Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors of Brand Image and Service Quality on Parents' Decisions in choosing a school at Sang Timur Catholic Middle School in Tangerang. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive and quantitative approach with classical assumption testing methods, hypothesis testing, t tests, F tests and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The research results show that Brand Image is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, which in this research is the parents' decision in choosing a school at Sang Timur Catholic Middle School in Tangerang. Service quality is proven to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, which in this research is the parents' decision in choosing a school at Sang Timur Catholic Middle School in Tangerang. Brand Image and Service Quality together have been proven to have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, which in this research is the parent's decision in choosing a school at Sang Timur Catholic Middle School in Tangerang, which means that Brand Image and Service Quality together can provide contribution influence on Purchasing Decisions and this shows that if Brand Image and Service Quality are carried out and synergized well then they will be able to have a positive and significant influence in improving Purchasing Decisions, which in this research is the parents' decision in choosing a school at Sang Timur Catholic Middle School in Tangerang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work  discipline on employee performance at PT Greenly Lifestyle Indonesia Jakarta  Area. The research method used is the primary data quantitative research method.  Research location Jln Taman Daan Mogot Raya no. 4, RT 02 RW 01, Jl. North  Duren, Grogol Petamburan District, West Jakarta City. The population of this  research is employees at PT Greenly Lifestyle Indonesia Jakarta Area. The sample  for this research was 97 respondents, the sampling technique was using the Solvin  technique. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, literature study  and observation. The data analysis method uses validity tests, reliability tests,  classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination  tests, T tests and F tests with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of  the research show that the t test can determine the Leadership Style variable having  a simple linear regression Y = 7,007 + 0.812 So it can be concluded that the  Leadership Style variable influences employee performance. The Discipline  variable has a simple linear regression equation Y = 4,560 + 0.853 < table 1.661.  So it can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable influences employee  performance. The research results of the F test for the Leadership Style and Work  Discipline variables have a simple linear regression equation Y = 2,892 + 0.252  X1 + 0.659 ftable (211,058 > 3,090) and the significance value is smaller than 5%  (0.000 < 0.05). This means that together the independent variables consisting of the  Leadership Style and Work Discipline variables have an effect on employee  performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Padang Lawas Regency Inspectorate Office, North Sumatra. This research uses Quantitative methods with an associative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 72 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 26.0% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (4.528>1.667). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 23.0% and hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (2,480>1,667). The physical work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.214 + 0.591 X1 + 0.011 X2. The coefficient of determination is 48.0% while the remaining 52% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (10.313> 3.13).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio dan Return On Investment terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil data laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 10 perusahaan dari 26 populasi dengan kriteria perusahaan yang terdaftar di di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan perusahaan yang memiliki laporan keuangannya secara lengkap pada tahun penelitian yaitu tahun 2018-2022. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, regresi data panel, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. hal ini bisa dilihat dari nilai t hitung Current Ratio sebesar -0,269609 < ttabel sebesar 2,01174 dan nilai signifikan 0,7886 > 0,05. Sedangkan Retun On Investment secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dilihat dari nilai ℎttabel 8,196994 > ttabel sebesar 2,01174 dan nilai signifikan 0,0000 < dari 0,05. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan Current Ratio On dan Return Investment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan diukur dengan Price to Book Value pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Dengan nilai ????ℎttabel 32,15305 > ttabel 3,20 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of placement and training on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT. Adiakara Lestari Nusantara (Mr.Creampuff) Area Depok. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods used are primary dataand secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin technique, as many as 56 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 26 program. The analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, auto correlation test, simple linearregression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. Partial hypothesis testing of communication variable (X1) obtained tcount > ttable (2,509 > 1.660) and a significance value of 0.014 <0.05. This means that communication (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The partial hypothesis test for the training motivational (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (4,429 > 1.660) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the motivational (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > fable (22,133 > 3,091) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Soit can be concluded that communication (X1) and motivation (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). Determination obtained R Square of 0.313, meaning that the variables of placement and training together have an influence contribution of 31.3% on employee performance. While the remaining 68.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keyword: Communication, Motivational, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Divisi Teleoperation cabang cisauk kabupaten tangerang. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The  sample used in this study is the result of the slovin technique, namely 86 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS version 26 program. The analysis techniques used were data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, analysis  testing and hypothesis testing. Testing the hypothesis partially on the compensation variable(X1) obtained the value of tcount > ttable (3,446 > 1,663) and a significancevalue of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that compensation (X1) has a significanteffect on employee performance (Y). Statistical test of work discipline  variable (X2) on employee performance obtained tcount > ttable (5,815 > 1,663)  and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable (124,675 > 3.105) and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline  (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y). The determination obtained by R Square is 0.750, meaning that the compensation  and work discipline variables together have an influence contribution of 75% on employee performance. While the remaining 25% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of organisational culture and communication on employee performance aims to determine the effect of organisational culture and communication on employee performance simultaneously at the Parung Panjang District Office, Bogor Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method which is associative in nature with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 50 employees of the Parung Panjang District Office of Bogor Regency with saturated sempel determination obtained 50 respondents. The analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination test and significant test (t test and f test). the result of this study is that organisational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with regression Y = 2.959 + 0.8301, the correlation coefficient value is 0.882 where this value can be interpreted that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 77.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (12.978> 1.677). Communication has a significant effect on employee performance with regression Y = 3.062 + 0.886X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.909 where this value means that the two variables have a very strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination is 82.6%%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (15.083> 1.677). Organisational Culture and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 1.955 + 0.341X1 + 0.574X2. The correlation value of 0.925 means that the organisational culture and communication variables have a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 85.5% while the remaining 14.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (138.458> 2.802) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between organisational culture and communication on employee performance at the Parung Panjang District Office, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Sayap Ibu Foundation Branch of Banten Province. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 58 respondents. The analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The research results prove that Workload (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). The determination obtained by R Square is 0.196, so it can be concluded that the workload variable (X1) influences the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) by 19.6% while the remaining 80.4% is influenced by other factors. The determination obtained by R Square is 0.332, so it can be concluded that the work environment variable (X2) influences the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) by 33.2% while the remaining 66.8% is influenced by other factors. Determination obtained R Square of 0,346, meaning that the variables of workload and work environment together have an influence contribution of 34,6% on employee job satisfaction. While the remaining 65,4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, service quality and distribution channels on purchasing interest in CV. Air Hidup. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the ancient rao formula and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing interest with a coefficient of determination value of 43% and the hypothesis test shows that t count > t table or (8.597 > 1.948). Service quality has a significant effect on purchase interest with a coefficient of determination value of 29.6% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6.421 > 1.948). And distribution channels have a significant effect on buying interest with a coefficient of determination value of 17.8% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (4.613 > 1.948). Brand Image, Service Quality and Distribution Channels simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing interest with the regression equation Y = 3.928X1 + 0.500X2 + -0.405X3. The coefficient of determination value is 73.1% while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (36.732 > 2.700).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital marketing, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Lina bread. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the ancient rao formula and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that digital marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination value of 44.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t_(count ) > t_(table ) or (8.861 > 1.984). Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination value of 49.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t_(count ) > t_(table ) or (9.819 > 1.984). Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination value of 45.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t_(count ) > t_(table ) or (8.974 > 1.984). Digital marketing, product quality and brand image simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y= 3.624 + 0.302 X₁ + 0.419X₂ + 0.129X. The coefficient of determination value is 55.5% while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F_(count ) > F_(table ) or (39.943 > 2,700).
