Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is designed to provide benefits to both society and the environment. With the advancement of globalization, companies are increasingly adopting sustainability strategies or green innovation to maintain their existence and public image. One such effort includes participating in the PROPER rating program to attract stakeholder interest. This indicates that investment in CSR and green innovation serves as a strategy to achieve better profitability and competitiveness. This study’s targets is to examine the relationship among CSR expenditure affects financial performance, using green innovation as a mediating variable. A sample of every firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period is used in this study. This study looks at both direct and indirect effects using EVIEWS 12 software to execute path analysis. The finding show that CSR expenditure has a positive influence on corporate financial performance. Additionally, CSR expenditure does not significantly influence green innovation, thereby breaking the mediating path. Consequently, the relationship among CSR expenditure and corporate financial performance is not mediated by green innovation.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is an initiative of the Indonesian government that aims to reduce poverty and improve the quality of human resources, especially among the poor. PKH provides cash assistance to Beneficiary Families (KPM) who meet certain criteria, focusing on improving access to education and health services. This study aims to analyze the contribution of PKH in improving the social welfare of the Muslim community in Martoba Village, North Siantar District, as well as identify supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the program. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that PKH has significantly improved access to health, education, and social welfare for KPM. However, there are challenges in validating beneficiary data and public awareness of program obligations. Recommendations for improvement include increasing training for PKH facilitators, program socialization, and periodic evaluations to adjust to community needs. With these steps, it is hoped that PKH can be more effective in breaking the cycle of poverty and improving social welfare in the area.

Abstract

This research explores the application of literacy-based differentiation learning to enhance writing skills among SMKN 1 Keerom, Papua students. The study addresses challenges in proper capitalization, spelling, and using capital and lowercase letters in students' writing. A qualitative approach was employed, involving observations, written work analysis, and feedback from teachers and students. The findings indicate that many students struggle with these basic writing skills due to informal speech habits and limited exposure to formal writing education. In response, additional learning time was provided to reinforce these skills. The results demonstrate that students significantly improved their writing accuracy with consistent, creative interventions. This study emphasizes the importance of personalized, project-based learning in fostering better writing habits. The integration of these strategies aligns with the Merdeka Curriculum's goal to enhance literacy, critical thinking, and character development. The research also underscores the role of collaborative efforts between educators and parents in achieving long-term educational success.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly impacted the healthcare sector, offering innovative ways to improve service accessibility and quality. One such advancement is the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), which enables the integration and visualization of spatial and non-spatial data. This research focuses on the development of a Web GIS platform designed to map the locations of licensed midwifery practices in Asahan Regency. The primary goal is to provide the public with easier access to valid health service information and to assist local authorities in monitoring and managing these services more efficiently. The system was developed using PHP (CodeIgniter framework), MySQL for data storage, and Leaflet for interactive mapping functionalities. Using a qualitative research methodology, data were collected through observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and literature review. The system displays midwife practice locations along with critical attributes such as licensing information, service types, and operational hours. It also features user interaction capabilities through a review and feedback mechanism. The innovation presented in this study lies in the integration of legality data into a public-facing, interactive spatial information platform—an aspect rarely addressed in existing health GIS applications in Indonesia. Testing demonstrated that the system meets functional requirements, ensures ease of use, and delivers accurate, real-time information. The developed system offers a replicable model that can be applied in other regions to support transparent and informed decision-making in maternal healthcare services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how the application of the fiqh muamalah perspective is implemented in the management of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Mitra Usaha in Karangdoro Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data sources including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that financial management is considered to be good. BUMDes with good performance will have high competitiveness, and achieving this requires quality human resources. This is realized through three businesses operating in the trade sector, namely an agricultural kiosk, a convenience store, and office supplies. Among these, the agricultural kiosk has shown significant progress and has generated a considerable profit. The presence of BUMDes serves as an alternative financing option for the village community to implement interest-free debt financing.
