Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menggambarkan implementasi e-government BAKESBANGPOL Provinsi Jawa Barat di bidang KESBAK melalui situs web SIMAJU JABAR. Salah satu cara penerapan e-government adalah melalui pembuatan situs web ini. E-government merupakan inovasi pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan segala bentuk kebijakan untuk memberikan layanan publik. Namun masih ada banyak masalah dengan implementasi situs web, yakni kurangnya tenaga ahli SDM dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan website. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data sehingga dapat dikatakan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian lapangan menjelaskan bahwa meskipun implementasi situs web SIMAJU JABAR oleh BAKESBANGPOL Provinsi Jawa Barat di bidang KESBAK telah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih kurangnya sosialisasi dengan fitur terbaru pada website serta kurangnya kurangnya tenaga ahli SDM dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan website dikarenakan sudah tidak muda lagi sehingga diperlukan inisiatif dari elemen dukungan, kualitas dan nilai. Peneliti menyarankan peningkatan sosialisasi mengenai fitur terbaru pada website kepada para pengguna, serta dapat dilakukan melalui reward system bagi para pengguna yang aktif menggunakan fitur-fitur terbaru pada website, sehingga mendorong adanya inisiatif dan motivasi dari para pengguna.

Abstract

Dalam era informasi dan teknologi seperti sekarang, pengumpulan, analisis, dan penggunaan data pendidikan telah menjadi bagian integral dari perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan di bidang pendidikan. Namun, perlu diingat bahwa pengelolaan data pegawai juga berkaitan erat dengan aspek privasi dan keamanan informasi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah perlindungan data yang kuat untuk memastikan bahwa informasi pegawai tidak disalahgunakan atau diakses oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Pendataan pegawai oleh lembaga pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan perlu di perhatikan. Tanggung jawab yang diemban oleh lembaga pendidikan penyelenggara layanan public seperti sekolah, dinas pendidikanm lembaga penyelenggara system informasi kepegawaian seperti BKN dan BKD adalah akuntabilitas dalam pemeliharaan informasi dan untuk membuat informasi tersedia bagi publik. Sistem kepegawaian seharusnya secara sistematis melakukan pengumpulan dan pemeliharaan data informasi yang penting bagi organisasi seperti berkas pegawai catatan dan laporan kepegawaian sejarah kerja dan lain sebagainya. Persoalan data kepegawaian ini di bidang pendidikan semakin meningkat seiring dengan terus bertambahnya jumlah pegawai yang semakin beragam namun tidak disertai upaya sistem kepegawaian yang sistematis dan truk struktur.

Abstract

This research is used to answer two main problems, namely why the development of concepts in the field of organizational theory is a paradigm shift factor and why technological implications encourage progress in strategic integration in organizations in the future. The method used to complete this research is not field research, but rather a documentation method. The documentation method is a data collection technique by studying data that has been documented. The results of this research show that there are three different paradigms in an organization, namely the classical paradigm and the traditional paradigm. paradigm shift. These three differences have their respective positive and negative impacts. Possibilities that will emerge as inspirational technology develops are that workers communicate virtually, innovation and creation are normal things, always connected every day, job changes increase, focus on solutions, more precise decision making. There will be more and more existing paradigms and they will have their advantages and disadvantages each. Every existing paradigm has a goal towards change for the better, although not all of the results will have a good impact. By utilizing technology, an organization will gain many benefits in achieving organizational strategy. HR must keep up with the times so that existing organizations can always achieve their goals.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the ability of writing hamzah in students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program (PBA) at UIN Sumatera Utara. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of library research and questionnaires. The sample of this study is 5 alumni of PBA UIN SU students who were selected purposively. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that the ability of writing hamzah in PBA UIN SU students is very good, with an average score of 100. The factors that support the high ability of writing hamzah include mastery of the theory and rules of writing hamzah, practice and habituation of writing Arabic words that contain hamzah, and attention and motivation in learning to write hamzah. This study recommends the need for the application of qualitative methods in learning to write hamzah in PBA UIN SU, as well as the development of library research and questionnaires as assessment instruments.

