Abstract

This study examines the influence of environmentally friendly products (green products) and service quality on customer satisfaction at vegan restaurants in Cicendo District, Bandung City. Using a quantitative approach with survey data from 135 respondents, the results show that green products significantly affect customer satisfaction (t = 4.72; p < 0.05), while service quality also has a significant effect (t = 5.31; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contribute positively (F = 28.45; p < 0.05), indicating that eco-friendly products enhance consumer perceptions of sustainability, and service quality improves overall customer experience. The findings suggest that innovation in green products and service quality improvement through employee training and consumer education are essential strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of vegan restaurants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer complaint handling management at Bank Saqu Indonesia using the service quality dimension framework proposed by Mark Colgate (2018), namely Reliability, Responsiveness, and Relationship. The background of this study is based on the increasing importance of digital banking service quality in building customer satisfaction and loyalty in the era of financial transformation. The research method used is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four external informants (customers) and one internal informant (the bank), then analyzed using NVivo12 software with thematic analysis techniques (Braun & Clarke, 2006). The analysis process included data familiarization, coding, theme identification, review, and thematic narrative development. The results showed that the most dominant customer complaints were related to the Reliability dimension, specifically delays in account verification, system errors, and lack of notification when disruptions occurred. The Responsiveness dimension was also highlighted, particularly the slow response of customer service to transaction problems. Meanwhile, the Relationship dimension emerged in the form of complaints related to the lack of personalized service and appreciation for existing customers. Internally, Bank Saqu already has a Jira-based complaint management system with a 24/7 Service Level Agreement (SLA), but still faces challenges in handling traffic spikes during promotional periods. This study concludes that effective complaint management requires an integration of system technical reliability, response speed, and strategies for building emotional relationships with customers. The contribution of this study lies in the development of a revised research framework that emphasizes the importance of simultaneously managing three dimensions of service quality to achieve Best Service Excellence in the digital banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy and market ratio on stock returns of blue chip companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2024 period. The market ratio is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), while dividend policy is proxied by Dividend Yield (DY) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The research method employed is quantitative with a causal approach. The sample consists of 14 blue chip companies with large market capitalization and high liquidity. Secondary data were obtained from the IDX, financial statements, and other financial publications, and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that Price to Book Value (PBV) has no significant effect on blue chip stock returns, while Dividend Yield (DY) has a positive and significant effect and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. However, simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect stock returns. These findings indicate that investors tend to value higher dividend yields but remain cautiously toward companies that distribute excessively large payouts as it may compromise long-term growth potential. Meanwhile, book-value-based valuation (PBV) does not serve as a primary consideration for investors in the short term, especially under market conditions influenced by external factors such as global economic uncertainty.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, companies must be able to maintain a high level of competitiveness and enhance their performance standards to face the increasing intensity of business competition, particularly in Indonesia. PT MMT has utilized digital media, especially Instagram, to promote its services. The travel agency owner has observed a noticeable increase in customer engagement since adopting online platforms such as Instagram and the company's website. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of a decline in the number of umrah pilgrims over the last six months of 2024. Therefore, a data-driven marketing approach is required to improve customer retention and expand market acquisition. This study aims to analyze customer segmentation at PT MMT using the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method to determine an effective online marketing strategy in the Umrah travel industry. The research applies a quantitative approach with a total population of 861 transactions. Secondary data were obtained from PT MMT's sales reports and digital marketing records. The analysis technique uses RFM Scoring to classify customers into several segments: VIP, Loyal, Potential VIP, New Potential, At Risk, and Lost Gold. The findings indicate that the online marketing strategy should primarily focus on the Potential VIP segment. Furthermore, the implementation of RFM analysis enables PT MMT to gain deeper insights into customer needs and develop more targeted online marketing strategies.

Abstract

Local wisdom-based tourism is a strategic asset in regional development because it can provide economic benefits while maintaining cultural identity. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the Tanah Bumbu Regency Government, specifically the Tourism Office, in promoting local wisdom tourism. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, involving eight key informants from government circles, tourism actors, and community leaders. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results show that the local government's communication strategy is implemented through three main forms: the use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to expand promotional reach; holding cultural festivals such as Aruh Ganal to attract tourists while preserving traditions; and multi-stakeholder collaboration with communities, the private sector, and local media to strengthen promotional networks. This strategy has been proven to increase public awareness, youth participation, and the number of tourist visits to local wisdom destinations. This study concludes that an adaptive, collaborative, and culturally value-based local government communication strategy can be an effective instrument in developing sustainable tourism. The practical implications are that strengthening human resource capacity, digital content innovation, and cross-sector collaboration governance are important prerequisites for the successful promotion of local wisdom tourism.

Abstract

This study explores the procedures of online ticket sales at Super Air Jet operating through Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The research applies a descriptive qualitative approach to examine the flow of booking, payment, and ticket issuance as well as the internal control mechanisms involved. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, allowing a comprehensive view of the system’s effectiveness. The findings reveal that the online ticketing process has been implemented efficiently and is aligned with industry standards for low-cost carriers, providing convenience for passengers. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly in digital literacy among users and the need to strengthen internal control activities such as separation of duties, monitoring, and reconciliation. The study highlights the importance of integrating performance metrics and control frameworks to enhance reliability, mitigate risks, and improve customer satisfaction. These insights contribute to better understanding of digital ticketing practices in the aviation sector.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between motivation and the performance of nurses in the inpatient unit of Ananda Hospital Bekasi. Motivation is a crucial factor influencing how health workers deliver quality services, particularly in hospital settings where patient care requires dedication, responsibility, and professional skills. A quantitative analytic design with a cross-sectional approach was applied, allowing data on motivation and performance to be examined simultaneously. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and structured performance assessments, ensuring reliability in measuring both variables. Statistical analysis demonstrated a significant association between motivation and nurse performance, indicating that higher levels of motivation are linked with better work outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening intrinsic and extrinsic motivation through organizational support, recognition, fair rewards, and professional development opportunities. The results contribute to managerial strategies aimed at improving health service quality by fostering motivated and high-performing nursing staff.
