Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work flexibility, internal social media, and hybrid work engagement on employee effectiveness in modern organizational contexts. Using a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling, the research explores both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The results indicate that internal social media plays a pivotal role in enhancing work effectiveness by fostering communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within organizations. Hybrid work engagement also demonstrates a strong influence, as engaged employees in flexible environments are more committed, adaptive, and productive. Although work flexibility does not directly improve effectiveness, it contributes indirectly by encouraging greater use of internal social media, which subsequently enhances performance. These findings underscore the importance of integrating digital communication tools and engagement strategies to optimize organizational outcomes in an era of hybrid work arrangements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the intrinsic value of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) shares using the Enterprise Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method during the period from 2017 to 2023. The Enterprise DCF method is a fundamental valuation approach that calculates the company's value based on historical free cash flows, which are then discounted to their present value using the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with historical data and no forward-looking projections to ensure the objectivity and validity of the valuation results. The findings show fluctuations in the intrinsic value of ANTM shares during the 2017–2023 period, reflecting macroeconomic dynamics and other factors. By comparing the intrinsic value and the market price of ANTM shares, this study concludes that the stock was undervalued in 2019 and 2023, and overvalued in 2017 and 2018. This study emphasizes the importance of fundamental analysis based on historical data as a basis for conservative and data driven investment decision-making.

Abstract

The transformation of the broadcasting industry in the digital era has shifted audience consumption patterns from linear television to digital platforms based on Video on Demand (VOD). This shift requires broadcasting institutions, including tvOne, to adjust their communication management to remain relevant to audience characteristics, particularly among younger generations. This study aims to analyze audience consumption patterns, content distribution models, and digital promotion programs of the Dua Sisi talk show on the tvOneNews YouTube channel. A qualitative case study approach was applied, with data collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation of digital content. The findings indicate that Dua Sisi audiences are dominated by Generation Z and millennials who prefer the flexibility of YouTube over linear television. The distribution model includes full episodes, highlight segments, and short clips disseminated across multiple platforms. The digital promotion program employs flyers, teasers, community posts, and highlight content after broadcasts. This research emphasizes that broadcast communication management must adapt to the logic of platforms that prioritize Datafication, Connectivity, and interactivity in order to remain relevant and competitive in the digital media ecosystem.

Abstract

The problem of Indonesian language literacy skills in elementary school students is: low interest in reading, limited comprehension, and the lack of ability to critically comprehend reading content. Language learning activities tend to focus solely on cognitive aspects, so that students do not get a fun, contextual, and creative learning experience. Storytelling as a form of traditional literacy rich in cultural and linguistic values, has not been optimally utilized in school learning. Therefore, research is needed on the development of Indonesian language literacy through storytelling activities to improve language skills, imagination, and the ability to understand and appreciate texts. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of storytelling activities in improving Indonesian language literacy skills among elementary school students at Pandeglang Regency. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach involving classroom teachers, school librarians, and students in grades III–V from several elementary schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that storytelling activities contribute positively to vocabulary enrichment, improved listening skills, and the ability to understand and re-express story content. Supporting factors include teacher creativity, parental involvement, and the availability of reading materials. However, barriers were also identified, such as limited time, supporting facilities, and a lack of teacher training in storytelling techniques. This study recommends integrating storytelling into structured Indonesian language learning, teacher training, and providing local story sources relevant to the Pandeglang cultural context.

Abstract

Distribution transformers are crucial components in power distribution systems that require real-time monitoring to prevent disruptions and ensure efficient operation. Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring systems offer innovative solutions with the ability to detect disruptions early and provide real-time information to operators. This study proposes an optimized early-detection monitoring system for distribution transformers by utilizing IoT devices, including temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors installed on the transformers to monitor their operational conditions. Data collected through the sensors is then processed using a cloud platform for further analysis, with machine learning algorithms used to detect anomalous patterns indicating potential disruptions. Furthermore, the system is designed to send automatic notifications to operators via a mobile application or web dashboard when a disruption is detected, enabling faster response and prevention of further damage. Test results show that the system is capable of detecting disruptions with high accuracy and can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce transformer operational downtime. The implementation of IoT in distribution transformer monitoring also opens up opportunities for optimizing condition-based maintenance management that is more economical and proactive.
