Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Bakmi GM promotion if evaluated using the AIDA model. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive method, where data is collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The sources in this study consisted of 13 key informants who were consumers of Bakmi GM and employees of Bakmi GM. The data analysis technique used in this study was interactive data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of the study found that Bakmi GM's promotional strategy on Instagram has been effective in implementing the AIDA model, although the frequent upload frequency and the lack of completeness of the description in the product discount uploads were complaints for informants.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Leverage (Debt to Asset Ratio/DAR), Liquidity (Current Ratio/CR), and Sales Growth on Financial Distress, with Firm Size as a control variable. Financial distress is proxied by a Negative Net Income within one year. The object of this study is manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period. The sample consists of 42 companies, with a total of 168 observations, selected using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data from company financial statements, analyzed using panel data regression with the EViews application, and tested using logistic regression. The results show that Leverage (DAR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress, while Liquidity (CR) and Sales Growth have a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress. Additionally, the control variable, Firm Size, also shows a negative effect on Financial Distress. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for company management in managing debt and formulating sales growth strategies to minimize the risk of financial distress. For investors and creditors, the findings of this study can be used as a reference in evaluating a company's financial condition before making funding and investment decisions.

Abstract

In the modern work environment, perceived organizational support is an important factor in increasing work engagement and productivity. Organizations that provide emotional, professional, and structural support to employees tend to have a more motivated, loyal, and productive workforce. However, social workers, especially in the Malang City Social Service, often experience minimal organizational support, resulting in work stress, burnout, and high employee turnover. Most previous studies have used a quantitative approach, while few have examined how organizational support is socially constructed in everyday interactions. This study aims to understand how social workers in the Malang City Social Service construct the meaning of organizational support and how it affects their work engagement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a social phenomenology method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, with informants selected using homogeneous purposive sampling. The findings of the visualization construct confirm that effective organizational support acts as a catalyst in increasing work engagement, strengthening motivation, and improving the performance and productivity of social workers in the public service organization environment. Organizational support is not only an administrative aspect, but also a social phenomenon that is formed through interaction, communication, and work experience. These findings contribute to the social phenomenology literature in organizational management studies, as well as provide recommendations for social organizations to improve the well-being and engagement of social workers.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy but still face numerous challenges in enhancing their competitiveness in the digital era. Digital marketing serves as a key strategy in expanding market reach and improving promotional efficiency. This study aims to explore the role of digital marketing in supporting MSME growth through a case study of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program implemented in Sukamaju Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observations and interviews with MSME actors who participated in digital marketing training. The activities included socialization, seminars, and direct mentoring on utilizing social media, marketplaces, and engaging promotional content creation. The findings reveal that the digital marketing training program positively impacted the understanding and skills of MSME actors in leveraging digital technology. A total of 27 seminar participants expressed high interest in implementing digital marketing strategies in their businesses. Additionally, direct mentoring helped MSME actors formulate more effective promotional strategies.

Abstract

PT Pelindo Petikemas Belawan. is a container service company. This paper aims to determine the role of the Planner in container loading and unloading activities in the operational division engaged in container loading and unloading. To support the smooth running of loading and unloading work is greatly influenced by the role of the planner in it as well as the loading and unloading equipment facilities and procedures related to the loading and unloading. The role of the planner in operational activities is to receive emails from the shipping company (agent) then the planner immediately makes a loading list that has been sent by the shipping company to the planner with that the planner also determines the place to stack containers on the ship and regulates the equipment that operates for loading and unloading containers. In the role of the planner in loading and unloading activities, better accuracy and supervision are required, because without supervision and accuracy in loading and unloading activities, it can result in errors in exporting/importing containers and damage to the cargo to be loaded/unloaded. In writing this paper, the method used by the author in obtaining data is based on direct observation in the field related to the object, literature analysis and direct interviews.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that hinder the use of the customs manifest application, the impacts caused, and the efforts made by PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia in overcoming the issues encountered. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to provide an in-depth explanation of the influence of the customs manifest application on the inward & outward issuance process within the company. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies.The study results indicate several factors that affect the use of the customs manifest application in the inward & outward issuance process. These factors include the absence of dedicated staff assigned to operate the application, restricted access as the application can only be operated via computer, and the lack of operational flexibility in using the application. These limitations lead to several impacts, such as errors in data entry, the absence of backup devices in case of a system failure, and restricted mobility due to the fixed nature of desktop computers.To address these issues, PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia has undertaken several efforts, including training operational staff to improve their proficiency in using the application, proposing a transition from desktop computers to laptops to enhance work flexibility, and holding regular coordination meetings among operational staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the customs manifest application. Through these measures, the company aims to minimize existing obstacles and improve the efficiency of the inward & outward issuance process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of production cost optimization on increasing profits (profit) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pancing, Medan City. MSMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many MSMEs face challenges in managing production costs efficiently, which can reduce their profit margins and competitiveness in the market. The method used in this study was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 10 registered MSME respondents. The results of the analysis showed that 80% of respondents had businesses registered as MSMEs, and 60% of them conducted production cost analysis regularly. In addition, 70% of respondents believed that good production cost management could increase their business profits. Correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship between production cost optimization and increased profits, with a correlation coefficient of 0.75 and a significance value of p <0.05. The regression results showed that every one unit increase in production cost optimization would increase profits by 1.20 units. This study concludes that production cost optimization has a significant effect on increasing profits in MSMEs in Medan. Therefore, it is recommended that MSME owners continue to improve their understanding of the importance of production cost optimization and implement technology that can help efficiency and conduct cost analysis regularly.

Abstract

In today’s modern era there are a lot of muslim women who wear hijab with various models, motifs, trends that adjust to fashion trend, life style, brand image of today muslim women. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of marketing management and to find out the influence of trend fashion, life style, brand image on purchase decisions and repurchase intentions in the world of L-scraft Lamongan hijab. The sample taken was 90 and used the questionnaire distribution technique with the help of the SPSS data processing application. Which states positive and significant results means that there is a influence between the three variables on purchase decisions and repurchase intentions.

Abstract

Key chains are popular merchandise items with significant potential in the world of entrepreneurship. This product serves not only as an accessory but also as a promotional tool and brand identity. This study examines innovations in key chain design and materials, along with entrepreneurial strategies that young entrepreneurs can use to enhance their competitiveness in the market. With a creative approach and the application of technologies like laser cutting, 3D printing, and eco-friendly materials, key chains can be transformed into more appealing and value-added products. Furthermore, digital marketing strategies, collaborations with local brands, and the implementation of personalization can boost the appeal and sales of this product. The study's findings suggest that combining product innovation with effective business strategies can aid young entrepreneurs in building sustainable and competitive businesses opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of KSP Kopdit Adiguna Kupang during the 2018 - 2022 period. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using cooperative financial report data. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis. The results of this research show that the financial performance of KSP Kopdit Adiguna is based on profitability ratios in terms of return on assets, return on equity and net profit margin. Return on assets in 2018-2022 is included in the poor criteria, return on equity in 2018-2022 is included in the fairly good criteria and net profit margin in 2018-2022 is included in the good criteria. The liquidity ratio in terms of the current ratio in 2018-2022 is included in the good criteria, while the cash ratio in 2018-2022 is included in the very good criteria. The solvency ratio in terms of total equity to debt ratio and total assets to debt ratio in 2018-2022 is included in the bad criteria.
