Abstract

Fraud that still occurs in certain corporations, including in specific construction industries, is a problem that must be addressed in the current era of good corporate governance (GCG). Based on secondary data and with a qualitative approach, it is concluded that the weakness of corporations in applying agency theory has led to fraud in the form of motives, incentives, opportunities, and rationalizations carried out by agents. In comparison, one of the implementations of agency theory in tackling fraud in financial statements is to apply accountability through contractual relationships that are strictly binding on agents and principals.

Abstract

Program Ekonomi Gerakan Benteng di Indonesia yang pernah diselenggarakan pada masa Kabinet Natsir bertujuan untuk mengubah struktur ekonomi baru di Indonesia agar tidak berat sebelah atau timpang. Namun berbagai upaya tersebut tidak membuahkan hasil, disamping sangat memberatkan keuangan negara. Dibutuhkan telaah paradigmatik agar gagasan dan program ini dapat sejalan mulai dari tingkat abstraknya (filsafat) sampai dengan prakteknya. Berdasarkan kebenaran ilmu dari paradigma interpretive, gerakan ekonomi benteng ini akan berhasil dilaksanakan bila program-programnyadapat memenuhi postulat kecukupan. Dalam arti lain, program tersebut dapat dijelaskan kepada semua lapisan kalangan pengusaha nasional dan dapat dipahami serta dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam tindakan. Kemudian berdasarkan pemahaman tentang ilmu dari paradigma critical, gerakan ekonomi ini akan berhasil dilaksanakan bila program-programnyaditempatkan di antara objektivisme dan subjektivisme, yang didalamnya juga mengandung pendekatan opresi dan eksploitasi agar para pengusaha Indonesia jangan menganggap bahwa seolah-olah bantuan pemerintah tersebut adalah untuk konsumsi pribadi.

Abstract

Pertanyaan mendasar tentang “how shall we live” telah dijawab oleh Pietersen melalui suatu analisis meta-paradigmatik. Salah satu kerangka kerja meta paradigmatic yang dihasilkan oleh Pietersen adalah tipe yang berkarakteristikan subjectivist-idealist. Berdasarkan filsafat barat yang polanya menurut Pietersen adalah subjectivist-idealist, disimpulkan bahwa pola tersebut menghasilkan cabang ilmu eknomi berupa gerakan studi kritis di bidang ekonomi.

Abstract

Aliran positivistik yang banyak mempengaruhi para pakar dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, terutama hukum dan ekonomi, telah mendapat kritikan dari banyak pakar ilmu, antara lain Kuhn dan Popper. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembangunan hukum dan ekonomiyang berkelanjutan di Indonesia harus mempergunakan pendekatan Kuhn yang subject to subject dalam tataran normatif dan Popper yang subject to object dalam tataran living law. Sehingga terjadi perpaduan antara top down dan bottom up, dimana living law akan menjadi landasan hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa hukum dan ekonomi harus diuji kembali.

Abstract

Research shows that promotion variables affect positive, significant to the decision of the purchase, proven by a statistical output that reveals a positive and significant value of the purchase decision with a statistical output value With the value of a statistical output that expresses a 0.05 value, the study also states that their image is not a modelling variable (boosters) of promotion influence over decision purchases, it is concluded from data analysis that the immediate impact of influence is greater than the indirect impact.

Abstract

This study aims to know Effect of Competence, Organizational Communication and Role Conflict on Employee Performance mediated by Work Motivation. To implement these objectives the data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation, using validity test analysis techniques, reliability testing, data analysis techniques, path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. role conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence can increase motivation that has an impact on employee performance, work motivation can mediate the effect of organizational communication on employee performance. Mediation test results influence the role of conflict on employee performance through work motivation which shows that role conflict can explain the low level of work motivation so that the impact on declining performance the employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer loyalty through indihome customer satisfaction at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia Witel Makassar STO Mattoangin. This research is a quantitative research, the data used is primary data, namely data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the research object. The sampling technique used Nonprobability Sampling with a total sample of 390 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is regression analysis through SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (3) price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (4) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (6) customer satisfaction as an intervening variable capable of influencing prices on customer loyalty; (7) customer satisfaction as an intervening variable cannot influence service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

In order for businesses to thrive in the era of globalization, human resource issues are currently their top priority. Organizations are required to be able to offer appropriate feedback from the work done by an employee in terms of leadership and motivating workers. Employees, as executors of work, will always try their best to be able to carry out their obligations properly. With this research, organizational commitment and employee performance of PT Tiran Group Makassar are examined in relation to leadership and work motivation. This type of research is hypothesis testing with quantitative methods. The population is all employees of PT Tiran Makassar with a sample of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed by means of paths using SPSS 22. The findings show that leadership at PT Tiran Makassar has a positive and substantial impact on worker performance, while work motivation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. At PT Tiran Makassar, organizational dedication has a good but negligible impact on staff performance. Employee performance at PT Tiran Makassar is positively and significantly influenced by work motivation, with organizational commitment as the intervening variable.
