Abstract

Sport is physical activity which is very important for body health. Physical fitness is the body's ability to function effectively at work or other activities. The research method in this article is a literature review to find sports activities that can be beneficial improves the immune system, mental health, metabolic health, muscle strength and function cardiovascular, increasing endurance, lowering cholesterol, reducing stress, burning fat, increasing immunity, preventing illness, improving blood circulation, and maintaining healthy bones and joints. If the exercise you do is not appropriate, it will have a bad impact in the future. To prevent disorders and decline, especially muscle size and strength, you can done with regular strength training. Exercising regularly can improve a person's quality of life, make the body healthier and stronger, and reduce the risk of disease. Exercise also helps increase flexibility, muscle elasticity and blood circulation, as well as speeding up the body's metabolism. Thus, exercising regularly and structured can be an integral part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

The results of this research are descriptive efforts to improve arts and culture learning outcomes by using the make a match type cooperative learning model for class VII students at SMPN 07 Woja. This research uses a classroom action research (PTK) design. Implementation of PTK actions is carried out in several periods or cycles. The data collection methods used include the observation method, listening method, questionnaire method and documentation method. Based on the research results, it shows that there is an increase in arts and culture learning outcomes using the make a match learning model for class VII students at SMPN 07 Woja which occurs starting from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. The pre-action results showed that the average score reached 68.10 and was at a percentage of 34.48%. After taking action in cycle I, the average score increased to 77.06 and was included in the criteria of 68.96%. In cycle II the average arts and culture score increased again to 81.29, which is in the very good criteria with a percentage of 82.75%. This shows that the use of the make a match learning model carried out in each cycle was successful in achieving the expected success indicators.

Abstract

This research aims to get answers to discussions regarding the existence of STAIN Madina PPL students, regarding students' learning motivation and the role of PPL students in increasing learning motivation. This research is qualitative field research. The research subjects were students at SMP Negeri 5 Panyabungan using observation, interview and documentation instruments. Most of them feel unprepared and lack confidence when carrying out teaching practices. However, they do not face difficulties in mastering the teaching material. PPL STAIN Madina students have a positive influence on students' learning motivation. seen from the responses of students who were happy with the presence of PPL students. Efforts to play an optimal role in increasing students' learning motivation are carried out by creating good communication with students, implementing appropriate learning strategies and establishing good cooperation with tutors and supervisors.

Abstract

In the learning process, many students experience learning difficulties. The problem of learning difficulties often faced by students needs to be understood as something important to get serious attention by educators. It is important for students to foster interest in learning. Interest in learning is important for individuals in achieving their goals. Interest in learning can increase learning awareness, focus, and self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning interest and learning difficulties in the introductory accounting course of Office Administration Education Study Program students. The sample in this study were some students of the Office Administration Education Study Program class of 2022 as many as 30 students. This study uses quantitative methods and questionnaire instruments with data analysis methods using the coefficient of determination test and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of learning interest on student learning difficulties in introductory accounting courses. After calculating using SPSS, it was found that Fhitung = 0.213 ≤ Ftabel = 4.20. From the research, it was found that the learning interest variable had an effect of 0.8% on changes in the dependent variable, namely learning difficulties. While the remaining 99% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of education quality management at SMA Negeri 2 Plus Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main respondents consisted of the Deputy Principal and several relevant teachers. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, including the use of school social media as an additional source. This research found that quality management planning at SMA Negeri 2 Plus Panyabungan involved all parties in the organization, from leadership to subordinate staff, in formulating the school's vision, mission and goals. Implementation of quality management uses Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, such as focusing on customers (students and parents), continuous improvement, and a data-based approach. The PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) model is also applied as a systematic approach to improving the educational process. The research results show that the implementation of education quality management is very important in facing the challenges of globalization and technological developments. Effective integrated quality management can improve the quality of education, producing graduates who are academically competent and ready to face the dynamics of the world of work. Therefore, this study provides recommendations to policy makers and education observers to improve the quality of education through integrated and sustainable quality management. In evaluating SMA Negeri 2 Plus Panyabungan, it is the principal who carries out the assessment of teachers, namely in accordance with the SKP or assessment performance standards.

