Abstract

Abstract This study analyzed qualitatively the evaluation of the application of digital marketing as a solution to increase sales of Sarijan Cofee Malang MSME during the covid 19 pandemic. The data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion regarding the use of social media whatsApp, Instagram, facebook and tiktok as well as the shopee marketplace well. The use of Sarijan Coffee UMKM Digital Marketing such as the use of Instagram and Facebook social media makes it easier to share information, becomes an efficient promotional media, becomes a medium for interaction with consumers and can expand reaching consumers. The use of chat media makes it easier for consumers to communicate with sellers, to communicate products, promote and order products and increase loyal customers. The use of the shopee marketplace makes it easier to reach consumers, makes it easier for consumers to see products, communicate, and make it easier for consumers to get our products by ordering online and not having to leave the house. At this time, many consumers prefer to use the Shopee marketplace in their transactions. By selling digitally, it really helps increase revenue which is also automatically accompanied by an increase in sales as well. Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon of online ojek is already endemic in Indonesia. The presence of mobile applications that sell online transportation services, changes the way people order transportation modes easily and quickly, simply by using a smartphone device. Business intelligence at the online ojek company itself, namely implementing the big data concept, this is done because online ojek always get a lot of historical data, it is necessary to know that this must be read quickly and carefully. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing business intelligence on online ojek applications to increase customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula which obtained 91 respondents. The respondents are university students and students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Islamic University of Malang who use an online ojek application. Simple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the causal model through SPSS 26. The results of this study found that business intelligence had a significant and positive effect on increasing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Business Intelligence, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak The company not only expects capable, competent and skilled human resources, but the most important thing in the performance of employees is to work hard and honestly. Employee performance can be seen as something that has great benefits, both for the benefit of the company and for employees. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. The object of this research is PT Mitra Megah Bangunan Tulungagung. The population in this study were 100 employees. The sampling method is saturated sample, so the number of samples in this study is 100. The method of data analysis is through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Keyword: Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of partially Net Profit Margin (NPM), the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the period of 2015 through 2017. The sample selection using purposive sampling method. Based on existing criteria obtained samples of 37 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test.The results showed that the Partially Net Profit Margin (NPM) significant positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Partially Current Ratio (CR) is not significant positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially significant positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Keywords: Net Profit Margin (NPM), the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price and WOM both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions of Seventyfour Clothing in Bandung Super Model Malang. The population in this study is the number of consumers in May, which is 750 which shows the average number of buyers each month. While the number of samples taken is as many as 88 respondents. The results showed that there were effects of product quality, price and wom partially on the purchasing decisions of Seventyfour Clothing in Bandung Super Model Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACT                Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline interesting variables to study because these variables aim to increase the role and function of a human resource so that employee performance goes well and reaches every organizational goal. This study aims to find out: (1) Description of compensation for side dishes, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. (2) The effect of side dishes compensation on employee performance. (3) Effect of motivation on employee performance. 4) Effect of work discipline on employee performance. (5) Effect of side dishes compensation, motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. Population and sample are all employees totaling 41 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method.               The results of the descriptive analysis in this study indicate (1) Compensation for side dishes, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees is quite good. (2) There is a significant positive influence on the compensation variable for employee performance. (3) There is a significant positive influence on motivation variables on employee performance variables. (4) There is a significant positive influence on the variables of work discipline on employee performance variables. (5) There is a significant positive effect jointly compensation for side dishes, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Based on the description above, the researcher suggests: (1) To maintain and increase employee performance, it is necessary to improve compensation for side dishes, motivation, and work discipline to employees. (2) it is expected that the Management can make this research as a consideration to determine the direction of improving employee performance both in terms of facilities such as added facilities and infrastructure, as well as improvements in terms of compensation, motivation and work discipline. Keyword: Side Dish Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran jasa secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan museum angkut. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pertimbangan kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung 28,605 > Ftabel 2,11 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bauran pemasaran jasa yang terdiri dari produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang/sdm, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan. Serta Bauran pemasran jasa yang terdiri dari variabel produk nilai thitung sebesar 9,023 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel harga nilai thitung sebesar 2,036 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel lokasi nilai thitung sebesar 2,056 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel promosi nilai thitung sebesar 2,315 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel orang/sdm nilai thitung sebesar 0,381 < ttabel sebesar 1,98638, variabel proses nilai thitung sebesar 1,980 > ttabel sebesar 1,98638, dan variabel bukti fisik nilai thitung sebesar 1,451 < ttabel sebesar 1,98638, yang berarti Bauran pemasaran jasa yang terdiri dari variabel produk, harga, lokasi, promosi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan Museum angkut dan variabel orang/sdm, proses, bukti fisik tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan berkunjung ulang wisatawan Museum angkut.Kata Kunci :Bauran pemasaran jasa, dan Keputusan berkunjung ulang

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Mahkota Gresik Supermarkets. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population is consumers who make purchases at the Crown Gresik supermarket. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 27.120 + 0.399 X1 + 0.434 X2 + 0.230 X3 + 0.428 X4 + 0.684 X5 + e, and the test of this study used the f test and t test. Abstract

Abstract            This research was aimed to test and analyze the effect of quality perception and brand image simultaneously to the purchase intention of Samsung smartphone,the effect of quality perception to the purchase intention of Samsung smartphone, and the effect of brand image to the purchase intention of Samsung smartphone. On this research, the total population of students of Economics and Business Faculty of UNISMA, generation of 2016-2019 who used Samsung smartphone was unknown, therefore, the sample of research exerted Malhotra theory as many as 75 respondents. Based on the data collection, the researcher analyzed the data through multiple linear regression test. This data analysis resulted these following information:1) The quality perception and brand image was simultaneously able to affect positively and significantly to the purchase intention of Samsung smartphone on students of Economics and Business Faculty of UNISMA, generation of 2016-2019, 2) The quality perception was able to affect positively and significantly to the purchase intention of Samsung smartphone on students of Economics and Business Faculty of UNISMA, generation of 2016-2019, 3) The brand image was able to affect positively and significantly to the purchase intention of Samsung smartphone on students of Economics and Business Faculty of UNISMA, generation of 2016-2019. Keywords: Quality Perception, Brand Image, Purchase Intention

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see the relationship between premium income (X1), underwriting results (X2), operating expenses (X3) and investment returns (X4) to profit (Y). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research which functions to explain the effect of independent variables, namely premium income, underwriting results, operating expenses and investment returns on the dependent variable, namely profit using numbers starting from data, data interpretation and the appearance of the results, and data obtained through quantitative approach, namely in testing using numbers with statistical techniques. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria included in general insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019, general insurance companies that issue or publish annual reports in a row during 2017-2019 and companies who published their annual reports for the end of December 31, in order to obtain 13 general insurance companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. From data management, it is found that premium income, underwriting results and investment returns have a significant effect on profits, while operating expenses are not significant. And simultaneously the variables have a significant effect on profit. Keywords: premium income, underwriting results, operating expenses, investment returns and profits.
