Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the extent to which Online Customer Reviews, Customer Ratings, and Prices influence the Buying Interest of Tokopedia consumers. The population in this study were 565 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang and the sample used in this study used the slovin approach so that a sample of 85 was obtained. The test was carried out using IBM SPSS version 25. The results obtained were online Customer Reviews, Customer Ratings and Prices had a positive effect and simultaneously significant to buying interest in Tokopedia. Meanwhile, partially Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Tokopedia, Customer Ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Tokopedia, Prices have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at Tokopedia. Keywords: Purchase intentio, Online Customer Review, rating and Price.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Distro Distro, Jl. Ranugrati no 25 Sawojajar. Malang city. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are promotion, service quality, product quality and price, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 95 respondents who were consumers aged 15-30 years, the local community of Malang City who settled or temporarily and consumers who had made a purchase. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that promotion affects purchasing decisions, service quality affects purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions and price affects purchasing decisions. Promotion, service quality, product quality and price simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Product Quality,

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to know the Student Leadership Exercise (LKM) which is implemented by Students Association of Faculty of Economic of Islamic University of Malang (BEM-FE UNISMA) and also to know the improvement of work discipline in the organization after following the Student Leadership Training. The method use in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is the achievement which is characterized by the competence of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Abstract

This research has a purpose to determine the effect of inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets, and  Loan to Deposit Ratio on interest rates of time deposit in commercial banks in Indonesia in 2011-2015. The sample selection using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research was obtained from the financial statements Publication 2011-2015. The results showed that (1) Inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets and Loan to Deposit Ratio affect the interest rates on time deposits. (2) Partially showed that inflation variable positive influence and significance of the level of interest rates on time deposits, CAR variabel  positive effect and significance of the level of interest rates on time deposits, ROA and LDR variabel negative and not significant to the deposit interest rate futures.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the growing development of cooperatives at this time, the demand for good and professional management of cooperatives is getting bigger. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of the relationship of equity capital X1, equity X2, business volume X3, while the variable Y is the remaining business results. this study uses quantitative methods. The results showed that there was a significant influence between own capital, foreign capital and business volume on the remaining business results, so as to increase the remaining business results by increasing capital and increasing business volume. Keywords : Village Unit Cooperatives, Own Capital, Foreign Capital, Business               Volume,Remaining Business Results.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of halal labels, material safety, promotion and prices on consumer purchasing decisions. Population and sample were 100 respondents who had used Sariayu cosmetic products. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 14. Testing the application of data used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, heterocedestity test, multicollinearity test, F test and t test.               The results of the analysis show that halal labels, material security, promotion and prices have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the t test show a significance value > 0.05, therefore the halal and price label variables have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. While the material and promotion security variables show a significance value of <0.05, therefore the material and promotion security variables are stated to have no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions Keyword: Halal labels, Ingredients safety, Promotion, Price, Buying decision

Abstract

AbstractThis research is used to analyze and determine the effect of training, employee service and employee work loyalty to employe work productivity on PT Karya Giri Palma. The method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees of PT Karya Giri Palma.The result indicate that the variables of training, employee service and work loyalty simultaneously affected the work productivity of employees. This is indicated by value Fhitung > Ftabel. The training variable is known partially does not have a significant effect on employee work produvtivity. As well as employee service variables that partially do not significantly influence employee productivity. Whereas the employee work loyalty variable partially has a significant effect on employee productivity.Keyword : training, employee service, work loyalty, work produktivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of market risk (X1), financial risk (X2), and business risk (X3) on stock returns (Y) in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This research data was obtained from the financial statements of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the website www.idx.co.id The research sample consisted of 9 pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years, namely the 2017 period. -2020. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with the t test method. The results showed that the market risk variable had a significant positive effect on stock returns, financial risk had an insignificant negative effect on stock returns and the business risk variable had an insignificant negative effect on stock returns. With the magnitude of the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.657 which indicates that 65.7% of the dependent variable stock returns can be explained by independent variables consisting of market risk, business risk, and financial risk and the remaining 55.7% is explained by other variables that are not researched. Keywords: Market Risk, Business Risk, Financial Risk, Return Saham

Abstract

ABSTRACT                    The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze 1) mutations, shifts, organizational commitment and training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance 2) mutations affect employee performance 3) shift affects employee performance 4) organizational commitment affects employee performance 5) training has an effect on the effect on employee performance. This research is an explanatory research, with the population being the research object is the employees of the inspection section of the softbag packing of PT. Otsuka Indonesia, as many as 83 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that mutations, shifts, organizational commitment and training have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Mutation has a partially significant effect on employee performance, shift has a partially significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a partially significant effect on employee performance and training has a partially significant effect on employee performanceKeywords: Movements, Shifts, Organizational Commitment, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Department of the Environment of Malang City. The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the effect of compensation, work motivation and work environment on employee loyalty at the Malang City Environment Service.The variables used are compensation, work motivation and work environment as independent variables, while work loyalty is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 65 civil servants (PNS) of the Malang City Environment Service using the random proportional stratification method. Methods of data collection by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 for windows software.The results showed that simultaneously compensation, work motivation and work environment had an effect on work loyalty, while partially compensation and work motivation had a significant effect on the work loyalty of employees of the Environmental Service of Malang City and the variable of the work environment had no significant effect on the work loyalty of employees of the Environmental Service.
