Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberdayaan narapidana melalui keterampilan pembuatan reyeng dalam mendukung pembinaan kemandirian di Rutan Kelas IIB Trenggalek. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya keterampilan praktis sebagai bagian dari proses reintegrasi sosial narapidana. Fokus penelitian meliputi proses pelatihan, hambatan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap kemandirian narapidana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari narapidana, petugas pembimbing, dan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan reyeng memberi manfaat positif bagi narapidana, termasuk peningkatan keterampilan, kedisiplinan, dan kepercayaan diri. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan waktu mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan reyeng berperan penting dalam pembinaan kemandirian narapidana, meskipun terdapat hambatan yang perlu diperbaiki. Saran yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan fasilitas dan dukungan psikologis bagi narapidana.

Abstract

Tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama merupakan bentuk kejahatan sistemik yang kompleks dalam hukum pidana Indonesia, diatur melalui pasal penyertaan (deelneming) dalam KUHP juncto UU No. 31/1999 jo. UU No. 20/2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Penelitian terhadap kasus ini menggunakan metode normatif kualitatif-deskriptif yang menganalisis pengaturan hukum, unsur-unsur tindak pidana kolektif, dan penerapannya dalam peradilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembuktian korupsi kolektif memerlukan adanya kesepakatan atau kerja sama antar pelaku, pembuktian kerugian negara, dan unsur kesengajaan dari setiap individu yang terlibat. Secara khusus, dalam Putusan Nomor: 5/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2024/PT.Mdn, hakim mempertimbangkan kerugian negara sebesar Rp2.122.040.000,00 yang dikategorikan "sedang", modus operandi korupsi di sektor pendidikan, dan tingkat pertanggungjawaban pidana masing-masing pelaku, sehingga menjatuhkan sanksi pidana penjara 7 tahun, denda Rp300.000.000,00, dan kewajiban pengembalian kerugian negara, dengan menegaskan bahwa korupsi dalam bidang pendidikan merupakan pengkhianatan terhadap misi mulia pendidikan nasional. Kata Kunci: Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Penyertaan, Pertanggungjawaban Pidana.

Abstract

Suicide is a global public health issue that needs more attention, especially in early adulthood with low economic conditions. Suicidal behavior is related to suicidal ideation. One of the factors of suicidal ideation is hopelessness. This study aims to measure how much hopelessness contributes to suicidal ideation in early adults who have had or are having suicidal ideation in West Sumatra. This study applies a correlational quantitative method and utilizes an accidental sampling technique as a sampling method. The subjects in this study were 349 early adult individuals in West Sumatra who have had suicidal ideation. The data collection method in this study is using the Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS) and the Revised-Suicide Ideation Scale (R-SIS), which is then processed by applying simple linear regression data analysis techniques and utilizing the SPSS version 29 program. The significance value in this study is 0.001 < 0.05, which indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a contribution of hopelessness to suicide ideation in early adults who have had or are having suicidal ideation in West Sumatra. The contribution of hopelessness to suicide ideation is 29.4%.

Abstract

Skizofrenia adalah gangguan pada otak yang menghasilkan ide, persepsi, emosi, tindakan, dan perilaku yang aneh dan meresahkan yang menimbulkan penderitaan dan hambatan dalam menjalankan fungsi sebagai manusia. Tahun 2022 sebanyak 5202 orang yang menderita penyakit skizofrenia di Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi interaksi obat pada peresepan pasien skizofrenia di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah dr. Samsi Jacobalis tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif, Jumlah sampel dalam peneliian ini adalah 85 resep, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif untuk melihat jenis dan jumlah obat yang berinteraksi dan literatur yang digunakan untuk analisis data Medscape dan Drug.com secara univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi Interaksi obat berdasarkan resep dalam rekam medis pasien skizofrenia menunjukkan 85 resep (100%) berpotensi mengalami interaksi obat. Mekanisme interaksi farmakokinetik 11 interaksi obat (12,8%), interaksi farmakodinamik 75 interaksi obat (87,2%). Tingkat keparahan minor (2,5%), tingkat keparahan moderat (62,7%), dan tingkat keparahan mayor (34,7%). Kesimpulan: Potensi interaksi obat pada resep pasien skizofrenia yaitu 100% resep berpotensi berinteraksi, dengan 87,2% mekanisme interaksi farmakodinamik dan tingkat keparahan tertinggi yaitu tingkat keparahan moderat 62,7%. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi peresepan pada pasien skizofrenia untuk meminimalisir terjadinya interaksi obat yang merugikan pasien.

