Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, ability and work experience on performance in the batik industry of Gedog H.M Sholeh Kerek Kab. Tuban. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. Non Probability Sampling technique to take samples, which is a sampling method when all members of the population are used as a sample of 40. To solve the problem in this study, use validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. Abstract

Abstract Companies need to have more effective and efficient strategies so as not to lose consumers to sell their products. CV. Maju Djaya Beton said the company was experiencing several problems related to the marketing of its products. Therefore, several new strategies are needed to further increase the advantages and minimize the disadvantages that have a negative impact on the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of CV. Maju Djaya Beton using SWOT analysis. This study uses data collection methods directly in the field by means of interviews and observations. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that CV. Maju Djaya Beton is in quadrant I position which is a favorable condition for the company. Opportunities can be obtained by maximizing existing strengths. So it can be concluded that the best strategy that must be applied is to use the Growth Oriented Strategy. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Sale.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study are 1) description of the award, work stress and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 2) knowing and analyzing rewards has a significant influence on employee performance variables PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 3) knowing and analyzing work stress has a significant influence on employee performance variable PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 4) Know and analyze the motivation has a significant influence on employee performance variable PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 5) to know the variables of appreciation, work stress and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance in PT.Enseval Putera Megatrading. Samples used are employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Malang Tbk, Malang Branch as many as 60 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and interview (interview).The result of the research shows that the awards have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Malang Branch, work stress does not significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at UMKM in Malang City. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial management on financial performance of UMKM in Malang. The variables used are financial literacy and financial management as independent variables, while financial performance is the dependent variable. This type of research is explanatory research. The research method used in this research is a questionnaire. The tool used for data analysis in this study was to use a software application in the form of SPSS. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that financial literacy and financial management had a significant effect on the financial performance of UMKM in Malang. The results of the study using the F test indicate that financial literacy and financial management simultaneously affect the financial performance of UMKM in Malang.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Management and Financial Performance.

Abstract

 Abstract  This study analyzes the effect of Location, Brand Image and Price on Purchase Decisions. The population in this study was 18,500 respondents. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique.The results of this study note that the results of the F test are known that the location variable, brand image and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The type of research used is quantitative with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 59 respondents who are all employees of Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS tool. The variables used in this study are work productivity variables (dependent variable) while the independent variables are compensation and motivation.The results of this study conclude that the compensation variable has an effect on employee work productivity, motivation has an effect on employee work productivity. Compensation and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere, service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Ramayana Mall Dinoyo, and to see how much customer satisfaction, especially for FEB UNISMA students who visited Ramayana Mall Dinoyo, as many as 90 respondents as a sample using the Maholtra formula. . The method in this study uses an Explanatory Research approach. With the results of the F test analysis test, it shows that the X variable (store atmosphere, service quality and product quality) simultaneously has a significant positive effect on the Y variable (customer satisfaction) at Ramayana Mall Dinoyo and the results of the t test analysis show that the X variable (store atmosphere, service quality and product quality) partially have a significant positive effect on the Y variable (customer satisfaction) at Ramayana Mall Dinoyo. Keyword : Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, Service Quality, Costumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between online customer ratings, discounts, and review service menus on purchasing decisions on Shopeefood. This research used a study on 2019 FEB management students where the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via g-form to 2019 FEB management students who were selected by purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 60 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2) data processing using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that online customer ratings, discounts, and service reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. online customer rating partially has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, discounts partially has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, review service menu partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Online Customer Rating, Discount, And Service Menu Review, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research has a purpose to determine the effect of simultaneous andpartial credit risk, interest rate and capital adequacy rate on profitability atcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stocks ExchangeTe technique used is purposesampling with the criteria of banking companies listed on the Indonesia StocksExchange in the period 2013-2015. Obtained a number of samples of 21 bankingcompanies.The method used in this research is deskriptif statistical test, normalitytest, multiple linear regression test, clasiccal assumption test that includesmultikolonierity test, autocorrelation test and heterokedastisity test andhypothesis test that includes partial and simultaneous test.The result of this study indicate that 1) credit risk has a significantnegative effect on profitability in banking companies listed on the IndonesiaStocks Exchange in 2013-2015, 2) interest rates have an insignificant negativeeffect on profitability on banking companies listed on the Indonesia StocksExchange in 2013-2015, 3) the level of capital adequacy has a significant positiveeffect on profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia StocksExchange in 2013-2015.Keyword : Credit Risk, Interest Rates, Capital Adequacy and Profitability.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to see the effect of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of Pt. Victory International Futures Malang City Branch. The variables used in this study are Job Satisfaction as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are Leadership Style and Compensation. Respondent data collection was carried out through a questionnaire method with a sample size of 67 respondents.The results of this study simultaneously conclude that there is an influence between the variable leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction with commitment and partially conclude that there is an influence between leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction on commitment.Keywords: Leadership Style, Compensation, Job Satisfaction
