Abstract

Religious values are belief values that originate from a person's belief in God within oneself. Religious values are very necessary and useful to implement because they are in the form of a person's attitudes and behavior, especially for students who are obedient to religious teachings in everyday life. In this research, teachers must have an important role in instilling and fostering students' religious values so that students have good attitudes and characteristics. In this research, students are expected to have good religious values and have noble character in everyday life, especially in the school, family and community environment. Teacher strategies in increasing students' religious values are very important for every teacher, especially Hindu Religious Education teachers, so that it is easy to create religious or religious values for each student. The results obtained from this research are that students can form religious values obtained from various strategies of a teacher, especially Hindu religious education teachers, who slowly form religious values in students indirectly. Students can live/coxist with friends who have different beliefs, but these differences will not exist for students who succeed in instilling religious (religious/divine) values within themselves.

Abstract

The aim of this research is related to examining the phenomenon of the influence of social media marketing and Store Atmosphere in coffee shops on consumer buying interest by applying quantitative methods that are causal in nature. The population determined in this research is coffee shop visitors. The sample determined in this research used a non-random and purposive sampling method, where if determined specifically, the criteria were: domiciled in Palembang, have social media, have an interest in coffee shops and have visited coffee shops. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS is used in this research as a tool for processing and testing data. The results of this research show that the social media marketing variable has an effect on buying interest, while the store atmosphere variable has no effect on buying interest

Abstract

Number board games are one of many game devices that can be used as an intermediary to improve children's mental activity at an early age or what is usually called cognitive ability. It is known that the learning model that is widely used in Early Childhood Education is the play while learning model. However, researchers found that the type of learning model applied by teachers at the Dharma Wanita Semen Kindergarten was still monotonous, so it had an impact on the development of cognitive abilities in group-A children, especially in terms of introducing the concept of numbers and the symbols for numbers 1 (one) to 10 (ten). Based on this, the researcher tried to develop cognitive abilities in group-A children in recognizing the concept of numbers and the symbols for numbers 1 (one) to 10 (ten) by using more varied media, namely the number board game. This research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the John Elliot (1991) model which consists of 4 stages, including observation, planning, action and reflection. In this research, the implementation of the cycle was carried out in two cycles by repeating the same 4 stages in each cycle. In cycle 1 it was discovered that the percentage of success was still 68.5%, then the research continued in cycle 2 which showed a significant increase with a success percentage of 88.9%. The research results obtained show that the use of game devices with number boards can improve the cognitive abilities of group-A children at the Dharma Wanita Semen Kindergarten in recognizing the concept of numbers and symbols for numbers 1 (one) to 10 (ten).

Abstract

Semarang City, as one of the major urban centers in Indonesia,, faces serious challenges in managing the increasing risk of flooding. This article discusses the role of water conservation in reducing the risk of flooding in Semarang City towards achieving the 11th Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs). Through an analysis of current literature and research, this article identifies water conservation strategies that can be implemented to address flooding problems in this city. The results of the analysis show that water conservation through dismantling Water Absorption Wells (SRA), Biopore Holes, and Rainwater Harvesting (RH) are important steps in reducing the risk of flooding in Semarang City.Semarang, flood risk, water conservation.