Abstract

Di era informasi saat ini, fotografi telah berkembang menjadi alat komunikasi visual yang strategis untuk memengaruhi pendapat publik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana peran fotografi sebagai bagian dari narasi visual memengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap masalah sosial, politik, dan budaya yang disampaikan melalui media massa dan media sosial. Penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai elemen, termasuk kekuatan visual jurnalisme, ekspresi emosi dan wajah dalam foto, serta bagaimana desain komunikasi visual memengaruhi pemaknaan pesan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fotografi tidak hanya merekam realitas tetapi juga mengajarka makna sosial melalui aspek teknis (pencahyaan, bayangan,, dan komposisi), kontekstual (lingkungan sosial dan politik), dan emosional (perasaan dan ekspresi audiens). Dalam bidang jurnalisme warga, fotografi membantu masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam wacana visual yang memngaruhi opini publik. Menurut penelitian ini, fotografi memiliki kekuatan baratif, afektif, dan politis dalam membentuk cara masyarakat melihat realitas sosial. Studi ini juga menekankan betaoa pentingnya literasi visual dalam menghadapi arus informasi yang semakin cepat, visual, dan kompleks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kenaikan tarif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dari 11% menjadi 12% sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP) menjadi isu penting dalam sistem perpajakan Indonesia. Dari perspektif hukum perpajakan, kebijakan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kepastian hukum dan asas keadilan fiskal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyesuaian tarif PPN dalam kerangka hukum perpajakan nasional, dengan mengkaji asas legalitas, kepastian hukum, serta keadilan vertikal dan horizontal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis-normatif dengan analisis peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penyesuaian tarif ini memiliki dasar hukum yang sah, namun dalam pelaksanaannya berpotensi menimbulkan ketimpangan beban pajak dan ketidakpastian bagi pelaku usaha. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan mekanisme pengendalian dan perlindungan untuk memastikan asas keadilan ditegakkan dalam sistem perpajakan nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in helping children overcome fears while adapting to the Kisaran Qur'an IT Kindergarten. Fears often experienced by young children during the transition to school include separation anxiety, fear of new surroundings, fear of unfamiliar teachers and friends, and fear of failure in learning activities. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers play a crucial role in assisting children through the adaptation period, employing various strategies, such as individual emotional approaches, active communication with parents, creating a pleasant and Islamic classroom atmosphere, implementing playful methods, and providing positive reinforcement. These strategies help foster a sense of security and comfort for children, enabling them to gradually overcome their fears. Furthermore, teachers' role as role models, demonstrating patience, gentleness, and compassion, significantly contribute to a successful adaptation process. The role of teachers is crucial to the success of early childhood adaptation to the school environment. Teachers who understand children's emotional needs and provide appropriate support can help children navigate the transition with greater confidence and readiness to participate in school activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational games in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood at Asmaul Husna Private Kindergarten in Asahan. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with teachers and children. The results indicate that educationally designed play activities can improve aspects of emotional intelligence, such as the ability to recognize emotions, manage feelings, show empathy, and build positive social interactions. Role-playing, group play, and creative exploration have proven effective as media for emotional learning. The teacher's role as a companion and facilitator is also crucial to the success of this process. Educational games play a crucial role in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood and should be an integral part of learning activities in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood at Cinta Bunda Kindergarten in Batu Bara. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers have a good understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence and actively integrate it into learning activities. The role of teachers is reflected in several aspects, namely as emotional models, facilitators of play and socialization activities, providers of individualized approaches through emotional dialogue, and providers of positive reinforcement for good emotional behavior. Furthermore, teachers also collaborate with parents to consistently support children's emotional development at home. This study concludes that the active role of teachers significantly influences children's ability to recognize, manage, and express emotions in a healthy manner, which in turn positively impacts children's abilities to manage stress, communicate, and build social relationships. Implications of this study emphasize the importance of teacher training in socio-emotional aspects and synergy between schools and families in shaping children's character from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the school environment in shaping the Islamic identity of early childhood children at Cahaya Asri Kindergarten in Sei Dadap, Asahan. Islamic identity is an important part of early childhood character formation, which includes the introduction of basic Islamic values such as monotheism, morals, worship, and social behavior. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with teachers, principals, parents, and students. The results showed that a conducive and Islamic-nuanced school environment plays a significant role in shaping children's Islamic identity. Habitual religious activities such as reciting prayers, memorizing short surahs, practicing ablution and prayer, as well as teachers' role models in behaving in an Islamic manner have a positive influence on children's religious behavior. In addition, parental involvement in school activities also strengthens the process of internalizing Islamic values at home. A consistently supportive and Islamic school environment can be an effective medium for instilling Islamic identity in early childhood. Collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents is the key to success in shaping children's religious character from an early age.
