Abstract

Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini bertujuan guna mengetahui kondisi perekonomian masyarakat pesisir Puger Kulon Kabupaten Jember yang memiliki potensi sumberdaya perikanan yang besar. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif melalui survei di Desa Puger Kulon, Kec. Puger, Kab. Jember. Secara garis besar, hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwasannya masyarakat yang tinggal di pesisir Puger Kulon masih tergolong miskin yang dibuktikan dengan kondisi perumahan yang kumuh serta tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh profesi nelayan yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh adanya musim dan faktor perekonomian dan jual beli ikan serta bagi hasil tangkapan ikan. Peningkatan sektor perekonomian masyarakat yang tinggal di pesisir bisa dioptimalkan melalui konsep minapolitan yang didalamnya sistem perekonomian sumberdaya perikanan terintegrasi dan terpadu, sehingga mengurangi angka kemiskinan di wilayah pesisir. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mendorong peningkatan sektor ekonomi tersebut, maka pemerintah daerah tersebut harus memperhatikan kesejahteraan para nelayannya dengan mengembangkan kawasan minapolitan seperti halnya dalam pembangunan pelabuhan, keberadaan KUD yang dioptimalkan kembali serta menara sistem kawasan pesisir.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia and almost in countries around the world, from this incident there are many impacts, one of which is on the community's economic sector, especially on UMKM actors. The impact caused by this incident is a decrease in sales turnover, and a decrease in product sales.  In addition, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are required to have business legality in order to compete in the global market era. And the legality of the business itself is a business license from an authority for the entire process of establishing a business activity or a sign that a product already has a license and can be circulated, so that consumers do not feel hesitant when they want to buy a product that has been marketed. However, there are still many UMKM actors in the Cihanjawar Village area who do not know and understand the importance of business legality in the form of making a Business Identification Number (NIB), because the local community has an understanding that managing a license and business legality is a complicated and takes a little time. And the Business Identification Number (NIB) itself, is a very important thing for business actors. In addition to the legality of the business, UMKM actors also need to attach importance to product packaging (packaging), because packaging not only functions as a wrapper for a product, but can also facilitate the process of distributing or shipping products to consumers' hands, and product storage so that product quality is maintained, promotional and can attractbuyers.  There are several researchers who use the implementation method in this community service activity using the  Participatort Action Research (PAR) method. The steps taken by the researcher at the time of service, first making observations in the environment of RT 07 RW 03 Cihanjawar Village, secondly socialization, third presentation of material, fourth practice and assistance. The results of community service that have been carried out include: Increasing the knowledge of UMKM in Cihanjawar Village, especially in RT 07 RW 03 in determining product packaging that aims to attract consumer interest and increase public interest in legalizing the type of business

Abstract

Marketing of UMKM in Cihanjawar village is still very lacking, due to limited knowledge about marketing using social media. The purpose of this service is to educate the public about marketing using social media facebook and whatsapp. The service method is carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which is a research method that is carried out definitively among community members. (Lorena Dara Putri Karsono, Fina Zahrotul Aniqoh, Chamidah Nor Aini, 2022). The steps taken by researchers in this service: first observing the potential of UMKM in Cihanjawar village, second innovating to make product packaging logos, third educating marketing using social media facebook and whatsapp. The result of this service is in the form of new product packaging using standing pouches along with packaging logos, and a wider market reach because it is marketed through social media. To find out an overview of how banana chip UMKM in Tanjung Sarana Village, Cihanjawar Village can take advantage of other social media by providing innovations in the products sold and expanding marketing by using Facebook, Whatsapp, for business benefits and introducing these products to the wider community in order to get a wider potential market share.

Abstract

Islamicpreneurship yang melekat dalam karakter Nabi Muhammad SAW, memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap aktivitas manusia, terutama di kalangan umat Muslim. Oleh karena itu, umat Muslim sebaiknya memperoleh pengetahuan tentang praktik islamicpreneurship yang diajarkan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Islamicpreneurship adalah disiplin ilmu entrepreneurship yang mencakup kegiatan seperti memimpin, mendirikan, mengambil risiko, mengelola, dan memiliki bisnis sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang terkandung dalam literatur, seperti buku, manuskrip, jurnal, penelitian sebelumnya, dan dokumen. Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan menganalisis teori yang digunakan. Dalam hal ini, penulis berusaha mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Konsep Islamicpreneurship dalam Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Perspektif Al-Qur’an. Penerapan konsep ini berasal dari masa Nabi yang mulia, Muhammad SAW, yang mencontohkan islamicpreneurship dengan mewujudkan sifat Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, dan Fathonah. Praktik islamicpreneurship tidak dapat dipisahkan dari prinsip-prinsip Islam, dengan niat untuk beribadah semata-mata untuk mencari keridhaan Allah. Islamicpreneurship memandu praktik bisnis yang harus mematuhi norma, etika, dan semua bentuk nilai-nilai Islam, sambil teguh berpegang pada iman, mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas, serta bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat. Dengan kata lain, konsep islamicpreneurship memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Saat ini traveling sudah menjadi trend kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk beberapa orang yang tinggal di Indonesia, bepergian bisa dikategorikan sebagai hobi yang mahal. Bepergian keluar kota atau luar negeri dapat biaya cukup banyak karena itu termasuk transportasi, reservasi hotel, makan,rekreasi, belanja, souvenir, dan sebagainya. Tiket.com adalah perusahaan internet dan aplikasi yang menyediakan reservasi dan tiket secara online serta menyediakan layanan pemesanan tiket. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah harga, iklan dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap responden yang melakukan pembelian di tiket.com. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna tiket.com yang berdomisili di Kota Kupang berusia 20-30 tahun yang membeli atau memesan tiket dari tiket.com. 120 responden dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis inferensial dan alat analisis penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Promosi berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan menawarkan promosi, potongan harga, kupon gratis dan kontes untuk menciptakan harga yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian di aplikasi tiket.com.

