Abstract

This research aims to describe the ability to write explanatory text using image media of class VIII C students at SMPN 1 Tungkal Ulu. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Tungkal Ulu. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The population in this study were all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Tungkal Ulu. The sample in this research was class VIII C of SMP Negeri 1 Tungkal Ulu. The data collection instrument in this research was a written test in the form of an assignment to write explanatory text based on its structure. The technique for analyzing data in this research is by assessing students' writing one by one by assessor 1, namely the Indonesian Language subject teacher and assessor 2 (researcher). The results of the research show that the ability to write explanatory text using image media. Class VIII C students of SMP Negeri 1 Tungkal Ulu were rated as very capable. This is proven by the average score obtained from assessor 1 and assessor 2 of 89.92 for writing explanatory text from the general identification structure, cause and effect sequence, interpretation. This value has been categorized as very capable which can be seen from the value interval table which is in the interval 85-100. From the results of this research, it is recommended that teachers increase the use of varied learning media so that they can increase students' motivation and interest in learning. Students should be able to utilize image media as a medium for learning and seeking information about the lesson activities being carried out. The use of this image media can provide new learning experiences to students so that they can be more motivated in learning so that they can improve students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The study examines the impact of bullying on adolescent maturity in Bekasi, using methods of literary study. Factors such as the psychological condition of the perpetrators and victims, the family environment, and the school culture play a role in the occurrence of bullying. Bullying can lead to mental health disorders and decreased academic performance in adolescents, which in their behavior can hinder their progress towards maturity. The study analyzed patterns of relationships between bullying experiences and aspects of adolescent maturity, such as emotions, cognition, and behavior. Factors that moderate the negative impact of bullying are also being explored.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic psychology learning outcomes on the social ethics of students in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program at the Faculty of Science, University of Jakarta (fis-fis ungmu. The research method used is quantitative using regression design. This research sample consists of 30 Pai Fis UNJ Students Selected Randomly. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured students' Islamic psychology and social ethics learning outcomes. The results of data analysis showed that there was no significant influence between Islamic psychology learning outcomes and students' social ethics that there are other factors that can influence social ethics.

Abstract

This journal discusses the potential and challenges of Islamic da'wah in the digital era, especially through social media. Technological transformation has changed the way da'wah communication is carried out, allowing broad and interactive access. The millennial generation is recognized as agents of change who can utilize social media to spread moderate and inclusive da'wah messages. Despite huge opportunities, challenges such as the spread of hoax content, extremism and lack of digital competence are recognized as risks. The research uses quantitative research which emphasizes collecting and analyzing numerical data from respondents to understand certain phenomena. This method involves designing a structured questionnaire for data collection. The research results provide insight into effective strategies for using digital media for da'wah and efforts to overcome potential challenges and risks. The importance of da'wah on social media in introducing Islamic teachings, preventing Islamophobia, educating the younger generation, creating inclusive da'wah, and establishing dialogue between religions is the focus of implementation. The implementation discussed is the spread of Islamic teachings through the Tiktok platform. This research is expected to make a major contribution to the development of contemporary Islamic teachings in the digital era.

Abstract

Digital transformation is changing the paradigm of the world of education and has a major impact on learning and teaching methods. This article discusses key aspects of transformation such as increasing accessibility to information, developing 21st century skills, digital literacy, and various forms of lifelong learning online, distance, and personal. Digital assessments are also an important element in measuring student learning progress. These changes not only bring opportunities but also challenges that require collaboration, innovation and interesting learning experiences. This is very important in understanding the impact of digital transformation on the world of education in order to face rapid technological changes. The research method used in this research is library research obtained from books and journals to ensure the truth. Many changes have occurred along with advances in technology, information comes faster, is easier to learn, and easier to interact with.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement of procedure text writing skills through the use of video media. The research method used is a literature review which collects descriptive information and data regarding improving writing skills using video media. The research results show that using video media can improve students' writing skills because videos can display real information in an interesting and not boring presentation so that students' interest in learning increases and helps expand vocabulary for writing procedural texts.

Abstract

The use of learning media in high-level reading classes plays an important role in improving students' reading abilities. Various types of learning media, including visual, audio-visual, and interactive computer-based materials, are used for this purpose. The process of utilizing learning media includes analysis of student characteristics, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning outcomes. This learning media has various functions in teaching reading, such as facilitating access to information, motivating students, helping understanding and retention of information, fostering critical thinking skills, enabling differentiated learning, encouraging independent learning, and developing digital literacy skills. In addition, many studies have investigated the effectiveness of various learning media, such as comics, modules, computer-based interactive learning, and picture cards, in increasing elementary school students' interest in reading and academic achievement.

Abstract

The motives for motorbike robbery behavior in Bekasi have become a significant concern in recent years. The research results show that economic, social and cultural factors have an important role in influencing motorbike theft. This research shows that motorbike theft in Bekasi occurs more often in areas with high levels of poverty and low levels of education. The method in this research uses the literature study method. Apart from that, research also reveals that motorbike theft in Bekasi is mostly carried out by individuals who have criminal records and are involved in criminal organizations. Based on the research results, the government and society should make efforts to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting motorbikes and improving people's quality of life. to reduce motorbike theft in Bekasi

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) plays an important role in shaping national identity in the midst of a diverse society. This study aims to explore how PKn in schools contributes to the development of national identity, understand the challenges faced, and identify effective strategies in the implementation of the PKn curriculum. The results of the study show that PKn can strengthen the sense of nationality and national unity, but also requires adjustment to face the social and cultural dynamics that continue to develop.

Abstract

The last two matches attended by athletes from the Segorogeni pencak silat school found that athletes in the same sparring category achieved different performances, raising suspicions that different physical conditions could affect athletes' performance achievements. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between physical condition and performance in athletes from the Segorogeni pencak silat school. Subjets in this study includes all 37 active members, consisting of 22 males and 15 females. Data collection was carried out using test and non-test instruments. Non-test instruments included interviews and observations, while test instruments involved a series of tests to determine strength, balance, explosive power, speed, and endurance levels. Hypothesis testing using the Spearman rank correlation test yielded a significance value <0.05, with a significance value of 0.046 for both variables and a correlation strength level between physical condition and performance at 0.329, indicating a moderate correlation. These results indicate that the physical condition of athletes from the Segorogeni pencak silat school is related to their performance in sparring classes.
