Abstract

This study investigates the influence of price, brand image, and service quality on customer satisfaction in the context of PT Gemilang Cipta Abadi located in South Jakarta. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling technique to capture perceptions of customers through structured questionnaires. The analysis applies multiple linear regression to evaluate the significance of each independent variable toward the dependent construct. Findings demonstrate that price, brand image, and service quality positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction both individually and collectively. The results underscore the importance of implementing competitive pricing strategies, strengthening brand equity, and enhancing service quality dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. These elements are shown to be decisive in shaping customer loyalty and long-term relationships. The implications highlight the necessity for managers to align marketing strategies with customer expectations to secure sustainable competitiveness in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

This study examines how product assortment, price perception, and service quality shape purchase decisions in an apparel retail context. Using a survey of store customers, we test a conceptual model grounded in consumer value and service quality theory. Measurement reliability and validity were assessed, and assumptions for regression analysis were satisfied. The findings indicate that a broader and more coherent assortment enhances perceived choice and increases the likelihood of purchasing. Positive price perception, reflected in fairness and value, strengthens purchase intentions. Service quality, especially responsiveness and assurance, exerts a direct effect on decisions while also amplifying the roles of assortment and price. The integrated model explains a substantial share of decision variance and offers practical guidance: align assortment breadth with target segments, communicate transparent pricing, and standardize service routines. The study contributes contextual evidence from a traditional market setting and recommends future work on loyalty outcomes and digital touchpoints journeys.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price, promotion, and service quality on consumer purchase decisions at Viar Mitraindo Dealer Ciledug. The research adopts a quantitative approach with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to respondents who have made purchasing decisions at the dealer. Data analysis was conducted using statistical techniques to evaluate both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings reveal that price and service quality significantly influence purchase decisions, while promotion does not demonstrate a strong individual effect. However, when considered together, all three variables collectively contribute to shaping consumer choices. These results highlight the importance of maintaining competitive pricing and ensuring service excellence as key strategies for enhancing customer decision making. The study provides managerial implications for strengthening marketing strategies in the highly competitive automotive sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work-life balance, digital competence, and emotional intelligence on teacher performance in vocational schools in Indonesia. The research emphasizes how the ability to balance personal and professional responsibilities, mastery of digital skills, and the capacity to manage emotions contribute to the effectiveness and productivity of teachers. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to teaching staff. The analysis used multiple regression techniques to test the proposed relationships among variables. The findings reveal that work-life balance, digital competence, and emotional intelligence positively and significantly influence teacher performance. These results highlight the importance of supporting teachers in achieving harmony between work and personal life, enhancing digital literacy, and strengthening emotional regulation. The study provides both theoretical contributions to human resource management in education and practical implications for improving the quality of vocational school performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of digital competence, digital literacy, and emotional intelligence on teacher performance within a public high school in Tangerang. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with teachers as the respondents, analyzed through multiple linear regression. Findings demonstrate that digital competence, digital literacy, and emotional intelligence each exert a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Collectively, these factors also contribute to strengthening overall professional effectiveness in the classroom. The study underscores the growing importance of integrating digital skills with emotional intelligence to enhance teacher adaptability and resilience in meeting the demands of contemporary education. Practical implications suggest that schools should provide continuous professional development focusing on technological capacity building and soft skills reinforcement. The study contributes to the literature by highlighting the complementary roles of digital and emotional competencies in shaping sustainable teacher performance.

Abstract

Photography faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic due to restrictions on space for in-person meetings, while previous photo shoots required in-person meetings. During this period, technological and industrial developments began to be introduced in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0, but their popularity was overshadowed by information about COVID-19. This paper aims to determine the strategies of photographers in facing the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. The method used is qualitative, with data collection through archival/document studies and literature studies. Albert Joseph Toynbee's challenge and response theory is used to discuss these issues. COVID-19 has also influenced photography in finding strategies for professional photography practice. One of these is virtual photoshoots or remote photography. The challenges of photography have become increasingly complex with the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Photographers are also facing new challenges. This condition is addressed by considering the convenience offered by AI, namely, combining AI results with photography for photo functions used for promotions or business

Abstract

Shooting is an important aspect in football, especially for children aged 14-15 years who are in the development phase of technique and tactical understanding. At the age of 14-15, the ability to shoot the ball into the goal not only plays a role in scoring goals but also builds self-confidence, decision-making skills, and contributions to the team. Mastery of good shooting techniques helps players understand their role in the game, especially in the position of attacker or attacking midfielder. Therefore, it is important for coaches to introduce various variations of shooting exercises that are appropriate to the age and abilities of the players. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of shooting after dribble and after back pass training on the shooting ability of athletes aged 12-14 at SSB DISPORASU in 2024. The research method used is experimental research (treatment) with data collection techniques involving two independent variables and one dependent variable. Using statistical tests of normality, homogeneity and paired t-tests and unpaired t-tests for hypotheses. The population in this study were 39 SSB DISPORASU athletes. And sampling used a purposive sampling technique with several criteria so that a sample of 22 athletes was obtained.  The results of this study are (1) There is an effect of shooting after dribble training on shooting ability in athletes aged 12-14 years at SSB DISPORASU, (2) There is an effect of shooting after back pass training on shooting ability in athletes aged 12-14 years at SSB DISPORASU, (3) Shooting after dribble training has a greater effect than shooting after back pass training on shooting ability in athletes aged 12-14 years at SSB DISPORASU.

Abstract

This study aims to characterize the performance of a corona plasma ozone generator, measure the concentration of ozone produced, and analyze and compare the size of ozone microbubbles from two diffusers (C50 and C80) to evaluate the efficiency of ozone mass transfer. The method used was experimental with equipment including a VOSOCO ozone generator, Ozone Monitor, dimmer, high voltage probe, Kyoritsu ampere clamp, SANWA multimeter, flowmeter, aquarium, Apexel 12.5x macro lens, C50 and C80 diffusers, and an iPhone 11, with Python-based microbubble size analysis software for digital image processing. The results showed that the ozone generator operated at 1200 V with a linear relationship between voltage, current, and power, where the highest ozone concentration was achieved at a flow rate of 0.8 l/min. The C80 diffuser produced smaller and more homogeneous bubbles (average 3.37 µm) compared to the C50 (4.09 µm), increasing the specific surface area by 21.4% for better mass transfer efficiency. The innovation of this research lies in the development of a Python-based analysis system with an effective and affordable digital image processing approach to characterize ozone microbubble size, providing an accurate alternative for analyzing critical parameters for optimizing microbubble-based ozonation systems.