Abstract

Tiktok adalah salah satu dari beberapa aplikasi belanja online yang dibuat sebagai hasil dari munculnya internet. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepercayaan toko, pemasaran konten, dan persepsi merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Tiktok. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam metode penelitian kuantitatif ini, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari sampel sebanyak 142 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Regresi berganda untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sementara pemasaran sosial media memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian dengan sig. nilai 0,000, citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang terlihat dengan nilai sig 0,006. Citra merek, pemasaran konten, dan kepercayaan toko semuanya berdampak pada pilihan pembelian pada saat yang sama atau pengaruh secara bersamaan

Abstract

Background: Leadership style can have a significant influence on improving the quality of nursing in various nursing service contexts. Improving the quality of nursing is important to improve the standard of nursing services so that it can provide more effective, efficient, safe, and quality care to clients. There have been many studies that examine the influence of leadership style on improving the quality of nursing. Aim: Based on existing research, it is necessary to conduct a meta-analysis study to obtain a summary effect size between leadership style and nursing quality improvement. Design: Meta-analysis. Method: The protocol in this study uses review and dissemination and the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Guidelines as guidelines in assessing the quality of correlation meta-analysis research. Article sources are collected through Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar, according to predetermined criteria. Data analysis using the help of the JASP 0.18 application. Results: A total of 12 research artifacts obtained a positive and significant influence on leadership style and improving nursing quality, summary effect size (rRE = 0.662) is the maximum size in the high category. Conclusion: This research, of course, has proven consistency and strengthened the theory or findings of previous researchers that with meta-analysis studies can provide convincing and effective information about the influence of these two variables. Quality or relationship between leadership styles to improve nursing quality on an ongoing basis through commitment, teamwork, and strong leadership.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of the economic perspectives of Muhammad Umer Chapra, an esteemed Islamic economist, and John Maynard Keynes, a renowned Western economist, concerning the concept of fiscal stimulus as an effective measure to address economic crises. By examining their viewpoints, the article explores the divergent approaches and underlying principles in implementing fiscal stimulus policies. Chapra's perspective highlights the importance of ethics, justice, and social welfare in economic decision-making, emphasizing the compatibility of fiscal stimulus with Islamic economic principles. In contrast, Keynesian economics, as advocated by Keynes, emphasizes the role of government intervention and the use of fiscal policies to stimulate aggregate demand and overcome economic downturns. The article critically analyzes the similarities, differences, and potential areas of convergence between these two prominent economists, shedding light on the implications and effectiveness of fiscal stimulus measures in various economic contexts. By understanding and comparing these perspectives, policymakers and economists can gain valuable insights into crafting comprehensive and context-specific approaches to address economic crises and promote sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Turnover Intention needs attention because it can have a negative impact on an organization. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the impact that affective commitment and psychological empowerment have on millennial worker turnover. The respondents were 100 millennial workers. Sampling was carried out using convenience sampling. Data analysis process with SEM PLS. The research results found that affective commitment has a negative effect on turnover of millennial workers. Interestingly, psychological empowerment actually has a positive effect on turnover among millennial workers. Future researchers can use moderating variables on the influence of psychological empowerment on turnover intention. This research contributes to efforts to reduce turnover of millennial workers through affective commitment and psychological empowerment.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school administrators are the determinants of the running of activities at the Islamic boarding school. The service carried out by administrators is generally without material rewards so that their attachment to the management organization is largely determined by the caregivers as the center of Islamic boarding school leadership. Confidence in the management's own abilities is also a supporting factor in carrying out service duties. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, using a transformational leadership style scale, employee engagement scale and self-efficacy scale. The aim of this research is to prove the influence of the transformational leadership style of caregivers as the main leaders on employee engagement of Islamic boarding school administrators, as well as support from the self-efficacy of administrators as a form of readiness in carrying out service duties. The results of this research show that the transformational leadership style significantly influences the employee engagement of Islamic boarding school administrators, F(1,39) = 58.243, P < 0.01 with R2 = 0.599, and this result is stronger when mediated by their self-efficacy. administrator with results F(2,38) = 40.268, P < 0.01 with R2 = 0.679. This means that the transformational leadership style possessed by kyai influences the engagement of Islamic boarding school administrators, this is also supported by the existence of self-efficacy as the administrator's belief in their own ability to carry out their service duties.
