Abstract

Takmung village is one of several in the Klungkung area. Takmung Village has a popular tourist destination known as "Nyoman Gunarsa Classical Painting Museum," which is famous for its paintings. However, Takmung Village itself is less known to the public as a village of artists. In contrast to Kamasan Village, Takmung Village's artists are much less known, and many of them do not have their stalls or time to sell their artworks. The use of websites comes in handy in this problem, which helps artists to advertise their services and sell their artwork online. Aside from providing information and selling its products, a website works as an indirect representation of its professionalism and legitimacy. In addition to the local artist, it helps introduce other artists. Therefore, by utilizing the art on this website, artists from various parts of the Klungkung district can also become famous. This study created the Griya Art House, an art gallery, implementing the Research and Development methodology as its foundation. Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams are used in this study's website creation procedure. The final result of this study stated that the effectiveness of the sales website on the purchasing power of paintings was demonstrated to be effective with a total of three product purchases. The creation of this website is expected to be able to contribute to the community in Takmung Village, Banjarangkan District, Klungkung Regency, especially artists as assistance in the form of website applications that are applied in marketing their work.

Abstract

Purusa and pradana are two important concepts in Balinese Inheritance Customary Law which in simple terms purusa is defined as male and pradana is defined as female. In its development, the meaning of purusa and pradana in Balinese Inheritance Customary Law is no longer that simple but has a broader meaning, namely purusa is interpreted as a son and/or daughter (in this case as sentana rajeg) who becomes the main heir while pradana is interpreted as as sons and/or daughters who will later leave their families and rights and obligations due to marrying out to follow their husband or wife. The majority of indigenous peoples in Bali embrace Hinduism and adhere to a patrilineal kinship system commonly referred to as kramusa/purusa. Inheritance in Balinese Customary Law does not only involve the distribution of inheritance in the form of property or in the form of materials, but also includes immaterial inheritance, namely inheritance in the form of responsibilities and obligations (swadharma) to ancestors and the community. Children as heirs who are able to continue the swadharma of their deceased parents can be appointed as heirs. In accordance with the concepts of purusa and pradana as legal principles in the inheritance of Balinese Customary Law that purusa does not have to mean a son and pradana does not have to mean a daughter. Either a boy or a girl can become a purusa or a pradana.

Abstract

A patriarchal culture is created when people believe that men should hold the highest positions. The perception that men hold the highest position indirectly forms a patriarchal culture. This reveals to the conclusion that catcalling is accepted as normal. Even though catcalling is like a compliment, there is a significant difference between the two. Compliments are given sincerely, whereas catcalling aims to indirectly harass women. The purpose of this research is to provide information and advice regarding the prevalence of catcalling in public places, especially among women. Qualitative method is the method used to complete this research. A total of 54 students were involved as respondents in this study to collect statistical data. Abstract

Lately there have been so many religious problems that have arisen both in the real world and in cyberspace. Various justification claims appear in an effort to maintain the self-esteem of one's beliefs, these justification claims become so dangerous because one can easily judge other people's beliefs and assume that what they believe is the only truth while other beliefs are wrong. This is what makes it interesting to carry out scientific studies in an effort to offer solutions to religious disputes that seem to be an eternal war. All religions without exception Hinduism, of course, have offered various concepts of harmony as a human guide in carrying out life regardless of religious background, ethnicity, customs and other things. So far, claims of justification have arisen from individuals who do not fully understand their religious teachings, but already feel they know everything themselves. Apart from that, not a few also use religion as a political vehicle to defeat political opponents, because by using very sensitive religious issues it becomes the main weapon to gain the sympathy of the people who are psychologically very motivated when talking about religion.
