Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price perception  on the purchase decision of the Pamekasan Regency Community. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents with the technique used in this study snowball sampling. The results showed that brand image and price perception had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing. Price perception has a positive effect on purchasing. Keyword: Brand Image, price perception and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Pada pelanggan Kopi Hashtag Malang products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Price, Product Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACT         This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of product features on the purchasing decision of Oppo mobile phones with word of mouth as an intervening variable for students using Smartphone Oppo at FEB Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study was the FEB Management students of Malang Islamic University in the 2015 academic year who had used Oppo Smartphone, which numbered 95 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study used validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and sobel test.         The results of the research show that Product Features have a direct effect on Purchasing decisions, Product Features have a direct effect on word of mouth (WOM). word of mouth (WOM) has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product features indirectly influence purchasing decisions through WOM. Word of mouth can mediate between Product Features and Purchase decisions. Keywords: Product Features, Purchasing Decisions, Word Of Mouth.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This is the purpose of Sunset Policy analysis, Tax Amnesty, Tax Pinalties on Tax Compliance at KPP Pratama Batu. The population of this research is all taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Batu, the number of samples in the survey are 100 people who are taxing at KPP Pratama Batu. Sampling is done using purposive sampling method. Method of data analysis used test validity, experiment, classification test classification, linear regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f), determination coefficient (R²).Based on the result of data analysis, it is known that sunset policy has a negative and insignificant effect on taxpayer compliance. The result of t test equal to -0.254 with significant value equal to (0,800)> 0,05. Tax amnesty has a positive and significant effect on tax compliance. The result of t test count 4,144 with significant value equal to (0.000) <0.05. Tax Pinalties has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The result of t test is 3,135 with significant value equal to (0.002) <0.05. Tax Compliance Variable can be explained by Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty and Tax Pinalties variable of 20,7 % and the remaining 79,3% is influence by other things not examined in this research.Keywords: Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, Tax Pinalties, Tax Compliance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to study how to manage a company's finances. The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's financial performance at PT. Adaro Energy, Tbk. period 2016 to 2018 based on liquidity ratios, solvability, activity and profitability. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative and the technique used is documentation techniques. The research data is obtained from the company's financial statements obtained through the company's official website. The results of this study indicate the results of the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy, Tk for the 2016-2018 period based on profitability ratios can be said to be fulfilled because it is able to fulfill its short-term obligations. But solvency ratios can only be fulfilled with assets owned because capital is covered by debt. While the activity and profitability ratios are at a lower level, this is because the use of funds financed by debt is not used effectively, and te ability of capital invested in the form of funds to generate profits is relatively low.Keywords: Financial Performance; Liquidity; Solvency; Activity; Profitability

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect simultaneously and partially between service quality, timeliness and shipping rates on customer satisfaction PT. Indonesian post.The population in this study are customers of PT. Pos Indonesia, which amounted to 12,000 while the sample of this study using a purposive sampling method is a customer based on the criteria of respondents PT. Pos Indonesia as many as 100 respondents, with a sampling technique using a questionnaire and the analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis, with the type of explanatory research. By using the simultaneous test (Test F), partially (Test T) which is assisted by SPSS 16 For Windows software.Overall results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that simultaneously (Test F) service quality, timeliness and shipping rates have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT.Pos Indonesia, partially (T test) service quality, timeliness and tariff delivery has a significant effect on customer satisfaction PT. Abstract

 AbstractThis study It's to understand the impact of entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset and family environment on entrepreneurial interests to the Faculty of Economics and Business of The University of Islam Malang. Sample used in this study are 83 students. Data analysis method which is used in the research as a quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Data testing used is testing simultaneous hypothesis (F) and testing a partial hypothesis (t). Results studies show that these simultaneously influential independent variables is significant to a dependent variable. Based on partial testing results, entrepreneurial education variables, entrepreneurial mindset and environment the family is significant in the interest of faculty student entrepreneurs the economics and business of the islamic university are unfortunate. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Education, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Family Environment and Entrepreneurial Interests

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the effect of health level corporate finance to profit growth of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Assessment of bank soundness in this research using RGEC for the approach method, which consisting of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. The population of this research are all syariah commercial banks which registered in Bank Indonesia (BI) on period 2012-2016. The data which used in this research is secondary data.  The results showed that the ratio Non Performing Financing (NPF) has not negatively affect on profit growth, while the ratio of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) has not positive affect on profit growth. The ratio Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive affect on profit growth, while the ratio Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative affect on profit growth. Simultaneously the ratio of NPF, FDR, ROA, BOPO, CAR have significant effect on profit growth. Key words: Financing Soundness, RGEC, Profit Growth.

Abstract

Abstract               This study aims to determine the effect of Trust, Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for customers of Ahass Workshop, Wendit Branch. Population and sample are customers of Ahass Workshop, amounting to 83 customers. The data collection technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire data collection method. The tool used for data analysis in this study is to use a software application in the form of SPSS version 20. The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis. Path analysis or path analysis is the development of a multiple linear regression analysis model that is used to test the influence of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that trust, service quality and price have a direct effect on satisfaction, trust and price have a direct effect on loyalty, while service quality has no direct effect on loyalty, and satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty, trust has a direct effect on loyalty through satisfaction as a variable. mediation, service quality affects loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable, price affects loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable. Keywords: trust, service quality, price and loyalty satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability Ratio, Leverage Ratio, and Firm Size on Stock Return. The population in this study are Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 12 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that (1) Profitability Ratio, Leverage Ratio and Firm Size simultaneously have an effect on Stock Return (2) Profitability Ratio partially has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return (3) Partially Leverage Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return (4) Partially Firm Size has a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Returns Keyword: Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, Stock Returns
