Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of educational psychology in student management. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative data is analyzed through identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding data. The results of this research show that student management organizes students to improve non-academic achievements starting from student planning, student acceptance, student organizing, student orientation, student attendance, student coaching and services, student organizations, student assessment, transfers and student alumni. Student management efforts to improve students' non-academic achievements include planning students' non-academic achievements, grouping students according to their chosen talents and interests, and developing non-academic achievements well. Supporting factors for student management in improving achievement are divided into two, namely encouragement from within (attitude towards learning, motivation to learn, concentration, retention of learning outcomes, self-confidence, intelligence, habits and ideals of students) and encouragement from outside (parents). , teachers or coaches, facilities and infrastructure, social environment), while the inhibiting factors are facilities and infrastructure and students. Therefore, educational psychology has a very important role in educational management. Educational psychology helps educational managers to understand how students learn and develop effective learning strategies. This includes understanding students' cognitive, emotional, and social development as well as how best to deliver learning material.

Abstract

Early adulthood is a problematic period because during early adulthood there are many problems caused by adjustments to matters related to preparation for marriage. Women more often adapt to their partner's habits, especially at the beginning of marriage. Women who are married to their partners usually experience difficulties in adjusting to their partner's behavior in the early years of their marriage. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and marital adjustment in early adulthood in Wonoayu District. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the Wonoayu District KUA and the Sidoarjo Religious Court. The data collection method used was observation and interviews with the Head of KUA and PA Judges regarding marital adjustment and emotional maturity. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional maturity and marital adjustment. The bride and groom course (suscatin) is programmed by the Ministry of Religion for married couples to create a strong and resilient family, so everything needs to be matured, especially emotionally, psychologically, and so on so that they are ready. Because marriage requires serious effort. So it can be concluded that the better the emotional maturity and relationship maturity that the bride and groom prepare and have, the better the relationship will be in the future. Because both partners can easily adjust to the stages of marital adjustment.

Abstract

Inappropriate teaching models can hinder the effectiveness of learning and negatively impact students' learning outcomes. Conversely, the implementation of suitable teaching models can provide a better learning experience and support the achievement of learning objectives. The Osborn teaching model is one appropriate approach to enhancing students' learning outcomes, especially in the topic of sets. This model emphasizes active student participation in generating ideas and problem-solving through brainstorming techniques. By granting students the freedom to express themselves and collaborate within groups, the Osborn model helps increase student engagement in learning and enrich their understanding of the subject matter. Therefore, through the implementation of the Osborn teaching model, it is expected that students' learning outcomes in the topic of sets will significantly improve. Research results confirm that the application of the Osborn model has a significant positive impact on students' learning outcomes in the subject of sets. There was a consistent improvement from cycle I to cycle II, where average learning outcomes increased significantly. This improvement was observed in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive domains, with percentages increasing from the previous cycle. Evaluations conducted in each cycle demonstrate the effectiveness of the Osborn model in deepening students' understanding of set concepts. The final results indicate that the average learning outcomes of students have met the minimum success indicator of 80%, illustrating that the implementation of the Osborn model has successfully enhanced overall student learning achievements in understanding the set material.

Abstract

Indonesia, with its diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions, faces the challenge of forming a solid national identity. Pancasila, as the state ideology, serves as an essential foundation for integration. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of Pancasila in shaping Indonesia's national identity, particularly in historical and social contexts. The focus is on analyzing how Pancasila responds to the need for an inclusive ideological framework, and how its principles provide a social foundation for harmonious living. This research aims to provide a deep understanding of the importance of Pancasila in building a strong and inclusive national identity in Indonesia. The method used is library research. The results show that Pancasila plays a central role in shaping Indonesia's national identity, serving as a philosophical cornerstone that fosters nationalism and provides a framework for understanding and embracing differences. As a response to the need for an inclusive ideological framework, Pancasila, introduced by the Founding Fathers such as Soekarno and Mohammad Hatta, becomes the foundation of a national identity that reflects the spirit of unity. Its social principles, such as mutual cooperation and consensus-building, also play a crucial role in addressing the challenges of diversity, guiding Indonesian society towards harmonious living.

