Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Inventory Turnover and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Assets at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. Research results: Inventory Turnover has no significant effect on Return On Assets. The correlation coefficient value is 0.041. The coefficient of determination value is 0.2%. The t value is 0.239 < ttable 1.860 with a significance value of 0.817> 0.050. Total Asset Turnover does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets. The correlation coefficient value is 0.225. The coefficient of determination value is 5%. The t value is 0.686< t table 1.860 with a significance value of 0.512> 0.050. Simultaneously, Inventory Turnover and Total Asset Turnover do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. The correlation coefficient value is 0.239. The coefficient of determination value is 5.7%. The t value is 0.243 < t table 4.459 and the significance value is 0.790 > 0.050.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work stress and Turnover on employee performance at PT Primadaya Plastisindo, Tbk Bogor - West Java, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 91 employees, selected through non-probability sampling using the Slovin technique. The data used includes primary and secondary data, obtained through observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression, covering instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficients, as well as partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of -2.082>1.987 (t-table) and a significance of 0.040<0.05. Turnover has a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 9.102>1.987 (t-table) and a significance of 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, work stress and Turnover also have a positive and significant effect on performance with an F-value of 171.877>3.10 (F-table) and a significance of 0.000<0.05. The determination coefficient shows that work stress and Turnover simultaneously influence employee performance by 79.6%, while the remaining 20.4% is influenced by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio on the Share Price of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the period 2010-2023, partially or simultaneously. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2), t test and f test using the SPSS version 29 application. The results of this study show that partially the variable Return on Assets (ROA) has a tcount of 1,654 (<2,2284) with a probability value of 0,129 (>0,05) so that the variable Return on Assets (ROA) partially has no effect on Stock Prices. The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has a tcount of 1,390 (<2.22814) with a probability value of 0,195 (>0,05) so that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable partially has no effect on Stock Prices. The Current Ratio (CR) variable has a tcount of 1,914 (<2,22814) with a probability of 0,085 (>0,05) so that the Current Ratio (CR) variable partially has no effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneously, the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) have an Fcount of 5,135 (>3,71) with a probability value of 0,021 (<0,05) which means simultaneous Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

His research aims to determine the influence of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions for Gamboge products at the Veralshop.id store in Gunung Sindur, Bogor. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population used in this research includes all known customers who made purchases at the Veralshop.id Store. The sample used by the author in this research was 100 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is primary data. The primary data taken is the results of the questionnaire. The results of the research show that Promotion has a partial effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions for Gamboge products at the Veralshop.id Store in Gunung Sindur, Bogor as evidenced by the tcount > ttable or (6.193 > 1.984), this is also reinforced by the sig value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Price partially influences consumer purchasing decisions for Gamboge products at the Veralshop.id Store in Gunung Sindur, Bogor as evidenced by the tcount > ttable or (6.765 > 1.984), this is also reinforced by the sig value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0 .05). Promotion and Price simultaneously influence Consumer Purchase Decisions for Gamboge products at the Veralshop.id Store in Gunung Sindur, Bogor as evidenced by the value Fcount > Ftable or (31.816 > 3.09), this is also reinforced by the sig value. < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously at PT Barata Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative analysis methods, namely using 70 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research are using instrument tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, as well as hypotheses using the t test and f test. Regression equation Y = 14.598 + 0.258X1 + 0.436X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.753, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable had a very strong level of influence with a coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence of 55.5%, while the remaining 44.5% was influenced by variables not examined in this research. The partial hypothetical results of the motivation variable (X1) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (7.409 > 1.995), this was also strengthened by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. Thus motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (8.647 > 1.995), this was also confirmed by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. Thus, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, the value Fcount > Ftable or (43.958 > 3.130) is obtained. This is also reinforced by the probability significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT Barata Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is titled ‘Analysis of Workload on Employee Performance of Gereja Kristen Indonesia (GKI) Maleo Raya’. This research aims to analyse the workload towards the performance of each employee of GKI Maleo Raya. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. Data processing analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Where the aim is to know systematically about the focus of research which includes Workload and Employee Performance. The results showed that workload affects employee performance at GKI Maleo Raya. Excessive workload can cause a decrease in employee performance. In addition, this study also found that the lack of human resources is a factor why GKI Maleo Raya employees are assigned tasks that are not in accordance with their jobdesk. In this context, management needs to pay attention to factors that can reduce employee workload, such as assigning tasks that are in accordance with their abilities, experience, and efficient time management, in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between Profitability (ROA) and Solvency (DAR) on share prices. The method used in this research is a quantitative method in retrieving Financial Report data from PT Gudang Garam, Tbk for the 2012 – 2022 period. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research partially show that the Profitability variable as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices, and Solvency as measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) have an influence on share prices. where Fcount 5.300 > Ftable 4.459 with a significance level of 0.034 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Cinangka Village Office, Depok City". The aim of this research is to analyze the work environment at the Cinangka sub-district office, Depok City, then to analyze the work environment in improving the performance of Cinangka sub-district office employees. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and FGDs as well as chain of evidence. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted on 5 Cinangka sub-district office employees including the sub-district head, sub-district secretary and sub-district employees. The results of this research obtained from researchers' interviews with the objects show employee perceptions that working environmental conditions, both physical and non-physical, have a significant effect on employee performance. Adequate facilities such as lighting, measurements and complete work equipment increase comfort, especially increasing cleanliness and tidiness as well as employee contribution. Apart from that, interpersonal relationships between employees and superiors also contribute to a positive work atmosphere. This research concludes that to improve employee performance, it is important for management to continue to pay attention to and improve the quality of the work environment at the Cinangka Village Office

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of service quality and health facilities on patient satisfaction at the Limo Health Center, Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with probability/random sampling technique, where every member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a sample. The study includes a sample size of 100 respondents. The research findings indicate that service quality (X1) and health facilities (X2) significantly influence patient satisfaction (Y), with a regression equation of  Y = 11.570 + 0.313 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). The coefficient of correlation, indicating the strength of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, is 0.567, indicating a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination is 0,321, suggesting that service quality and health facilities influence on patient satisfaction in the amount of 32,1%, while the remaining 67,9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Hypothesis testing obtained F count value > F table or (22,980 > 3,090), this is also strengthened by p value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.50). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between service quality and health facilities on patient satisfaction at the Limo Health Center, Depok City.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine "The Influence of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Work Unit of the HR and General Bureau of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Jakarta City". The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample with a population of 79 respondents. The discipline for this research shows the regression equation Y = 32.201 + 0.205 Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (3.819 > 1.991). So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between discipline and employee performance. Work motivation shows the regression equation Y = 37.371 + 0.057 Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount < ttable or (0.567 < 1.991). So H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. Simultaneously shows the regression equation Y = 36.402 + 0.242X1 – 0.137X2, the correlation coefficient is 0.422, which means the two variables have a moderate or quite strong level of relationship, with a determination value of 0.178 or 17.8%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (8.229 > 3.12) so that H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted, meaning that there was a significant simultaneous influence between Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the HR and General Bureau Unit of the National Library of Indonesia, Central Jakarta City.
