Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi dan sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengolah data pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi, dan jumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Satu Data Bojonegoro (Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Bojonegoro). Teknik analisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Eviews 12. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, baik inflasi maupun sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam rentang waktu tahun 2013 – 2025.

Abstract

Abstract South Sulawesi Province has developed various innovations in poverty reduction efforts, including the utilization of data collection applications based on cross-sector collaborative action. However, implementation still faces obstacles in the target data verification and validation process, which impacts the suboptimal effectiveness of program interventions in the regions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the performance of the South Sulawesi Province TKPK in coordinating the planning, implementation, and integration of poverty reduction programs across regional agencies, particularly in priority areas with high poverty rates. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations of the coordination process, and reviews of policy planning and implementation documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman qualitative model, which includes the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the performance of the South Sulawesi Province TKPK is generally not yet fully effective. Although it has succeeded in building an innovative data collection system and identifying target groups relatively accurately, cross-sector collaboration is still hampered by data verification constraints. Major obstacles include limited operational support for data officers at the village/sub-district level, suboptimal integration of programs into regional agency budgeting documents, as well as symptoms of administrative formalism and sectoral egos between agencies. The research findings emphasize the need to strengthen coordination, synergy, and commitment among regional agencies so that poverty reduction efforts can operate in a more integrated, responsive, and sustainable manner. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, and human relations on employee performance at the Youth, Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Agency of West Sulawesi Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees at the Youth, Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Agency of West Sulawesi Province, totaling 130 people. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error rate, resulting in a sample size of 57 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human relations also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that better work motivation, a conducive work environment, and harmonious working relationships between employees will improve employee performance at the Youth, Sports, Tourism, and Creative Economy Agency of West Sulawesi Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab penurunan kinerja karyawan di Warteg Ibu Dewi Semarang serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya omzet usaha dari Rp48,5 juta menjadi Rp35,8 juta, meningkatnya tingkat ketidakhadiran karyawan dari 6% menjadi 15%, serta bertambahnya keluhan pelanggan dari 4 menjadi 15 kasus per bulan selama periode 2022–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penurunan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh enam faktor utama, yaitu ketiadaan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang formal dan terstruktur, ketidakjelasan indikator kinerja, pelaksanaan evaluasi yang tidak rutin, pemberian umpan balik yang kurang efektif, ketiadaan dokumentasi hasil evaluasi, serta keterbatasan manajerial dari pihak pemilik, meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan manajemen, keterbatasan waktu, tingginya beban kerja, dan ketergantungan pada karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, strategi peningkatan kinerja yang direkomendasikan mencakup penerapan sistem evaluasi kinerja sederhana dengan indikator yang jelas, pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif, pemberian insentif bagi karyawan berprestasi, serta pelatihan dan pembinaan karyawan secara berkala. Strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan dan berdampak positif terhadap kualitas layanan serta kinerja usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya kerja dan tunjangan kinerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Bupati Gowa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk memahami secara mendalam persepsi dan pengalaman pegawai terkait fenomena yang diteliti. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang mencerminkan nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tunjangan kinerja juga berperan sebagai faktor motivasi yang mendorong peningkatan produktivitas dan pencapaian target kerja. Selain itu, kinerja pegawai secara umum tergolong baik, meskipun masih terdapat peluang pengembangan pada aspek pelayanan, kecepatan kerja, dan inovasi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa budaya kerja dan tunjangan kinerja saling melengkapi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Oleh karena itu, penguatan budaya kerja dan penyempurnaan sistem tunjangan kinerja perlu terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara optimal.

Abstract

Compensation is one of the key factors in human resource management, as it can influence the level of employee motivation and performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on the performance of managers and employees of BUMDESMA in Tanah Datar Regency, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The object of this study includes all managers and employees of BUMDESMA (Joint Village-Owned Enterprises) in Tanah Datar Regency, totaling 60 individuals, who were also used as the research sample. This study employs the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that financial compensation has a negative and significant effect on the performance of managers and employees of BUMDESMA. Meanwhile, non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Work motivation is also found to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of managers and employees. In addition, both financial and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The findings further reveal that work motivation is able to mediate the effect of both financial and non-financial compensation on the performance of managers and employees of BUMDESMA in Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh tata Kelola dengan determinan CSRD yang sesuai dengan standar AAOIFI pada Bank Umum Syariah yang ada di negara Indonesia. Variabel tata kelola dalam penelitian ini mencakup Ukuran Dewan, Rapat Dewan, Ukuran Dewan Pengawas Syariah, dan Ukuran Komite Audit. CSRD sebagai variabel independen akan diukur mengunakan standar AAOIFI. Populasi merupakan semua Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di OJK. Jumlah BUS yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 11 Bank dengan kriteria sudah memiliki laporan tahunan yang dipublish pada website perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 26.0 dengan alat analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian Ukuran Dewan dan Ukuran Komite berpengaruh positif terhadap praktik pengungkapan CSR. Rapat Dewan dan Ukuran Dewan Pengawas Syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktik CSRD. Kata Kunci : (CSRD, AAOIFI, tata kelola).

Abstract

This study examines how work-life balance, transformational leadership, and the non-physical work environment affect employee job satisfaction at the Statistics Indonesia Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province. A quantitative survey design was applied to all 98 employees using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews and analysed with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The findings show that job satisfaction, work-life balance, and the non-physical work environment were in the good category, whereas transformational leadership was only fairly good. Partially, work-life balance and the non-physical work environment had positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership showed a significant but negative effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly explained job satisfaction with a high coefficient of determination. These results highlight the importance of balanced work arrangements, supportive work relations, and more context-sensitive leadership practices. Abstract

This research endeavor seeks to examine the impact of brand image and word of mouth (WOM) on the propensity to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia, focusing specifically on the student population within the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University. The methodology employed in this investigation is a quantitative approach, with data acquisition facilitated through the administration of questionnaires distributed to the selected respondents. The analytical technique utilized for data interpretation in this study is multiple linear regression, utilizing the SPSS software for computational assistance. The findings of this research indicate that, in isolation, brand image exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on the inclination to save. Likewise, word of mouth (WOM) demonstrates a positive and significant influence on saving interest. Collectively, brand image and word of mouth (WOM) exert a notable effect on the saving interest of students at Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan layanan Buy Now Pay Later telah memengaruhi perilaku keuangan mahasiswa, khususnya melalui penggunaan ShopeePayLater dalam transaksi e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumtif dan literasi keuangan digital terhadap penggunaan ShopeePayLater pada mahasiswa di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring kepada 400 mahasiswa pengguna ShopeePayLater yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumtif dan literasi keuangan digital berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap penggunaan ShopeePayLater. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi literasi keuangan digital dan pengendalian perilaku konsumtif agar mahasiswa dapat menggunakan layanan PayLater secara bijak, terukur, bertanggung jawab, serta mampu memahami risiko finansial dalam transaksi digital yang semakin berkembang di lingkungan akademik dan kehidupan sehari-hari mahasiswa saat ini, di era ekonomi digital modern.
