Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, communication and organizational commitment on the management performance of IPNU Malang. This research is an Explanatory Research. The subject of this research is the organizer of IPNU in Malang city. The population and the sample in this study are 38 respondents. The data was collected by distributing the questionnaires and analysed by using SPSS Version 16.0.  The technique used in collecting the data is by using a census method, and the technique used in testing the study is by using the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumptions, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially the Leadership Style affected much to the Management Performance, as well as the Communication, but in other hand Organizational Commitment does not affect the Management Performance. Therefore Leadership Style, Communication and Organizational Commitment significantly affected the Management Performance. It means that the independent variable is feasible to explain the analyzed independent variable.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Organizational Commitment to the Management Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation on the Performance of BKPSDM in Batu City. The type of research used is experimental. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. This study amounted to 51 employees who were active employees who were in BKPSDM Batu City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method that is by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the simultaneous influence between the variables of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation has an effect on the performance of BKPSDM Kota Batu employees. (2) Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Spiritual Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Spiritual Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect work life balance, job burnout and workload on organizational commitment female nurses. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study at the Islamic Hospital Unisma Malang with 65  people with a saturated sample of as much as the total population. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses classic assumption test, multiple regression, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination which is processed using the SPSS software progam (version 14.0). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work life balance, job burnout and workload  have a positive and significant effect on organitational commitment. Partially, work life balance has a significant positive effect on organitational commitment, job burnout variable has no effect on organitational commitment, and workload has a significant negatif effect on organitational commitment.  Keywords: work life balance, job burnout and, workload, and organitatonal commitment

Abstract

ABSTRAK             This research was conducted to analyze the influence of motivation, supervision, work culture and work facilities on the work productivity of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW. NTB UP3 Mataram. The sample in this study were 50 employees who were used as respondents, the method used in this study was multiple linear regression with primary data to be analyzed using the SPSS For Windows application. Based on the research results, simultaneous testing shows that the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable. The results show that the variables of motivation, supervision, work culture have no effect on employee productivity. The partial test results show that the Work Facility Variable has an effect on the Employee Productivity. Keywords: motivation, supervision, work culture and work facilities on the work productivity of employees

Abstract

ABSTRACT                The purpose of this study was to describe financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance and to determine the effect of financial compensation, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample of this study is CV. Build Mitra Sarana by using saturated sampling, as many as 50 respondents. Data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on employee performance CV. Bangun Mitra Sarana. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on leadership style on the performance of employees of CV. Bangun Mitra Sarana. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on employee performance CV. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (a) Know partially the influence of work ethic , work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance Ministry of Religious Office of Batu City. (b) Knowing simultaneously the influence of work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance Ministry of Religious office of Batu City. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The data source of this research is the dissemination of the list of statements (questionnaires) and interviews directly to employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. The data used is primary data. This analysis is done by using SPSS program. The research of this study is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The type of study used is a descriptive study with a descriptive analytical approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of reliability and product quality, convenience and risk on consumer buying interest online. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2017, especially those who had worked in shopee. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analytical methods used in this study are instrumental testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing,heteroscedasticity test, Multiple linear regression analysis, f-test and t-test using SPPS 16.0 data processing. The results of this study are,trust partially affects consumer buying interest, product quality partially affects consumer purchase interest, convenience partially affects consumer purchase interest, risk partially affects consumer purchase interest. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the human resource management system in the implementation of cash waqf starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling at BMT Al-Rifa'ie Malang.The research method used is a qualitative approach. The type of research used is a case study. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and other required data collection. Then the researchers collected data, processed the data to draw conclusions from the results of their research. The results of this study indicate that the role of a nadzir is very important to manage waqf institutions to be good, the risk of corruption is minimal, and not out of line with syar’i. Keywords: Management, Human Resource management, cash waqf

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in Gondosuli Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive data analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, customer orientation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. The independent variables used are entrepreneurial orientation, customer orientation and competitive advantage. while the dependent variable is marketing performance. The sample used in this study were 50 fishpond entrepreneurs in Gondosuli Village, Tulungagung. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, F test and T test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation affects marketing performance, customer orientation affects marketing performance and competitive advantage affects marketing performance. entrepreneurial orientation, customer orientation and competitive advantage simultaneously affect marketing performance. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Competitive Advantage Customer Orientation And Marketing Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT             This study aims to find out and analyze the electronic wprd ofmouth, consumer satisfaction and direct and indirect influence on the interest of Shopee Online Consumers on Students at FEB Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study was the FEB students of the Islamic University of Malang in the 2015-2018 academic year who had known 93 online shopee advertisements. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study used validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and sobel test.The results showed that Electronic word of mouth (EWOM) has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, Electronic word of mouth (EWOM) has a direct effect on social media, consumer satisfaction directly influences social media, electronic word of mouth (EWOM) has a direct influence on buying interest Social media has a direct effect on buying interest. Consumer satisfaction directly influences buying interest. Consumer satisfaction can mediate between Electronic word of mouth and social media. Social media can mediate between electronic word of mouth (EWOM) and buying interest, social media is not proven. can mediate between customer satisfaction with buying interest Keywords: EWOM, Consumer Satisfaction, Social Media, Buying Interest
