Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and innovative behavior on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Kemilau Permata Sawit Nagari Kubu Tapan. The data collection method was through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS. The results of the study obtained based on the Partial Test (t-Test) obtained a significant influence between Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction. A significant influence between Leadership Effectiveness on Job Satisfaction. An insignificant influence between Innovative Behavior on Job Satisfaction. An insignificant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. An insignificant influence between Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Performance. A significant influence between Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance. A significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. The direct influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Employee Performance is smaller than the indirect influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The direct influence of Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Performance is smaller than the indirect influence of Leadership Effectiveness on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. The direct influence of Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance is greater than the indirect influence of Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of creative thinking and innovative behavior on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at PT. Bakrie Pasaman Plantations. Data collection methods included a survey and questionnaire distribution, with a sample of 86 respondents. The analytical method used was path analysis using SmartPLS. The research results showed a significant influence of creative thinking and innovative behavior on job satisfaction. Creative thinking, innovative behavior, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Creative thinking significantly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. Innovative behavior also has an insignificant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at the Padang Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM). Data collection methods were conducted through surveys and questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used was structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results show a significant influence of segmentation on purchasing interest. There is a significant influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. There is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There is a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. There is a significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

The data collection method was through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used structural equation modeling using smartpls. The results of the study showed an insignificant effect of e-attendance on job satisfaction at the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of additional employee income (TPP) on job satisfaction at the Community and Village Empowerment Service in Sungai Penuh City. Abstract

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of a non-verbal documentary video that visually narrates the decade of Joko Widodo’s administration in Indonesia. Using a practice-led approach, the research focuses on crafting a ten-minute documentary that emphasizes visual storytelling through natural sounds, ambient audio, emotive music, and readable subtitles to enhance accessibility and engagement. The production process involved three key stages: pre-production, production, and post-production, each emphasizing the aesthetic and communicative aspects of visual narrative. Evaluation was conducted using YouTube engagement indicators to assess viewer responses and interaction patterns. The findings reveal that the integration of human-interest visuals, contextual sound design, and data-driven graphics strengthens audience immersion and message retention. This study contributes to the field of visual communication design by offering practical insights into how non-verbal storytelling can effectively convey development narratives within limited duration and digital distribution platforms.

Abstract

Effective UMKM assistance requires business identification and grouping. Officially, UMKM in Indonesia are divided into Micro, Small, and Medium based on assets and turnover. This research aims to group UMKM in a Regency of South Sumatra by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm using these two variables. The research stages include business understanding, data understanding, data processing, modeling, evaluation, and dissemination. From 15 test data, this study successfully applied K-Means to classify UMKM. The result was the formation of 3 clusters, consisting of 8 data (53%) in Cluster 1, 6 data (40%) in Cluster 2, and 1 data (7%) in Cluster 3. This result has been validated using RapidMiner and shows identical outcomes. This grouping can serve as a basis for stakeholders to provide more effective assistance

Abstract

The problem in promoting local MSME products is the lack of strong and meaningful visual branding, especially for regional specialty products. This study aims to describe the meaning of Roland Barthes' Semiotics and the function of poster design as an advertising medium for Proster Local products with Tangkuban Coklat 62 Branding, a typical West Java or Sundanese chocolate product. The poster raises local cultural values through visuals of the legendary figure Sangkuriang, Mount Tangkuban Parahu, and a packaging concept that is integrated with the identity in the form of a Sundanese Legend. The method used is a qualitative approach with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis to reveal the visual and verbal messages in the poster. The results of the study show that poster design is able to be an effective visual communication tool in promoting local culture-based MSME products. Where it can be concluded that the visual elevation of local culture can be a branding that has a Meaning to make the Promotion of a local chocolate product attractive.

Abstract

The industrial era 4.00 has almost passed, replaced by the era 5.00 which forces micro, small and medium enterprises to be more innovative in collaborating their internal activities in order to develop their business towards a better direction, at least to survive. This is also the case at CV Candi Karya, where by negotiating the policies applied to its internal performance to its prospective consumers. The implementation of RSA and Base64 in the field of work that has been carried out so far is likely to be able to increase profits in business communication so that it is expected to be able to maximize the development of its business amidst the sluggish dynamics of economic turnover in the field of outdoor advertising. Based on the research above, it was also found that if the variables X1, X2 increase, then the variable Y also increases (positive correlation). And the level of RSA implementation and Base64 implementation in this study was 50.54%, while the remaining 49.46% was caused by other factors outside this study. Business communication in CV Candi Karya company is the most effective activity for the formation of organizational development compared to other activities, which can be monitored from discussion forums with clients or potential clients with a thit of 4.84. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Implementation of RSA and Base64 has an effect on CV Candi Karya's business communication.