Abstract

Understanding the human responsibility to preserve and care for nature given by God needs to be instilled from an early age, especially in teenagers. This study examines the role of Christian Religious Education (CRE) for teenagers in fostering a grateful attitude through the preservation of nature based on Genesis 1:26 and 2:15. This research is written using a descriptive qualitative method by exploring various sources such as books, the Bible, and journals related to the role of CRE for teenagers, which are used as references for this journal. The findings indicate that many teenagers today do not want to take care of and preserve their surroundings, such as disposing of waste properly, and many teenagers litter and do not maintain the environment. Therefore, as a research team, we attempt to analyze various problems concerning the environment and the role of CRE for teenagers in protecting and preserving nature.

Abstract

This research aims to describe of explain the implementation of integrated education quality management evaluation at MTs N 2 Mandailing Natal. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main respondent in this research was the Deputy Head of Madrasah Mts N 2 Mandailing Natal for Student Affairs. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, including the use of madrasah social media to find additional sources of information. Evaluation of integrated education quality management is a systematic process that aims to ensure that all aspects of educational institutions run in accordance wint established quality standards. The evaluation carried out at MTs N 2 Mandailing Natal was fomative and summative and based on eight national education standards consisting of; student evaluation, teaching staff evaluation, and infrastructure evaluation, and curriculum evaluation. Evaluations are carried out periodically and in accordance with each main task and function, which means there are no obstacles in impementing the integrated education quality management evaluation process at MTs N 2 Mandailing Natal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and the need for skills for students in facing an increasingly competitive world of work, however, several universities still use online learning methods which causes students to lack a deeper understanding of practical courses that suit their needs. working world. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of online lectures on the learning effectiveness of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program at Jakarta State University, especially students of the class of 2022. The research method used was a quantitative approach with survey design, which involved distributing questionnaires to 41 students from class B Office Administration Education Study Program class of 2022 to be able to collect all data and information regarding their perceptions of online lectures and their impact on practicum-based learning activities, and this data was analyzed using SPSS version 29.0.2.0 (20). These findings also show that although online learning can run well, there are several obstacles that accompany it which reduce the effectiveness of learning, such as boredom and difficulty understanding the learning material. This research has important implications for educational institutions in improving the quality of teaching materials and teaching methods used during online learning in order to increase the effectiveness of learning in the future.

Abstract

Citizenship Education (PKn) is considered an important subject in forming the character and awareness of citizens, especially at the elementary school level. However, Civics teaching is often faced with various challenges, such as lack of student interest and limited resources. This research aims to evaluate Civics teaching practices at State Elementary School 060939 Medan Amplas, with a focus on approaches, teaching strategies, and challenges faced by Civics teachers. This research used a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with four Civics teachers at the school. Data were analyzed descriptively to identify the main themes that emerged from the interviews. The research results show that Civics teachers use an interactive and participatory approach in their teaching, with a focus on instilling moral and ethical values in students. However, there are still challenges such as lack of student interest and limited resources that need to be overcome. Recommendations for improving Civics teaching include training and professional development for teachers, use of varied teaching methods, involvement of parents and the community, and ongoing monitoring of teaching quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between students' problem analysis skills and students' anxiety about facing tests with mathematics learning outcomes in junior high school. This research was carried out on class VIII students at SMP Negeri 177 Jakarta. The model used in this research is descriptive correlational research to determine the relationship between problem analysis skills and students' anxiety in facing tests with mathematics learning outcomes. The method used is a survey method to obtain data directly from respondents with the independent variables being ability to analyze questions and students' anxiety facing tests and the dependent variable studied in the form of students' mathematics learning outcomes. The sampling technique used a cluster random sampling technique of 60 students from a previously determined affordable population. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The multiple linear regression model obtained is = 32,1995 + 0,6490X1 - 0,1120X2. Test the hypothesis using the F-test and obtain Fcount = 12,622 while the Ftable value is 3,159, significance level a = 0,05. Based on the research results, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between students' problem analysis skills and students' anxiety about facing tests together with mathematics learning outcomes. The partial correlation coefficient test obtained a calculated t-result of 4,633 with a t-table comparison of 1,672 between the ability to analyze questions and mathematics learning outcomes by assuming the test anxiety variable was constant, so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between students' ability to analyze questions and mathematics learning outcomes with assumes the variable of student anxiety facing a test is fixed. To find out whether there is a relationship between students' anxiety facing tests and their mathematics learning outcomes, by considering the variable of problem analysis ability to remain, the calculated t is -0,854 and the t-table is 1,672 so it can be concluded that there is no significant negative relationship between students' anxiety facing tests and their mathematics learning outcomes.
