Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of Hotel Taxes on the Original Revenue of the City of Batu, 2) To analyze the effect of Restaurant Taxes on the Regional Revenue of Batu City, 3) To analyze the influence of Entertainment Taxes on the Regional Revenue of Batu City. The object used in this study is the Regional Revenue of Batu City originating from Hotel Taxes, Restaurant Taxes, and Entertainment Taxes and obtained in 2016-2018. Based on this study, it shows that here the Hotel Tax has a significant effect on the Regional Original Income of Batu, which shows the results of the Hotel Tax significance value of 0.007. The analysis of this study shows that the Tax of Hotels in Batu City has an influence on the Regional Revenue of Batu City. Restaurant Tax has a significant effect on the Regional Original Income of Batu City in 2016-2018, which shows the results of the Restaurant Tax significance value of 0.001. This analysis shows that the Restaurant Tax in Batu City has an influence on the Regional Revenue of Batu City. Entertainment Tax has a significant influence on the Regional Original Income of Batu City in 2016-2018, which shows the results of the Entertainment Tax significance value of 0.022. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style on employee performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. Dinoyo branch either partially or together. The population and sample are all 41 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 14. Sampling technique using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results showed that partially motivation does not significantly affect employee performance while job satisfaction and leadership style significantly influence employee performance. Together shows that job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Leadership Style and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the effect and differences of Organizational Commitment in terms of Gender on Turnover Labor at UD. Clinic Laptop Paiton. This research uses associative research and quantitative methods. With all  the population are employees of UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton. With a sample size of 30 respondents using a saturated sampling technique or census. The analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis and different test. The collecting method of data uses a questionnaire with the research result shows that organizational commitment in terms of gender has an effect on Turnover Labor at UD. Klinik Laptop Paiton. Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to describe service quality, price perception, taste, customer satisfaction and analyze the effect of service quality, price perception, taste on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan. The method of data collection in this study was done by distributing online questionnaires using snowball sampling. The sample used in this study were 91 students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2018 from the management, accounting, and Islamic banking study programs. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of service quality, price perception, and taste had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan. The results of this study also found that service quality variables affect customer satisfaction. The price perception variable was found to have an effect on consumer satisfaction. The taste variable was found to have an effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Taste, and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purposes of this research are: 1) To analyze the effect of understanding tax regulations on taxpayer compliance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). 2) To analyze the effect of tax rate on taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). 3) To analyze the effect of tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research uses quantitative research method by using survey research form. The sample of this research is 100 respondents taken by using Purposive Sampling method.The results of this study show that: 1) The understanding of tax laws has a positive and significant impact on compliance of MSMEs taxpayers. 2) The tax rate has a positive and significant effect on the compliance of the MSMEs taxpayer, and 3) Tax sanction has negative and insignificant effect on taxpayer compliance of MSMEs. This result indicates that taxpayer compliance of individuals registered in KPP Pratama Malang Selatan is not affected by tax sanction. Keywords: taxpayer compliance, understanding tax laws, tax rates, and tax sanctions

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style, reward, punishment, and employee performance and to determine the effect of leadership style, reward, and punishment on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 47 employees of the Housing, Settlement and Human Settlements Department of Malang Regency.To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style, reward, and punishment have a simultaneous effect on employees of the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Cipta Karya Malang Regency employees. Whereas partially, leadership style has no effect on employee performance, reward has an effect on employee performance, and punishment affects employee performance at the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Cipta Karya Malang Regency. Keywords: Leadership Style, Reward, Punishment and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, company size, and company growth rate on dividend policy in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 5 (five) independent variables, namely leverage is proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER), liquidity is proxied by current ratio (CR), profitability is proxied by return on assets (ROA), company size, and company growth rate. The dependent variable in this study is dividend policy proxied by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 44 banking companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of data as many as 11 banking companies. The research data collection method uses the method of data documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that partially DER had a negative and insignificant effect on DPR. CR and Size each have a positive and non-significant effect. Abstract

AbstractThis study presents the importance of the role of alumni in self-development efforts towards the independence of santripreneur. Even though extensive studies on the role of Pesantren alumni have been discussed, few discussions on the areas of self-development efforts towar ds santripreneurs have been paid. For this reason, this study aims to explore the role of alumni of the Gontor Islamic boarding school in an effort to develop themselves towards the independence of santripreneurs. This study employs a qualitative reseach design using a case study approach. Four participants the Gontor Islamic Bording School alumni who are members of the Business Forum (FORBIS) of the Gontor Modern Pondok Families Association (IKPM) who are involved in various business fields were recruited. The result shows that the role of alumni who involved in the FORBIS forum gives significant contributions to the independence of santripreneur that involves business development, business enterpreneurship, business finance, and business marketing. It also gives a significant contribution in the society, goverment, boarding school, and self-development.    Keywords : Self-Development Towards Santripreneur Independence

Abstract

Abstract This study’s goal was to ascertain the impact of interpersonal communication, transformational leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of PMII Rayon Al-Farabi. The study’s methodology is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. 63 respondents made up the sample in this study, which used the proportionate random sampling method. The results showed that the results of the F test of interpersonal communication, transformational leadership and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect on performance. From the results of the t-test analysis, it is known that the interpersonal communication variable has a significant effect on performance and transformational leadership and organizational commitment variable has not significant effect on performance. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Performance
