Abstract

This study evaluates the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2019 to 2023 by analyzing cash flow statements. It employs a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach, utilizing eight cash flow ratios: Operating Cash Flow (AKO), Fund Flow Coverage (CAD), Cash to Interest Coverage (CKB), Cash to Current Liabilities Coverage (CKHL), Capital Expenditure (PM), Total Debt (TH), Cash Flow Adequacy (KAK), and Free Net Cash Flow (AKBB). The analysis reveals that only the Cash to Interest Coverage (CKB) ratio meets the efficiency standard, while the remaining seven ratios consistently fall below it. Consequently, the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during this period is concluded to be poor.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how digital marketing and personal selling strategies influence consumer purchasing decisions at Jesika Store. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews with several customers who had interacted with both marketing methods. The results showed that digital marketing plays an important role in increasing brand awareness and market reach, while personal selling focuses more on building personal relationships that strengthen consumer trust, which ultimately influences their purchasing decisions. Both strategies have a significant influence in determining consumer choices.

Abstract

Effective and sustainable waste management has become a major challenge in Cilongok Village, Cilongok District, due to the high volume of domestic waste generated by the community. This study aims to design integrated waste management facilities (TPST) as a solution to reduce environmental impacts and raise public awareness about waste management. The research employs a qualitative methodology, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and informants selected using purposive sampling. The study results are analyzed from the following aspects: Planning: The planning process involves several strategies or stages, including work program planning, socialization planning, and development planning. Organization: A structured organization and a clear division of roles and responsibilities have been established within the waste management institution. Implementation: Flagship programs have been executed, such as compost production, RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) manufacturing, and maggot feed production from waste slurry. Supervision: Supervision activities include internal monitoring among TPST members and external involvement, particularly from village government authorities.

Abstract

As a shipping company that operates in the agency sector and handles its own routine ships in transporting coal, PT. The Long Branch Adhiguna Ark Shipping also handles ship documents. A ship is declared seaworthy or can sail to carry and unload goods if it is equipped with ship documents that have been approved by the harbormaster. The harbormaster only asks for these documents specifically for local ships. Almost every ship document that is being loaded at the special terminal of PT. Bukit Asam, which is served by an agency company, experienced document deays. The result of deays in this document can affect the ship's activities/activities at the port. One of them is that the ship is removed first from the special port of PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) because it has exceeded the specified waiting time limit. So the ship will return to anchorage, waiting for the exit document process to be completed. The length of time the document process was completed hampered the ship's departure to fulfill its trip (voyage), thereby reducing coal deiveries for the PLTU's needs and this gave rise to complaints from the PLTU. One solution is for the agent to frequently coordinate with reated parties for the smooth running of activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal control over drug inventory at the Sikka District Health Office. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, the sample in this study is the Pharmacist section at the Sikka District Health Office. The data collection method in this study is interviews and documentation which are then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman theory and adjusted to the existing data. The results of this study indicate that at the Sikka District Health Office, the use of SOPs for controlling drug inventory shows a commitment to creating a healthy control environment. The Sikka District Health Office has emphasized the importance of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all stages of drug inventory control from planning to recording and reporting. This shows a commitment to ensuring that the drug inventory management process is carried out in a structured and efficient manner, with detailed SOPs for each step. In the field of Supervision, Monitoring of drugs in relation to the internal control system at the Sikka District Health Office is carried out through monthly stock opname by checking the conformity between stock cards, physical goods, and reporting. This process reflects an effort to regularly monitor and evaluate the condition of drug inventory. The Sikka District Health Office can identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies that may indicate problems in inventory management. This step allows them to immediately take necessary corrective actions, such as further investigation or inventory adjustments, to ensure that drug inventory remains well-managed and accurate.

Abstract

The number of foods that are developing in the food sales industry. So that new innovations are needed both in terms of taste and packaging. Usually most people will eat dessert at the end of their meal. However, not infrequently many of us want to eat dessert eaten in our spare time or as we know when snacking. By using thinwall in various sizes, the author makes dessert food, namely cheesecake using thinwall to facilitate sales and consumption because the portion is right, meaning the portion is not excessive or not lacking at all. So in this writing this time we get to know the innovation of cheesecake snacks and how to make them which can be snacks in your spare time or become a sales idea for readers. The research method used is the literature review method and the method of opening a business. The literature review method itself comes from previous journals or books obtained by the author.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the direct effect of talent management on employee retention and perceived organizational support and indirect effect of talent management on employee retention through perceived organizational support. Theory referred in this study is Social Exchange Theory. The sample in the study was 73 employees determined by purposive sampling (saturated sample). The data collected by interview and questionnaires. Technoque of analysis used in this study was Path Analysis. The findings show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and talent management has an indirect effect on employee retention through perceived organizational support. The implication of this study is the leader of Montigo Resort Seminyak-Bali supposed to improve talent management and increase organization support to improve the retention of employees.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a training model based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blended learning to improve the professional competence of elementary school (SD) teachers in the digital era. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg & Gall approach which involves ten systematic stages. The results of the study show that AI-based training models and blended learning are able to provide adaptive, personalized, and based on the real needs of teachers in the field. The evaluation of the effectiveness of this training model shows an increase in teachers' professional competence in integrating technology in learning. This research makes an important contribution to the development of technology-based teacher training policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, electronic word of mouth, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The data source used in this research is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study consists of TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling method based on Lemeshow's formula, resulting in a sample size of 98 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 29. The findings of this study indicate that brand image, electronic word of mouth, and promotions have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of consumer trust in mediating the influence of customer satisfaction and brand image on repurchase intention among Indomaret Kembarang Larang consumers in Tangerang. The method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 99 consumers. Data was collected through a questionnaire with an interval scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2 software. The results of this research indicate that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The brand image variable does not have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The consumer trust variable has a positive and significant effect. The customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. The brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. The consumer trust variable is able to mediate the customer satisfaction and brand image variables on repurchase intention.
