Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of Leverage , Profitability, and Liquidity on Dividend Policy in Industrial Goods Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research employs a quantitative method. The population of this study consisted of 33 samples of financial reports from Industrial Goods Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research subjects were Industrial Goods Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study were secondary data. The results indicate that Leverage  has a partial positive effect on Dividend Policy in Industrial Goods Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has a partial positive effect on Dividend Policy in Industrial Goods Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity has a partial negative effect on Dividend Policy in Industrial Goods Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the way service-based businesses manage their operational processes, including event decoration services. Manual booking methods such as phone calls, messaging apps, or direct visits often lead to miscommunication, inefficient data management, and customer difficulties in accessing service information. In Muara Padang District, many decoration service providers still use conventional ordering methods, which are less efficient and limit business reach. This study aims to design and implement a website-based event decoration service platform with online booking features to facilitate the ordering process and improve service accessibility. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The results show that the website successfully provides features for users to view decoration packages, make online orders, and for admins to manage orders and view transaction reports. Blackbox testing confirms that all functions work as expected. This website is expected to increase the efficiency of decoration service businesses and provide a better customer experience.

Abstract

Study This aims to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation and self-efficacy on employee performance at the Aceh Regional Public Housing and Settlement Service. The method used is the causality method which aims to explain the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. The determination of the sample of this study uses the Slovin formula. The sample used in this study was 58 employees at the Public Housing and Settlement Service of the Aceh Region and are willing to be respondents. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Public Housing and Settlement Service of the Aceh Region. Compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Regional Public Housing and Settlement Service. Self-efficacy partially has an effect on employee performance at the Aceh Regional Public Housing and Settlement Service.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and firm size on the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. In this study, firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV) as a proxy. A quantitative associative design was applied, utilizing panel data regression analysis and a purposive sampling technique that produced 10 eligible companies as research samples. The data were collected from the firms’ published annual financial statements. The findings indicate that, partially, DER and firm size do not significantly influence firm value, whereas OPM demonstrates a positive and statistically significant effect. These results suggest that profitability plays a more decisive role than capital structure or company scale in determining firm value within the food and beverage subsector. This study is expected to offer valuable insights for corporate managers, investors, and future researchers regarding key determinants of firm value in this industry segment.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effect of lifestyle, fashion involvement, and fashion trends on online fashion purchasing decisions through the Shopee platform. The research applied a quantitative associative design involving 80 Management students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh as respondents. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires and processed through multiple linear regression analysis to test both partial and simultaneous influences. The findings reveal that lifestyle, fashion involvement, and fashion trends each exert a positive and statistically significant impact on online purchasing decisions, and collectively contribute to consumer behavior with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.427. This means that 42.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables. The results emphasize that consumer lifestyles and rapidly evolving digital fashion trends play an important role in shaping buying behavior, underscoring the need for adaptive, innovative, and personalized marketing strategies among fashion businesses and e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, bleeding, and infection can endanger maternal and fetal health and increase anxiety in pregnant women. Unmanaged anxiety may negatively affect physical and psychological well-being and pregnancy outcomes. Classical music therapy is a non-pharmacological intervention known to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of classical music therapy in reducing anxiety among pregnant women with pregnancy complications at Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. A quasi-experimental study with a one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted involving 30 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) before and after 15–20 minutes of classical music therapy per session. Data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant decrease in mean anxiety scores from 23.67 (moderate–severe) to 9.47 (mild) after the intervention (p < 0.001). In conclusion, classical music therapy is effective in reducing anxiety among pregnant women with pregnancy complications and is recommended as a supportive intervention in antenatal care.

Abstract

Knowledge of contraception among women of reproductive age (WRA) varies due to limited access to information. This study aimed to determine the effect of contraceptive education on improving WRA knowledge. A pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach was used, involving 30 respondents selected based on inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire and analyzed using a Paired Sample t-test. The results showed that the mean knowledge score increased from 11.50 before the intervention to 15.63 after contraceptive education, with a p-value < 0.001. These findings indicate that contraceptive education has a significant effect on increasing knowledge among women of reproductive age. Structured and continuous education is essential to support greater participation of WRA as family planning acceptors. In addition, the educational intervention was delivered through interactive counseling sessions supported by visual and printed materials to enhance participants’ understanding. The improvement in knowledge demonstrates that appropriate health education strategies can effectively address misinformation and misconceptions regarding contraceptive methods.

Abstract

Mount Marapi is one of the most active volcanoes in West Sumatra with frequent eruptions and significant volcanic activity in recent years. Monitoring surface deformation is essential to understand subsurface magma dynamics and support volcanic hazard mitigation. This study aims to analyze surface deformation of Mount Marapi using the Differential Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) method based on Sentinel-1 satellite imagery. The data used in this study cover the period from January 2023 to March 2025. Processing was carried out using SNAP software to generate interferograms and deformation maps. The results indicate spatial variations of deformation in the form of uplift and subsidence around the volcanic edifice. Uplift is interpreted as magma pressure or fluid movement beneath the surface, while subsidence may indicate deflation or material compaction after eruptions. These findings demonstrate that DInSAR is effective for monitoring volcanic deformation and can support early warning systems for volcanic hazards.

Abstract

The development of small-scale electric vehicles, particularly electric  Go-karts, demands a drive system capable of combining energy efficiency with adequate torque generation. One of the main factors determining this performance is the gear transmission system, particularly the transmission ratio. Inappropriate gear ratio selection can result in reduced acceleration, increased energy consumption, and limited maximum vehicle speed. Therefore, a structured design and analysis process is required to obtain a transmission ratio that matches the characteristics of the electric motor. This research aims to design and analyze the optimization of a gear transmission in an electric  Go-kart using an engineering calculation approach. The analysis is based on the torque and power parameters of the electric motor, as well as a literature review of relevant scientific journals and technical books. The research methodology includes mathematical design of the transmission system, evaluation of the effect of gear ratio variations on wheel torque, and acceleration performance simulation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Job Training, Job Appraisal, Compensation, and Workplace Communication on Employee Performance at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Goods Quality Certification Testing Center (UPTD BPSMB), under the Aceh Department of Industry and Trade. A quantitative survey method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 2.9. The results indicate that individually, Job Training, Job Appraisal, Compensation, and Workplace Communication each have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, these four variables simultaneously demonstrate a significant influence on Employee Performance, as reflected by the coefficient of determination, which shows that a substantial proportion of the variation in employee performance is explained by the independent variables. The findings highlight the importance of improving training programs, performance appraisal systems, compensation schemes, and effective workplace communication to enhance employee performance.
