Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged organizations to optimize knowledge management (KM) as a strategy to improve innovation and performance. This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge management implementation in supporting innovation and organizational performance in the digital era through a literature review approach of fifteen national and international journals published between 2011 and 2025. The analysis was conducted by identifying research methods, variables, and key findings from each study, then synthesizing them to find patterns of relationships between KM, digitalization, innovation, and organizational performance. The results of the study indicate that KM processes including the creation, storage, sharing, and application of knowledge have a significant influence on increasing innovation, operational effectiveness, and the ability of organizations to adapt to changes in the digital environment. Digitalization acts as an enabler that strengthens KM implementation through information technology, digital collaboration systems, and data-based knowledge sharing mechanisms. Knowledge sharing culture and transformational leadership are also proven to be key determinants of KM success, while obstacles such as employee resistance and limited digital infrastructure are still frequently encountered. Overall, this study confirms that the integration of KM, digitalization, and an adaptive organizational culture is a strategic foundation for improving organizational innovation and performance in the digital era.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently facing challenges related to the quality of education, reflected in the low performance quality achieved by teaching staff. This phenomenon is also evident at Madrasah Aliyah in Gowa Regency, where teacher performance is sub-optimal and teacher competence scores are low. This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of Transformational Leadership and Teacher Competence on Teacher Performance in Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High Schools) in Gowa Regency, by examining the mediating roles of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. This quantitative research employed a data collection method utilizing questionnaires distributed to 132 teaching staff and was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results consistently demonstrate that both Transformational Leadership and Teacher Competence exert a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance, both directly and indirectly through mediation. It was found that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment significantly function as partial mediating variables across all relationship pathways. The strongest indirect effect was observed in the path from Teacher Competence to Teacher Performance as mediated by Organizational Commitment, suggesting that optimal strengthening of teacher competence primarily drives performance through an increased loyalty and emotional attachment to the Madrasah. Overall, this study affirms that Teacher Performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Gowa Regency is highly dependent on the reinforcement of Competence, supported by effective Transformational Leadership, and maintained through high Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The capital market serves as an important indicator for capturing informational changes, including political events related to fiscal policy. The announcement of a new Minister of Finance is considered an information event that may influence investor perceptions due to the strategic role of this position in determining national economic direction and fiscal stability. This study aims to examine the capital market reaction to the announcement, focusing on state-owned bank stocks (Himbara Banks) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. An event study method was employed with an eleven-day event window (T–5 to T+5). The analysis utilized One Sample T-Test to detect significant abnormal returns on each observation day and Paired Sample T-Test to compare mean abnormal returns before and after the event. The findings reveal significant abnormal returns on T–3, T+3, and T+5, indicating that the market responded noticeably to the political event. The reaction on T–3 suggests possible information leakage, while the reactions on T+3 and T+5 reflect delayed market assessment of the new fiscal policy’s impact on state-owned banks. However, the Paired Sample T-Test indicates no significant difference between average abnormal returns before and after the announcement. These results suggest that the Indonesian capital market has not yet achieved semi-strong form efficiency.

Abstract

State forest management in Indonesia faces a complex problem due to the existence of community-owned land within the state forest area, which often triggers tenurial conflicts. This study is conducted to analyze the legal status of community land ownership within state forests and assess dispute resolution based on the principles of Pancasila Justice. The research method adopted is a juridical-empirical approach, which is normative in terms of forestry and agrarian laws and regulations, and empirical through field observations and limited interviews conducted in the KPH East Banyumas. Research findings indicate that there were 0.9 hectares of community-owned land in Plot 14 of RPH Kaliputih, Forest Management Unit Section of Jatilawang, which has been factually controlled and cultivated for years with clear physical boundaries. Administratively, it still falls under a state forest area, as per the BATB. The dualism of regulations between the Forestry Law and the Basic Agrarian Law resulted in a lack of synchronization of interpretation and weak legal certainty. Through the Pancasila Justice Perspective, it is necessary for the settlement of disputes not only to be formally lawful but also to balance the rights of the state and the community, environmental sustainability, and social justice. An integrative resolution model is recommended through regulatory harmonization, verification of enclave land status, strengthening deliberation-based mediation mechanisms, and protection of the community rights based on the principle of substantive justice.

Abstract

The Indonesian telecommunications sector is highly competitive and one of the fastest growing industries. Mobile operators have shifted from competing on rates or network coverage to focusing on service quality. A company's ability to provide superior and satisfying services is key to business sustainability and customer loyalty. Quantitative methods were used in this study to test and analyze the effect of the service quality of Indosat Ooredoo Mini Outlets on the satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo customers in Karangasem Regency. Using five dimensions, variable X measures service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. On the other hand, variable Y, or customer satisfaction, is measured through metrics such as conformity with expectations, interest in repurchasing, and recommendations from others. In this study, all Indosat Ooredoo customers in Karangasem Regency who had used the Customer Service at Mini Gerai were the subjects. The purposive sampling method was used to collect samples, and the total number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was thirty. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the data to validate the hypothesis and determine how significant the influence of the independent variables was on the dependent variable. Quantitative research results show that the quality of Indosat Ooredoo Mini Outlet Customer Service, which consists of tangibles, reliability, response, assurance, and empathy elements, greatly affects Indosat Ooredoo customer satisfaction in Karangasem Regency. The results show that maintaining and improving service quality in all aspects is very important to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction in the Karangasem Regency area.

Abstract

Objectives This study aims to investigate the mechanisms through which Frontline Employees (FLEs) in Islamic banks in Indonesia can motivate improved customer financial planning behavior. This study further analyzes how servant leadership and customer stewardship climate strengthen these mechanisms. Design/Methodology or Approach This quantitative study used a triadic approach with data collected from 45 managers, 165 FLEs, and 600 customers from various Islamic banks in Java and Sumatra. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping techniques to test the mediation and moderation hypotheses. Findings The results prove that FLEs' attention to detail significantly improves customer financial planning behavior through multiple mediation, namely service customization and promotion focus. Another key finding shows that servant leadership and customer stewardship climate positively moderate the relationship between attention to detail and service customization, thereby strengthening the overall indirect effect. Limitations or Implications of the Study The geographic scope and sector (Islamic) specificity are the main limitations. The research implications emphasize the importance of recruiting and training FLEs who are detail-oriented and empathetic, as well as building an organizational culture supported by servant leadership. Originality or Value: This research is one of the first to integrate Regulatory Focus Theory and Conservation of Resources Theory in the context of Islamic financial services in Indonesia. Using a triadic approach, this study provides empirical evidence on the synergy between individuals (FLEs), leadership, and organizational climate in achieving transformative outcomes for customers.
