Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, managerial ownership and institutional ownership policies on the company (a case study on the transportation sector in 2015-2019). The variables used in this study are related variables are liabilities, while the independent variables are liquidity, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The results of this study partially show that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on debt. partially shows that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Based on the partial test results indicate that institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy.Keywords: influence of liquidity, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, debt policy

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and This study aims to determine the effect of social support, self-esteem, self-efficacy and student burnout on students at the Islamic University of Malang. The location of this research was conducted on students of the Islamic University of Malang. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 99 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the t-test indicate that social support partially has a negative but significant effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang. The results of the t test show that self-esteem, self-efficacy partially have a significant positive effect on student burnout at the Islamic University of Malang students. The results of the determination test showed that the percentage was 33.8%, in which student burnout was able to be influenced by social support, self-esteem, and self-efficacy. Keywords: Student Burnout, Social Support, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The population used in this study were 26 food and beverage companies. The sample used as many as 12 food and beverage companies with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that Return On Assets has no significant effect on stock prices, Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Return On Assets, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin affect the stock price. Keywords: Return On Assets, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Stock Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings and the Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Method on consumer purchasing decisions at Tiktok Stores with a case study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University, University of Malang. 105 samples were distributed using the Malhotra formula. The method used is a quantitative method with an Explanatory Research approach. This research uses primary data with a questionnaire technique. For data processing used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Online Customer Reviews and the COD payment method have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job locus of control, leadership style and organizasional comitment on employee performance of Indonesia Bank of Malang. The population and sample are all 32 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 16. Sampling technique using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results of the analysis show that the outline of locus of control affects the significance of employee performance on leadership styles that significantly influence employee performance as well as on organizational commitment has a significant effect. Together, it shows that locus of control, leadership style and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTApplication of Just In Time (JIT) Method to Improve Raw Material Inventoryat Home Industry “Mulya Collection” Jombang The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of Just-In-Time method can improve the cost efficiency of raw material inventory in Home Industry Mulya Collection Jombang located on Jl. PB Sudirman, Denayar, Jombang Regency which is engaged in leather shoe craft. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis, where the authors do not use the elements of numbers, but done by explaining the descriptions and explanations, and methods used in this study is the method of data collection by way of documentation from the source. From the analysis result, it can be seen that the calculation result from the method used by the company is Rp 155,860,000 while the result from just in time is Rp 131,950,000 so the company can save raw material inventory cost Rp 23,910,000.Keywords: Just In Time, Supply, Cost efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out the effect of price perceptions, product quality, brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions of Indomilk dairy products. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased Indomilk dairy products more than once at Sengon Agung's agent, Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach and also uses questionnaire research instruments. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The sample in this study was taken using Slovin formula with purposive sampling technique that is sampling technique with certain considerations where the researcher will take samples with certain criteria, were age between 17-35 years and had bought Indomilk dairy products more than once. A sample of 85 respondents in a population of 550 consumers was obtained. The results showed that price perception (X1) did not significantly influence purchasing decisions with values (Sig 0.649), product quality (X2) significantly affected purchasing decisions with values (Sig 0,000), brand image (X3) had no significant effect on decisions purchase with a value (Sig 0.499), promotion (X4) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value (Sig 0.088). Abstract

AbstractThe  purpose  of  this  research was  to  find  out  how  the Financial Performance, Firm Size And Investment Decision has an effect on the Firm Value.  Type of this Research is explanatory research. The  population  in  this  research  is  Company of  Food and Beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2016-2018. The sample in this study  is  9 companies which  uses  purposive  sampling  technique.  The  method  of  research   is multiple linear regression analysis because this research have more than one variabel. Based on The result That Financial Performance, Firm Size And Investment Decision has an effect on the Firm Value. Financial performance has not a significant affect on Firm Value, Firm Size has a significant and negative affect on Firm Value, and Investment decision has not a significant affect on Firm Value.Keyword: Financial Performance, Firm Size, Investment And Firm Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the Effect of Transformational Leadeship Style, Competence, Commitment and Communication on Employee Performance CV. Tirta Indo Megah Tumpang Malang. The population in this study were employees of CV. Tirta Indo Megah, amounting to 436 people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling in which this technique is to select samples based on class. The analyrical method used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of advertising and price on purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents.The method used is descriptive data analysis by using the validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocesdasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, determination coefficient test, f test, and t hypothesis test.The results of descriptive analysis in this study indicate that each variable has an effect on purchasing decisions, namely advertising, price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Advertising variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang Stores. Price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang Stores. Advertising and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Ivan Cell Malang Stores.Keywords: Advertising and Price Against Purchasing Decisions.