Abstract

Character values are an important element in the Indonesian education curriculum. Various cases of decreasing character values that occur in the current young generation have prompted the government to design new steps, which are manifested in the Independent Learning Curriculum with the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project. This research aims to analyze the character of mutual cooperation in the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) among class IV students at SDN Tugurejo 03 Semarang. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires and observations. The research results show that the implementation of P5 is able to improve students' mutual cooperation character. This can be seen from the value of the mutual cooperation character of class IV students at SDN Tugurejo 03 in the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile project showing success with a percentage of 45% for the very good category, and 27% for the good category. Factors that contribute to the success of instilling the value of mutual cooperation lie in the activities of teachers and students during the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile project. Overall, the results of these observations indicate that the value of the mutual cooperation character in the P5 project for class IV students at SDN Tugurejo 03 is relatively good.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini telah merasuk ke dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk di lingkungan sekolah, kantor, pusat perbelanjaan, dan sebagainya. Pemanfaatan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam berbagai pekerjaan. Namun, di Kantor Wali Kota Palembang, proses pembuatan Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Excel, menyebabkan berbagai kendala seperti kesalahan input data dan pemborosan waktu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan proses pembuatan SPPD. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan pembuatan dan penyimpanan data SPPD secara sistematis, serta mempermudah pemberian perintah perjalanan dinas tanpa harus menggunakan metode manual. Batasan studi kasus ini meliputi perencanaan website SPPD, penginputan data oleh admin SDM, dan penyerahan laporan SPPD kepada pimpinan divisi. Permasalahan yang difokuskan adalah perancangan aplikasi online SPPD di Kantor Wali Kota Palembang, yang mencakup proses pembuatan surat perintah perjalanan dinas, surat permohonan perjalanan dinas, penghitungan biaya, pembuatan laporan, dan pengiriman. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengolahan informasi SPPD, memperbaiki struktur dan penyimpanan data, serta memudahkan akses laporan secara online bagi pegawai dan pimpinan. Secara keseluruhan, pengembangan sistem informasi SPPD ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, hemat biaya, dan hemat waktu dalam proses pembuatan serta penyimpanan data SPPD di Kantor Wali Kota Palembang. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan jadwal perjalanan dinas menjadi lebih terstruktur, proses pengolahan data menjadi lebih efisien, dan informasi dapat diakses secara lebih mudah dan cepat oleh semua pihak yang terkait.

Abstract

 In order to create an efficient and effective level of implementation of learning activities, one of the efforts that must be done is to reduce even if necessary eliminate the verbal information delivery system. The use of media in the teaching and learning process, educators need to be careful in carrying out the selection and determination of the media to be used. Accuracy and accuracy in choosing media will support the effectiveness of the learning process carried out. This study This research uses the literature study method to obtain data, concepts and information related to research variables. The results show that learning media have several characteristics, functions and benefits as well as the principles of choosing learning media in high classes. Therefore, the media is also the main intermediary in bridging learning with learning centers and resources. Media is often the main reliance in conventional learning processes, learning strategies Directly centered on a teacher, this becomes a source of resources and at the same time a center in learning in high grades.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how internal communication influences the work effectiveness of employees in Karang Tengah District, Garut Regency. The research uses descriptive methods with survey techniques with emphasis on the concept of measuring internal communication according to Davis & John W Newstrom and measuring employee work effectiveness according to Jamin. The research population was 30 sub-district employees, all of whom were used as respondents using census techniques. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. The research results show that there is a significant influence of internal communication on employee work effectiveness. This can be seen from the large influence of internal communication variables on employee work effectiveness of 47%, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors including employee work motivation. Suggestions that can be put forward are for leaders to frequently interact directly with employees, either through face-to-face or casual chatting, so that employees feel cared for, providing information regularly by maximizing the various communication media that are available. Leaders should continuously develop employees' technical abilities, leaders should make clear reward and compensation provisions so that they can motivate employees to work without just doing tasks without responsibility so that the amount of work can be as targeted and completed on time.

Abstract

Culture and religion have an important role in shaping values, norms and views regarding gender roles and status in society. Viewed from a contemporary perspective, the influence of culture and religion on gender justice Perspektif Kontemporer is very complex and varied. Culture can influence gender equality by reinforcing unequal gender views and judgments between men and women. Religion also plays an important role in gender justice in a contemporary perspective. Certain religious interpretations and practices can reinforce unequal gender norms and roles. There are several religions that have rules and traditions that give men higher power than women in social and religious structures. The aim of the research is to understand how culture and religion influence gender justice from a contemporary perspective. The method used in this research is an exploratory oriented qualitative research method which attempts to analyze research problems from reading sources by applying content analysis. Researchers use qualitative research to examine the results of previous research and to interpret a phenomenon scientifically. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation techniques from various journals, proceedings, online news and relevant books. The results of this research show that there is a better understanding of the influence of culture and religion on gender justice from a contemporary perspective. The conclusion of this research is to show that a better understanding of the influence of culture and religion will be able to build a society that is more inclusive and equal between all individuals, regardless of gender.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the assessment of financial performance in companies. This can be seen in financial reports, namely reports that describe the development of a company's financial results over a certain period of time. The purpose of this research is to find out how the financial performance of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk is based on Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability ratio analysis. The analytical method used is a descriptive quantitative method. Based on the Liquidity ratio, it is in good condition, although it experienced a decline in 2020-2021. Based on the Solvency ratio, the company is in good condition. Based on the profitability ratio, the company's net profit increases, but the company is less effective in using its assets.
