Environment And Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Arya Swastika Adhiguna. The background of this research is based on the importance of professional human resource management, particularly in the construction industry which is characterized by high-risk jobs. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique, involving 30 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that simultaneously, job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment have a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, job stress has a significant negative effect, while job satisfaction and work environment have a significant positive effect on productivity. The conclusion of this study suggests that managing job stress effectively, along with improving job satisfaction and a conducive work environment, can enhance employee productivity. Therefore, companies must pay attention to these three aspects in their human resource management strategies to achieve optimal performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech innovation, social media influencers, and locus of control on investment interest of generation Z. The quantitative method was used with a survey of 90 FEB UNISMA students of class of 2021 selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis used SPSS 27 software. The research instrument has passed the validity and reliability test. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that fintech innovation and social media influencers have a significant positive effect on investment interest. Conversely, locus of control has no significant effect. This research model is simultaneously significant with a coefficient of determination of 0.567 so that 56.7% of the variation in investment interest can be explained by the independent variables. Keywords: Financial Technology Inovation, Media Social Influencers, Locus of Control, Investment Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and information technology on employee performance in the study of Wonolangan Sugar Factory employees in Probolinggo Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population is Wonolangan Sugar Factory employees with a sample of 80 respondents, and applies sampling, namely the saturated sample method. The data sources obtained come from distributing questionnaires and data processing using SPSS version 25.0 analysis media. The results of the analysis and testing show simultaneously and partially that Transformational Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Information Technology (X3) have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y).  Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Information Technology, Employee Performance