Abstract

The creative industry is an important field that must continue to be developed over time and needs to be built together in its development because it is one of the pillars of the country’s economy.  This research aims to find out that the creative economy plays an important role in improving the Indonesian economy to increase employment opportunities and reduce poverty.  Literature study was chosen as the method.  The development of the creative economy shows a positive picture because the economic growth generated is above average.  The main factor that drives the growth of the creative industry in Indonesia is the quality of human resources which continues to develop and is dominated by young people plus the ability of human resources who can combine culture with art.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employee competency on the quality of public services in Dumbo Raya District, Gorontalo City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 105 people consisting of 93 members of the public and 12 employees. The type of data in this research is primary. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of this research show that employee competency has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services at the Dumbo Raya District Office, Gorontalo City. Positive test results mean that the improvement in the quality of public services at the Dumbo Raya District Office, Gorontalo City occurs because employees have good competence in carrying out their mandated duties and responsibilities related to public, technical and administrative services. The influence of employee competency on the quality of public services is 69.00% while the remaining 31.00% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research, such as infrastructure and facilities variables, information systems and technology, policies and procedures, management of budget resources in service, openness and transparency, community participation, supervision, organizational culture as well as partnership and collaboration with the sub-district government.

Abstract

The SAKEDAP application or the Integrated Population Service System carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency to organize a service for the people of Bandung Regency itself. The sources that are relevant to the topic of study, namely regarding Public Service Technology Innovation in E-Government Implementation, will be used as references in writing the article. The data collected is sourced from Google Scholar. Effectiveness of the SAKEDAP Application in Population Administration Services If we look at the positive impact of this application, it can facilitate the community in obtaining population administration services. Apart from that, this application was initially made to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the DISDUKCAPIL environment in Bandung Regency and speed up the service process to the community. This SAKEDAP application has not run so optimally, it can be seen from the Rating and Review of this application, due to the many complaints from the community because of the obstacles faced. This obstacle is caused because some people have difficulty uploading files, lack of chat features, and not a few people complain about queue numbers that are always full.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the DPRD's supervision is carried out towards optimizing the DPRD's supervisory function regarding the administration of regional government in Mamasa Regency. The research method used was a qualitative method, data collection was carried out using library research techniques sourced from book literature, scientific journals, statutory regulations. The results of this research show that the supervisory function carried out by the Mamasa Regency DPRD is in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2014. However, in its implementation, the Mamasa Regency DPRD is still not running optimally because there are still many obstacles in its implementation

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out whether Supply Chain Management (SCM) influences the competitive advantage of Betawi Traditional Culinary Restaurants in Setu, Bekasi; to find out whether Supply Chain Management (SCM) influences business performance at Betawi Traditional Culinary Restaurants in Setu, Bekasi; to find out whether competitive advantage affects company performance at Betawi Traditional Culinary Restaurants in Setu, Bekasi; and to find out whether Supply Chain Management (SCM) influences business performance through the competitive advantage of Betawi Traditional Culinary Restaurants in Setu, Bekasi. The population in this study was Betawi Traditional Culinary Restaurants in Setu District, Bekasi. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sampling technique or also known as a census, which uses the entire population as a sample. What needs to be noted is that the number of traditional Betawi culinary restaurants is only 24. Data processing uses multivariate statistical methods.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya sekolah taman kanak-kanak (TK), memegang peranan penting dalam jenjang pendidikan sekolah formal, sehingga membutuhkan standar pengelolaan sekolah yang baik. Salah satu bentuk standar pengelolaan sekolah yang baik dapat dilihat dari pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan. Selama ini, proses pengelolaan administrasi dan keuangan di sekolah TK XYZ menggunakan beberapa buku yang sudah diberikan oleh dinas pendidikan mau digunakan oleh sekolah,yang meliputi buku induk siswa,data pendidik,daftar hadir,mutasi kelompok, surat masuk/keluar, perkembangan peserta didik, serta catatan keuangan yang masuk dan keluar dari berbagai kegiatan operasional sekolah. Pengelolaan melalui buku menyebabkan terjadinya perulangan pendataan, dokumen fisik yang bertumpuk, dan perlunya waktu untuk mencari beberapa dokumen yang diperlukan, serta proses sinkronisasi data. Selain itu, kegiatan pertemuan orangtua juga memerlukan pencatatan khusus, yang selama ini hanya dilakukan di kertas, sehingga tidak terdokumentasikan dengan baik. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mendesain atau merancang dan mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem berbasis web yang dapat membantu sekolah TK dalam mengelola administrasi dan keuangan. Kondisi sekolah dianalisis menggunakan rich picture dan BPMN, dibangun dengan metode pengerjaan SDLC berupa prototype, didesain menggunakan UML dan ERD, pemrograman menggunakan PHP dengan framework yaitu CodeIgniter, serta basis data menggunakan MySQL. Penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan pengelolaan data administrasi seperti data buku induk siswa, data tenaga kependidikan, daftar hadir, surat masuk dan keluar, mengelola keuangan berupa catatan transaksi pemasukan kegiatan operasional dari para orangtua maupun pengeluaran sekolah, catatan akuntansi berupa jurnal umum, buku besar, serta laporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, serta laporan laba rugi.