Abstract

Hukum Islam lebih bersifat teokratis, yaitu bahwa hukum itu datang dari tuhan, bukan datang dari kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan bukan pula datang dari kekuasaan, kewenangan, dan kedaulatan negara. Maka dari itu al-hukmu menurut ushul fiqh berarti kitabullah (Titah Allah) yang mengatur perbuatan manusia, baik yang berupa tuntunan untuk melakukan sesuatu perbuatan, maupun tuntunan untuk meninggalkan sesuatu perbuatan. Dengan begitu seseorang yang mengaku dirinya Islam adalah dengan mempraktekkan seluruh hukum Islam sebagai ajaran Islam. Untuk mengaktualkan dan memberlakukan hukum Islam secara kaffah bagi pemeluknya, maka para pemikir hukum Islam merumuskan teori berlakunya hukum Islam. Teori-teori ini dirumuskan dengan tujuan dapat menjadi acuan dan landasan berpikir tentang bagaimana mengaktualkan hukum Islam dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

This research is about "Educational Innovation Through a Systems Approach at MTS Parmiyatu Wassa'adah". This research method is descriptive qualitative research. This research is located at MTS Parmiyatu Wassa'adah. The subject of this research is the School Principal. The research used is observation, interviews and documentation. Educational innovation through a systems approach has become the main focus in educational transformation in schools. This approach aims to integrate various educational components, including curriculum, technology, school management, stakeholders, and learning processes, into a coherent and effective system. This innovation not only creates a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment, but also enables improved student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to design student worksheets (LKPD) that are interesting and effective in the context of basic mathematics education. LKPD is an important tool in learning mathematics that can help students understand concepts and improve their mathematics skills. In this research, we discuss various strategies for designing student worksheets that encourage student involvement, develop a variety of mathematical problems, integrate higher-order thinking methods, and utilize technology. This strategy creates a more engaging, interactive, and relevant learning experience for students, which in turn helps improve their understanding of mathematics. We also explain the importance of connecting mathematics to the real world, using problem-based activities, incorporating collaborative activities, and integrating mathematical games in worksheet. Additionally, we highlight the use of open-ended questions, complex problem-solving problems, and math projects as methods for integrating higher-order thinking in worksheets. Finally, we explore how to best utilize technology, including mathematics education software, mathematics applications, online resources, educational games, interactive simulations, and online learning platforms, to improve the quality of student worksheets. This article aims to provide practical guidance to teachers, educators and researchers in designing effective LKPD to improve mathematics learning at the elementary level.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between students' involvement in organizations and their academic performance. The research focuses on understanding the role of organizations in influencing students' academic achievements. The approach used is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. Data collection is conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to students actively involved in organizations. The results of this research are expected to provide insights into the extent to which involvement in organizations can impact students' academic aspects.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Alfamart Kota Palembang.  Dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada Karyawan Alfamart di Kota Palembang. Dengan jumlah Sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Penelitian ini menganalisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi klasik, Uji Koefisien determinasi, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Dari Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Alfamart Kota Palembang dan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Alfamart Kota Palembang.

Abstract

In applying these principles, the participation and function of law enforcement is essential as a defence of justice especially in the awareness of the fundamental rights of the people in the legal context. In practice, however, the law enforcement agencies that are supposed to enforce such legal norms are often unable to avoid unethical practices. The CPC specifically investigates the elite of power involved in corruption crimes carrying out a noble mission to adapt to the realities of public life. Therefore, this study aims to further evaluate the extent to which the authority recipient can play their role by applying the principles in the Code of Ethics of the CPC profession to the legal objectives and code of ethics of a profession that is justice. The method used is qualitative research method of library research or known as library study. This research found that, from the moral code of ethics perspective, some failures in the implementation of professional standards were also seen in cases that occurred in the CPC.
