Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia Pamulang branch. The population in this study is 36,252 consumers. The sample selection in this study uses the slovin technique, which is as many as 100 consumers. The analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test using SPSS 26 statistical data processing. The results of this study show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression value of 5.905. The T-count value is 5.905 > 1.66088. The probability value of service quality was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The price variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression value of 6.979. The T-count value > the T-table was 6.979 > 1.66159. The T-count value > the T-table is 6.979 > 1.66159. The value of price probability was obtained with a significance value of 0.75 < 0.05. The variables of service quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The F-count value > F-table was 137.311 > 3.09 with a sig value from the F test of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the role of work motivation in increasing employee work productivity at PT Monica Hijau Lestabil (The Body Shop) Blok M branch, South Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an interpretive approach in analyzing data with a literature review as well as collecting and processing data using observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results of the research show that the role of work motivation in increasing employee work productivity at PT Monica Hijau Severt (The Body Shop) Blok M branch, South Jakarta, cannot still be said to be good, this can be seen from employees who are less motivated in terms of discipline at PT Monica Hijau. Selukis (The Body Shop) Blok M branch, South Jakarta, there is no openness between the company and employees regarding employee problems and a lack of initiative from employees in participating in training/workshops held. However, for this reason, the company will try as hard as possible so that employee work motivation can increase for work productivity at PT Monica Hijau Lestari (The Body Shop) Blok M South Jakarta branch through the rules enforced at PT Monica Hijau Lestari (The Body Shop) branch. Blok M, South Jakarta, hopes that employees will be able to increase their work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how "The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Baitus Sa'adah Amanah Foundation in Depok, West Java". The method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample in this study totaling 67 respondents. This research uses the help of SPSS version 26. Data analysis and test techniques include simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, dertemination coefficient analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, t test and F test. Based on the results of research work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 28.110 + 0.338X1. Hypothesis testing obtained (tcount 2.943> ttable 1.997) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). The results of work motivation research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.779 + 0.682X2. Hypothesis testing obtained (tcount 7.838> ttable 1.997) and significance value (0.000 <0.05). Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.686 + 0.47 X1 + 0.662 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained (Fcount 30.469> Ftable 3.14) and significance value (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative research method involving employees as samples. The sample used is a saturated sample with a total of 60 people. The research employs various tests including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, regression coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study obtained the multiple regression equation Y = 11.184 + 0.263X1 + 0.483X2 + 4.700. The regression coefficient value for the performance variable is 11.184, which concludes that if training (X1) and work discipline (X2) remain constant (unchanged), the consistency value of performance (Y) will be 11.184. The t-test result for Training on Performance is 2.777 > 2.002 with a significance of 0.007 > 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating a positive and significant effect of training on employee performance. Meanwhile, the t-test result for Work Discipline on Performance is 5.432 > 2.002 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. Additionally, the F-test result for Training and Work Discipline on Performance is 19.751 > 3.160 with a significance level of 0.05, yielding a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the hypothesis stating that training and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Abadi Mitra Teknologi. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 80 employees with the sampling technique used, namely a saturated sample (census) so that respondents were obtained as many as 80 employees. Meanwhile, the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Version 25 application system. The data analysis methods used in this research are correlation analysis, regression analysis, determination analysis, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test research, it was obtained that the t count for work motivation was t count 2.922 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. And the t calculated work environment is t calculated 6.816 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. For the f test, the calculated F is 23.191 > F table 3.115. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 13.957 + 0.063 (X1) + 0.627 (X2). Determination analysis obtained a value of 0.376 with a percentage of  37.6%, while the remaining 62.4% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Ambra Warna Kemasan Bogor. The method used is using quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT Ambra Warna Kemasan Bogor with a total of 80 employees. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, the sampling method uses saturated sampling. the research sample was 80 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study includes instrument test consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, hypothesis testing consisting of determination coefficient test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. From the results of this study it can be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, the value of ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or (7.809 > 1.991) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or (12.563 > 1.991) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or (98.625 > 3.114) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Motivation and work discipline on employee performance have a regression effect Y = 5.088 + 0.268 X1 + 0.497 X2 + α. The resulting R-square value (coefficient of determination) was  71.9%, while the remaining 28.1% was influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing the Effect of Working Capital Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover on Return On Assets at PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method by obtaining secondary data to determine the effect between independent variables on dependent variables and formulate hypotheses to be tested. The data population used in this study is the financial report data of PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. While the sample used in this study is the financial position report and profit and loss report with a period of 10 years starting from 2014-2023. The data analysis techniques used in this study consist of Descriptive Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, Correlation Coefficient and Determination Coefficient. Data management in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service SolutionI) version 27. The results of this study state that partially the Effect of Working Capital Turnover does not have a significant effect on Return On Asset with a calculated t value <t table (-1.752 <2.447) and a sig. value> 0.05 (0.130> 0.05). Then partially the Effect of Receivables Turnover has a significant effect on Return On Asset with a calculated t value> t table (6.907> 2.447) and a sig. value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, partially Inventory Turnover has a significant effect on Return On Asset with a calculated t value> t table (4.782> 2.447) and a sig. value <0.05 (0.003> 0.05). Simultaneously, Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover have a significant influence on Return On Asset with Fcount>Ftable (22.460>4.76) and sig. <0.05 (0.001<0.05). The Determination Coefficient value shows that Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover explain the Return On Asset variable by 91.8% of Return On Asset, while the remaining 8.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk during the period 2013-2023. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that WCTO has no significant effect on ROA, as evidenced by the t-statistic value (-1.633) < t-table (2.262) with a significance level of 0.141 > 0.05 and a correlation coefficient test value of 0.788. TATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA, as evidenced by a significance level of 0.010 < 0.05 and the calculation results show that the t-statistic (3.356) > t-table (2.262) and the correlation coefficient test value is 0.788. Simultaneously, both WCTO and TATO have a significant effect on ROA, as can be seen from the significance level of 0.021 < 0.05 and the calculated F-statistic (6.562) > F-table (4.46), as well as a coefficient of determination value of 62.1% and the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. These findings indicate that asset utilization efficiency and working capital turnover speed play an important role in improving company profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between service quality and brand image on consumer trust at Home Credit Aeon Mall BSD. both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive associative method. In sampling, the Slovin formula was used and 99 respondents were obtained. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Service quality and brand image have a significant effect on consumer confidence with the regression equation Y = 6.445 + 0.161 X1 + 1.011 X2. The coefficient of determination is 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (72.945> 3.09). Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality and brand image on consumer trust at Home Credit Aeon Mall BSD. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives and work discipline on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Jakarta branch area 1. This study was conducted using a quantitative research method with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and samples were obtained in the study of 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The result of thus are that provision of incentives has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 21.183 + 0.440 X1, a correlation value of 0.571 meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of determination coefficient was 32.6%. The hypothesis test was obtained by calculating t > t table or (5.522 > 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence of providing incentivies on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 17.539 + 0.523 X2 correlation value 0.630 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the determination coefficient is 39.7%. the hypothesis test was obtained by t counting > t table or (6.437 > 1.669). thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The provision of incentives and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.378 + 0.255 X1 + 0.378 X2 correlation value 0.690 meaning that the independt variable with the bound variable had a strong relationship level. The coefficient value of determination was 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% was influenced by other factors.
